{Chapter 29: Our love scenario~{

A/N: Chapter 28 was originally planned to be the final chapter but I just decided to add this chapter for a ‘happy ending – all’s well scenario’

A relationship has its problems, so did ours.

Hani folded her hands angrily as she changed the channels from KBS to SBS to MBC to KBS, sighing deeply.

“2 days….” Kim Junho said on the show as Hani sighed

“…1 night” she muttered turning off the television when her phone rang

*Hanbin oppa*

“Emm oppa?” Hani said, trying to hide her annoyance

“Are you at home? Do you want to have dinner together with the boys?” Hanbin asked as Hani sighed

“I can’t…I’m waiting for Changbin” Hani muttered

“Oh that 4419 guy? Are you guys married or something that you have to wait for him till 12 am?” Hanbin chuckled

“So funny” Hani sighed as Hanbin laughed a bit

“Get some rest, he’ll be home soon, I’m going to a company dinner with Bobby and Jay hyung so I just thought you’d want to join us” Hanbin said on the phone

“Aniya, I’ll go see appa tomorrow anyway, I’ll see you then” Hani said

“Nehhh, take care” Hanbin said as Hani briefly ended the call.

Expect someone to hold grudges as long as they want, I was like that with appa.

I blamed him for everything my life had become. For which, I was wrong.

I had to reconcile with appa sooner or later, I knew that in the back of my mind;

 God, it had been two long years since the last time I had a date with my dad.

 

Why?

We were both so busy and waited for each to come looking for each other first. No one wants to be first in such things anyway.

The time ticked as Hani dumped the food she had prepared in the trashcan, the apartment feeling emptier than usual – 2am.

The doorbell suddenly rang as Hani walked to the front door, seeing Changbin and Hyunjin outside

“What?” she said from the camera

“Oh Hani, you’re still awake? Please open the door…Changbin hyung kinda…” Hyunjin hesitated as Hani looked at the passed out Changbin, sighing

“Get him in the streets” Hani muttered

“Yah Hani-ah, please, it was our fault that he drank too much…please open the door” Hyunjin smiled awkwardly

“GO SLEEP IN THE STREETS THEN BOTH OF YOU” Hani shouted.

Thirty minutes later:

“Emm, go home safely” she sighed as Hyunjin bowed to her

“I’m so sorry once again” Hyunjin said apologetically

“Jalja” Hani nodded closing the door behind her.

Hani walked to the bedroom as she looked at the sleeping Changbin, sitting beside him as she looked at their promise rings

“It’s only been half a year and you’re out doing things I hate” she sighed as she used a wet towel to wipe his face, the smell of alcohol strong in him.

“I hate you” she muttered as she looked at him taking soft breaths.

Hani slowly opened her eyes as the alarm tone rang – 6am.

Rubbing her eyes slowly, she looked at Changbin still sleeping as he tightly grasped her hand

“Good morning” she muttered kissing his forehead as she adjusted the blanket around him.

Hani walked to the kitchen, like any other girlfriend would, to prepare food for her boyfriend who would later wake up from a hangover. Her phone rang as she sighed answering it on the loudspeaker

“Wae,wae” Hani muttered as June chuckled

“Good morning” he said as Hani nodded

“You know I have a boyfriend right? Why do you keep calling me?” Hani scoffed

“Wae? I can’t? We are still YG FAMILY, aren’t we?” he said, Hani clearly picturing the smirk he would have made

“I am cooking for my boyfriend, thank you” Hani muttered as she carefully cooked the egg and rice, heating the side dishes

“I shouldn’t have thrown away the dishes yesterday, I could have just heated it” she cursed herself as June laughed

“Let’s go on a date today, you and me” June said as Hani sighed, hanging up the phone when she heard footsteps behind her

“Were you talking with June?” Changbin muttered as Hani took out a glass of fruit juice before placing it on the table in front of Changbin

“Food will be done in a few minutes, please wait” Hani said avoiding eye contact with him

“I’m sorry about last night” Changbin muttered as Hani turned off the stove, taking out the rice in two bowls for both of them

“Have the soup first, it’s good for hangovers, and then have the rice. There’s not much, I forgot to go grocery shopping yesterday so, enjoy” she said sitting down as she ate her rice

“I said I’m sorry” Changbin said as Hani looked at him
“Show me then, don’t just get home drunk every time and apologize to me, I’m sick of it” Hani muttered as Changbin sighed

“Didn’t June ask you on a date just now?” he asked, clearly annoyed

‘Waaa, daebak, now you’re annoyed at me for that?” Hani asked, anger boiling over her as Changbin kept quiet

“You know, forget it. Forget it” Hani said taking her rice back to the counter

“How can I trust you if I hear stuff like that early in the morning?” Changbin asked placing his chopsticks down

“Oh, it’s about me now?” Hani asked annoyed as she placed her hands on her waist, turning to her boyfriend.

“I clearly hung up on him—”

“Do you meet him when I’m away?” Changbin asked turning to his girlfriend

“I can’t believe this” Hani scoffed palming her forehead

“First, it’s about you coming home passed out and drunk at 2am and then it’s all my fault?! The reason why we’re fighting is because you drink everytime there’s a party and you make me wait and now IT’S MY FREAKING FAULT?!” Hani shouted annoyed as she felt her tears welling up

“M-Mianhae Jagi, I didn’t mean to—”

“Fine, fine! I get it. I guess I just don’t have to wait up for you every time and not hang up every time June calls because whether that happens or not, I’m gonna get blamed at anyway” Hani said as she walked away

“Where are you going?” Changbin asked as he heard the main door shut

“Aish” he muttered annoyed as he messed up his hair.

Hani wiped her tears away as she pressed the ground floor button in the lift, her phone tightly grasped in her hand, finding her way to her car she drove off to the only place she needed to be right now – JYP’s office.

SOON:

Hani got off the car as she angrily shut it, making her way straight to his office as she avoided the weird looks the staff gave her

“Samchoon” Hani muttered as she looked at JYP sitting arranging some paper works in his desk
“Hani? Why are you here like this??” he asked worriedly, standing up and walking to her

“I fought with him” Hani cried as he hugged her

“Hush don’t cry, don’t cry” JYP said

“I feel defeated right now, you come to find your uncle and not me?” a voice said as Hani looked at her dad sitting there

“appa” she muttered.

JYP had always been a wily guy and maybe he sensed this as a perfect time to bond things between me and my dad, for which I will be eternally grateful but hate him at the same time.

“What’s the matter?” YG asked as Hani hugged her dad, tears streaming down her face

“And why are you wearing an apron?” he asked as Hani sighed

“Appa!” she shouted as YG chuckled

“Why’d you fight?” her dad asked warmly as Hani sobbed

“Appa, mianhae…I couldn’t get myself to come and apologize to you for shouting at you for everything” Hani sobbed as her dad lovingly her hair
“Appa is sorry too Hani-ah…You’ve given me enough time to make myself realise that I need to be a good dad too. From now, I want to be the kind of dad who asks you if you have eaten your food and how your day has been…”

“…a dad who supports what his daughter wants and loves.” YG smiled as Hani nodded

“Appa saranghae” Hani cried as a warm papa smile formed on YG’s lips.
