{Chapter 19: The hiss{

“Appa, why did you call for me?” Hani asked as her dad looked at her, a rather stern look.

“Are you done with the script for the next episode for the boys?” YG asked

“Ah, appa, mian, I’m almost done with it. I met June last night, we are nearly getting it done” Hani said bowing apologetically

“Didn’t you know today was the deadline?” her dad asked as Hani looked at the calendar that her dad pointed at

“Ah appa—”

“Have you been seeing the JYP kids?” her dad asked flipping through his files, as Hani paused

“Wae? I can’t?” she asked as Yg sighed

“Hani-yah, you already know JYP and YG are rival agencies? These photos get dropped in my office this morning, how am I supposed to react to these?” her dad said as Hani looked at the photographs – the scenes from the previous night at the park with the boys.

“Being friends is okay, but dating is not. We both already know what a scandal will cause for a raising trainee like him” her dad said as Hani sighed.

“Now someone is really doing their stalking game strong” Hani muttered folding her hands as her dad looked at her

“End whatever there is going on and stop going to JYP so much. Yg is where you belong” YG said

“I’m not breaking up with him” Hani said looking down

“I’m done whatever I had to tell you, you can leave” her dad said as Hani looked at him

“I know Changbin. He’s a talented kid; I would like to have kids like them in my agency too. But he’s a JYP kid; things are more complicated when we look in dept. His career will be ruined before it even starts” YG said as Hani stood up
“Then we’ll date in secret, we won’t let anyone know. Oh appa…” Hani begged as Yg sighed

“Photos are being dropped in to the office already; you think it won’t get worse? I can clearly see your faces here. Behave okay, Hani. End things with him” her dad said as Hani took the photos before crumbling them and tossing them in the dustbin.

“YANG HANI!” her dad shouted as Hani looked at her dad, anger all over her face.

“Appa, tell me, just for once…do you keep me around to tell me to do this and that? You tell me to do this, I do it, I do everything you tell me to. Tell me, did I ever disobey you?!”

“I did everything and anything you told me to. Every time you call me, you ask me if I’ve got the paper works done or if I have enough money to last the week…”

“…but appa, do you ever wonder how I’m doing in life too?” Hani asked, tears streaming down her face

“Sometimes I’m dying for you to ask how I have been, if I had a good night’s sleep… or if you want to eat out with me…”
“Not having eomma by my side has been hard, but not having you to look out for me has been harder appa…” Hani said as her dad looked at her sadly

“Hani-ah…” her dad called as Hani took a step back

“I’ll submit the script for the next episode for the boys and I’ll also submit the script for the show by tomorrow evening, then” Hani said bowing politely before she walked out of the door.

“And the deadline is tomorrow, Wednesday the 16^th,that’s a 2017 calendar” Hani said shutting the door behind her as YG looked at the calendar *Sigh papa YG, why?*.

Hani ran to the JYP practice rooms as she entered the empty practice room looking around, when her phone rang
“Hyunjin-ah” she muttered

“Hani, odhika? I need to find you” Hyunjin said, his voice sounding as if he had been running

“I’m in the practice rooms; I thought you’d be here. Where are you?” Hani asked

“I’m also there. Stay there, don’t move okay?” Hyunjin said as Hani nodded.

A tall figure ran towards Hani as she heaved a sigh of relief

“I know what happened…” he said gasping for air

“I promise I-I’ll find out…who spread the pictures okay? I promise” Hyunjin said, tired, as Hani smiled a bit
“Thanks Jin-ah” she said as Hyunjin looked at her, finally recovering his composure.

“Just get me soju for tonight” Hani muttered

“I have a lot to tell you about” she added as Hyunjin looked at her

“Wouldn’t that be underage drinking?” he asked worriedly

“I’m already 18, I’m eligible. Now palli, before I cry again” Hani said rolling her eyes, as Hyunjin nodded panicking

“There’s a soju bar nearby here which offers the best beef too. You drink soju, I eat beef. Let’s go there” Hyunjin said as Hani followed, exhausted but smiling.

A little while ago:

“Oppa, you know today is my birthday” Ryujin asked as Changbin turned to her

“Oh really? Happy birthday, is there anything you want?” Changbin asked smiling a bit as Ryujin thought for a while

“I want to have beef and soju” she said making a cute face

“Now?” Changbin asked looking at the time

“Emm…please?” Ryujin asked making a cute face as Changbin sighed.

FAST FORWARD:

“Can we have beef and soju here please?” Ryujin said waving her hands as the shop owner looked over

“Neehhhh” she answered back to Ryujin as the two waited for their food

“Geumasemidah” Ryujin said as Changbin bowed politely

“Eat a lot, treat’s on me” Changbin said sitting back as Ryujin looked at him

“Wae? You won’t eat?” Ryujin asked putting the meat in to cook

“You just eat a lot” Changbin said as Ryujin made a face.

“Oppa, can I ask you something?” Ryujin asked as Changbin nodded

“Make it quick” he said making the younger chuckle

“You know, we are not allowed to date right?” Ryujin said as Changbin nodded

“And you’re still doing it?!” she asked unbelievably

“Wae? I love her” Changbin said as Ryujin made a face
“Ah~” she said as Changbin looked at her

“Forget it” he said

“Palli, palli” Ryujin said as Changbin laughed a bit taking the bite.
