Chapter 13: {You’re my heart shaker, shaker{

“Chan-ah, if you’re the PD what would you like to do?” Hani asked as she played with the pen in her hand

“Something like playing bets? Team divisions and have a prize so that we’ll all work harder and make it more fun” Chanwoo answered as he discussed the plans for iKON TV, being the main PD for the episode.

“Like small mini games? How about we divide the team like the ones living upstairs would be one team and the downstairs another team” Hani asked adjusting her glasses

“Oh yes, that sounds like a good plan” Chanwoo said happily agreeing.

Hani’s phone rang as she answered the call – “C.B”

“If we’re done for now, I’ll meet you up tomorrow to finalize the things, do come prepared Chan-ah” Hani said getting up as Chanwoo bowed.

“Oh, thanks Hani-yah. I owe you big time” he said as the latter smiled waving.

“Neh, what” Hani chuckled

“Why take so long to answer my call?” Changbin muttered

“Wae~ I was in a meeting.” Hani answered

“Can’t you come meet me? I can’t come out right now since I’ll be working late” Changbin’s voice said from the other line as Hani looked at the time – 7pm

“Have you had dinner?” Hani asked worriedly as she got into a cab

“Neh” Changbin answered

“Is there anything I can get you?” Hani asked giving directions to the cab driver while on the phone

“Nothing, just come to the practice rooms, fast okay?” Changbin said as Hani nodded
“Okay okay, see you oh?” she said

“Neh” the answer came as they both hung up.

FAST FORWARD >>>>>

Hani pressed the button on the lift as it went up and up as she cuddled herself tightly clasping the phone in her hand. The lift door opened briefly as she walked out, the sound of her heels being the only sound in the deserted practice rooms

“I wonder where he is…” Hani muttered as she dialed his number which was answered almost immediately

“Neh, are you here?” Changbin asked as Hani walked along

“Emm…where are you?” Hani asked looking at the vast stretch of practice rooms

“Fifth room from the lift” Changbin’s voice said

“Ahhh okay, I’m here.” Hani said hanging up as she turned the knob of the door and entered the practice room, closing the door behind her.

“Bin-ah?” she called walking inside the dimly lit practice room

“Did I come into the wrong room?” she muttered as she walked inside and stood there, trying to dial Changbin’s number when she felt two arms snake to her waist immediately back hugging her, nuzzing on her neck.

“Hi” his warm voice said as a smile immediately crept on her face

“You scared me” she said giving a small laugh as she placed her hands on top of Changbin’s

“I’ll turn on the lights, just a minute” Changbin said pulling away as the entire room lit up revealing the guy dressed in a black hoodie and black joggers.

“Hands” Changbin said putting his hands out as Hani made a confused smile handing him her hands

“Bless me, I’ll have to work really hard from now.” He said cupping his cheeks with Hani’s hands making her giggle cutely at his actions

“Work hard by little Binnie, I’ll root for you” she smiled as Changbin nodded kissing her hand.

“But why did you want to see me so urgently?” Hani asked as Changbin looked at her

“Wae? I need a reason to meet you?” he sulked as Hani took out her phone and dialed her number when Changbin’s phone rang

“Oh, why are you calling me?” Changbin asked as Hani took his phone

“I can’t believe you saved my number like that” she pouted looking at the caller ID 4419

“Can I rename it?” she asked happily as Changbin nodded

“My phone is your phone” he chuckled as Hani quickly made modifications making the rapper laugh a bit

“My wife?” he chuckled at the caller ID

“Yah what if the guys find out? They’ll laugh at me” Changbin said embarrassed

“You’re ashamed of ME?!” Hani said making a sad face

“A-aniyo…but my wife is a bit…” he chuckled

“Are you making fun of me now? We both know we both like each other so what’s so shameful of that?” Hani said as Changbin looked at her, basically staring.

“…Or you don’t …?” she asked taking a step back as she blinked innocently.

“I-I’m sorry” she muttered turning away when

“Don’t go” Changbin said grabbing her wrist

“I never said I didn’t like you” Changbin said as Hani turned to him

“You never said you did either” she said, her eyes already getting teary.

“If I didn’t like you, why’d I write letters to you? Why’d I call you often or tell you to come see me all the time oh?” Changbin asked as Hani made a soft face

“Then you should have said so!” she said as Changbin smiled

“My baby girl” he smiled pulling her for a hug as she buried her face in his chest, taking in his cologne.

“Gurae, I like you…even before you did I liked you” he smiled kissing the top of her head.

LATER:

“So you’re saying another member may get eliminated?” Hani asked as she stared at the sky sipping her coffee as Changbin’s arm snuggled her close to him

“Emm…I hope that don’t happen. Minho hyung leaving was enough of heartache for us” Changbin said as Hani leaned her head on his chest.

“I hope so too…I would want you all to debut together as Stray Kids” Hani said sadly as Changbin’s arm around her waist tightened.

“But it feels good, sitting here like this with you, I’ve longed for this for a very long time” Changbin said in his low voice

“What would you do without me~” Hani sang

“Yaahhhh~” Changbin said making her laugh.

“I’m sorry I can’t give you enough time because of all the practice” Changbin said guilty as Hani put her coffee cup down and put both her arms around Changbin’s waist.

“I’m cold” she pouted; completely ignoring the question.

“Yahhhh, are you ignoring my sincerity right now?” Changbin asked as Hani looked at him

“I really can’t believe you’re here with me like this” she smiled pecking his cheeks as Changbin awkwardly turned away clearing his throat making her giggle.
