‘God, let me finish this at time please’

It was 11:58 am and he didn’t even do half of his homework. At a certain point, he completely gave up on this and started eating as fast as possible. While eating, he got a text from Jin saying that Namjoon got the flu and was staying with him. It relieved Jimin, because he needed to be present at course a minimum. He arrived at his Japanese exhausted and wanted one thing: sleep.

“Hi, Jimin!” Jimin got startled. He lifted his head and saw a familiar face in front of him. He had a rectangular smile. ‘Where did I see this smile again? Oh yes, I know!’

“-You’re the guy from yesterday!

-Yep, it’s me. I’m Kim Taehyung. Nice to meet you.

-Did you follow me?

-Nope. I just have the same course at you. Hm… Can I sit next to you?”

There were no one on the bench near Jimin. So, he couldn’t refuse and accepted it instead.

“Yes, you can…

-Thanks!!!”

A class delegate came saying that the teacher will be a little late. The class began to be noisy and Jimin started sleeping. But with a talkative neighbor like Taehyung, sleeping is not available. Jimin was already in the cloud that Taehyung started poking his right arm. Jimin got enough, he let out a soft groan, expressing his tiredness. When he opened his eyes, he saw Taehyung wearing a perplexed face. They started speaking.

“Your friend isn’t here today. Is he good? I think it’s Kanjoon, right?

-It’s Namjoon and how do you know him?” asked Jimin confused. Taehyung didn’t have the time to respond, that the teacher arrived breathless. He excused himself and started the course. At the end of the course, it’s Jimin who proposed Taehyung to eat with him. He was a good guy, but he was more interested about how he knows Namjoon. They went to the cafeteria and eat. There, Jimin started his investigation.

“So…. How do you know Namjoon?

-Oh! There is a rumor saying that he got into depression after the death of one of his relatives.” Jimin got mad at this announce. It hurt him. Namjoon didn’t need this at this return. His thought became clouded and he almost screamed at the poor Taehyung who was truly worried about Jimin’s friends.

“-It’s not true! He is just sick right now; he got the flu. Hmpf, I don’t even know why I justify him. He is my best friend and it’s none of your business.

-Yes, it’s none of my business… I’m sorry.”

Minutes went, and the silence was becoming more heavy. Taehyung kept eating or more likely playing with his food, which sadden Jimin. He started having regrets and apologized.

“I’m sorry. I shouldn’t have spoken like that...

-Do you want to go to cinema with me?

-WHAT?

-CINEMA. Do you want to go with me this afternoon or not? I have two ticks and it will be a shame to throw them away.”

Jimin was dumbfounded. He only knew this guy from this morning, and he already proposed him to hang out. Plus they were arguing a moment ago, but Taehyung didn't seem to mind it. ‘I need to change some air…Maybe it will be benefic for me. And this guy is so funny!’
