Hayun, still in Seunghyun’s embrace had wondered to herself this morning I hated this man with a passion and now I’m in his arms and it feels so warm and wonderful. Did I really just fall for this guy when I know what he’s like? No. I fell for a different guy, I don’t know what he’s like but it seems like I’m finding out.

“Did you bring your umbrella?” Seunghyun asked breaking the silence.

Hayun shook her head “Did you?” she asked back.

“Yes….um….if you want to ….we could maybe … share?” he asked nervousness very prominent in his voice.

She looked up at him with a smile “I’d love to!” she watched his face break into a smile of relief.

“Why were you still here anyway?” she asked as they walked back to their classroom.

“I wanted to be alone in the emptiness you know when you’re all alone in a big empty space it’s just you and your own thoughts”

“Hmm” Hayun sort of knew what Seunghyun was trying to get at.

“Hayun I haven’t officially asked you but…” Seunghyun felt very nervous for some odd reason, he’d already gotten Hayun to say that she liked him but he just wanted to be sure “…will you be my…” He took a deep breath since he was about to finish a question he never thought he’d ask “…girlfriend?”

Hayun was slightly confused at his question, they had both confessed to each other so wasn’t it obvious. It then occurred to her that maybe he was referring to what they were to each other and wanted clarification.

“Yes Seunghyun. I’d love to. It might be good for us to get to know each other better since we got off on a wrong start.” She replied remembering the day she first met Seunghyun.

They already made it back to the classroom to receive their bags and umbrella when he apologized “I’m sorry about that and for the other stuff that happened since then” he said with a sad face
