“Mr. Han..."

"I can assure you that this deal will benefit both of our companies. I just don’t understand the reason behind your rejection.” I protested following the man as he walked out of my office.
“Mr. Byun, again, I am flattered by your kind offer, but my decision is already final” He stated, entering the elevator. With a nod, he bid me a good day.
And just like that, I have failed again.
I felt slightly annoyed of course.
The plan was perfect. If Han Shiwon would have signed the paper, Valo Corp. would be working with them by now.
With just the touch of an app, the system of delivering, tracking, and processing medicine would have been more accessible than ever.
I reserved it just for him, you know.
But he was too cautious.
Perhaps Han Shiwon already foresees how reliant his company will be towards our technology.
I wasn’t interested in taking over his company you know.
Just being one of the largest shareholders would do.
“Yuna wants to go abroad within the next three years” Yixing said and Jongin missed the ball.
Immediately the whole room became quiet. With frigid emotion filling the air, thinking of my recent failure, I couldn't help but sigh out loud.
“Her father also rejected the deal last thursday” I told them nonchalantly, sipping on my glass of whiskey. “I don’t really know what he's thinking, InnoTech's financial side hasn’t been good lately. They’ve done good work but when it comes to profit…”
“Henry Lau’s helping her with the paperwork and interview process. According to Suzy, Yuna had been saving quite an amount of money in order to go abroad” Yixing informed.
Planning so far ahead, that girl was always so unpredictable.
“And we should trust Han Suzy because?” Sehun asked, hitting his number eight ball into the corner. “Don’t you guys remember everything she's done?”
“Because our plan is clearly failing….” Yixing calmly said. “If Baekhyun's contract were to pass, or if any of our pacts were agreed by Yuna’s father within three years we would be in control.”
“But Han Shiwon is way too smart for that” Minseok stated. “He wouldn’t sign anything that would give his company or his workers a disadvantage.”
“So what should we do now?” Sehun asked, clicking his tongue when he missed a shot.
“We can’t keep proposing deals until Han Shiwon accepts it. If Yuna really is going abroad within the next three years everything will go to waste” Chanyeol said cleaning his cue stick and stepping up towardd the table. Calculating the distant and force, he shot the ball perfectly.
“If we were to talk to the elders about this, do you think they would help us?” Yixing questioned out of nowhere. “Kyungsoo, how much stock does your grandmother hold within InnoTech again?”
“About 5.2%” Kyungsoo answered thinking through the question. “Minseok your family has around 8.4% right? Mr. Han controls around 20%. We are still far behind even if we were to get their support.”
It was no use, whichever way we went, the Han had us cornered.
They were too prideful to borrow mone
