Chapter 7 ~ MBC



Sandy finds it funny how she thought her life couldn’t get more complicated than it is at that moment. She can barely balance her career as a YG trainee and her everyday job at the coffee shop. She somehow needed time for her self. Her body was asking of every minute available for a bit of rest. Not even a sleep…. A bit of nap perhaps?

Yet as soon as she thought her life is getting under her control with only the whole Sunday as a rest day. Two people just came in unexpectedly and made her life a bit more complicated than it is

The tickling scene with Seunghyun and the phone conversation with Jaejoong…. she never thought those events will lead her life into a drama like Korean series….


A week before…

Unexpectedly, When Sandy was in the middle of her dance routine practice. TOP came up to her, still cold and blant but totally different from the HIT CHART that she knew.

“Sandy, did someone call you this weekend? TOP asked…

Rasing a brow at the sudden interest of the Bigbang rapper “yes. Why?” she replied coldly as well

“Who was it?” Seung Hyun asked back in a stern voice

“I haven't realize that I need to report to you who has been calling me?” she smirked at him not realizing the fact that it was making Seunghyun's blood to boil

“Well….. “ he paused, finding a good excuse but couldn't find any... “Just tell me who called you!” he almost shouted at her.

Now that had gotten her attentiion

“Ya! Hit chart! Since when did you start caring about my personal life?” Her eyes squinted at him…. she waited for his reply… but he kept silent…

“If you don’t have anything to say just leave me alone ok?” She started to walked away from him slowly As she passed by him…. he heard him saying something… although not very clear…

“I like you ok!. Since the first day I saw you…. since the first day you stepped into the YG building” He said in a very still low voice. Obviously embarassed at his sudden confession

Sandy’s eyes widened…. She was having doubts whether she heard him right….

“What??? what did you just say?” She faces him again looking at TOP whose face is flushed red.

“You heard me! don’t let me repeat it” He stubbornly answered… “just tell me who called you. I need to know. don’t ask why… I just need to know~!” his eyes squinting and red…

Sandy rolled her eyes…

“fine! DBSK called me! All of them called and talked to me. happy?” She turned her back on him and left the studio. She can hear Seung Hyun’s voice echoing inside telling himself how stupid he is followed by series of cursing.

“Why the hell is he like that? one moment he’s as cold as ice the next he tells me he likes me? what the hell!” Sandy muttered under her breathe

After that Seung Hyun has been acting different around her. He would sit beside her, giving her bottled water, asking if she’s ok, giving her extra attention, telling her to stop playing around. Making faces if he sees her talking and typing messages on her phone. more like a protective mother. It’s weird…. She hated it…. But sometimes… she finds it sweet as well.

Jae has been calling her every night before the boy sleeps. She liked it when he calls her especially when she’s at work. He kept her company till he falls asleep. He knew she was working till three in the morning and he was happy to keep her laughing till he can no longer make his eyes open.

“Jae why are you so nice to me?” she asked him one night

“I don’t know! you’re crazy. And I like crazy people” he laughed… ignoring the fact that he slightly lied to her. Of course he can't just blurt it out that he actually like her. That could scare her away.

“Ohh…. If you ask me why I’m still talking to you I’ll answer I don’t know either” she irritably mocked him

“Well...” Jae paused… waiting for Sandy to yell at him again… he smiled hearing Sandy’s voice in the end of the line again…

“Ya! Let me ask you, who is crazier. The crazy person who doesn’t even know what she’s doing or the person who’s talking to the crazy person whom I think knows exactly what he is doing?” she asked the still quiet Jaejoog

“Umm what?” Jaejoong could not just comprehend what the girl just said
