She was a quiet girl by nature so a natural blush had always decorated her face. But throw in some spiked egg nog, her face was flushed to the color of her santa hat.

Laughing merrily, Xiumin took the mug of spiked egg nog out of her hands. Allowing her to lean on him, he said, “I think you’ve had enough egg nog for the night, sweetheart.”

“But, I still want more…” she pouted, burying her face into his chest, arms snaking around his waist.

“Oh, I don’t think so.”

“You’re being unfair.”

“Life is unfair,” Xiumin couldn’t help but laugh at her responses, she was certainly a little more than tipsy tonight.

“Well, you’re being selfish by not sharing your egg nog.”

“Oh, I don’t know sweetheart. You drank all of yours already, so I let you have mine. Then you drank all of that, so you took Baekhyun’s. Which I don’t think he’s very happy about it.” He reminded her as he slipped his arm underneath her legs, lifting her up bridal style.

“So…,” she swung her arms around his neck, resting her head in the nook of the shoulders. “You’re still being unfair.”

“Now, I think that you’re the one being unfair.” He countered, gazing down at her form tenderly.

“What do you mean…?” Under his intense gaze, she couldn’t help but stutter, her face flushing an even deeper red if that was possible.

“If you continue to blush like that, it’s hard for me not feel anything, sweetheart.” He smiled. “You do know that you exceptionally cuter when you blush, right?”
