[CONTENTID2]            "I would like to thank everyone, especially my friends for helping me become who I am today. Thank you, SM High, for making me your valedictorian. This senior class is now officially graduated from high school!" Suho finishes off with a flourish, resulting in roaring cheers from everyone in the stadium. 

            It's been two years. 

            We finally graduated high school. 

            I took off my graduation cap, and threw it in the air just like everyone else. Grinning widely, I looked around and caught Suho's eyes up on stage. His eyes were bright, and his entire face was lit up.  

            "Babe, don't look now, but some special people are coming our way," Baekhyun pulls me into a hug. Despite having a growth spurt, he was still shorter than me by a few inches, but that never hindered our relationship. I was about to turn, but his mischievous expression stopped me. "Hey—I told you to not look now, didn't I?" 

            "Well, then when can I look?" I huff.  

            "Right about...now." He turns me around abruptly, and leads me to a less crowded place. A man and woman was standing there, conversing. Taking a few steps closer, I gasp. 

            They were my parents. 

            My dad came all the way from New York to my graduation. 

            "D-dad?" I ran towards him, my eyes tearing up. Seeing him during breaks just wasn't enough. I had missed him so much, and, to my knowledge, he shouldn't be here for another two weeks. "Dad!" 

            "Phoenix!" He yells, opening his arms. I ran towards it without hesitation, feeling like a little girl again. "My daughter, I can't believe you're graduating high school..." 

            "I can't either, Dad," I sniff. It was too late; the tears were dropping and my breathing was getting shallower. I didn't cry much, but when I do, they were never pretty. "What are you doing here? I thought you couldn't make it!" 

            "How could I miss my little girl's graduation?" He kisses the top of my head lovingly, and pulls my mom in for a group hug. "This boyfriend of yours made it all happen, kiddo. Thank him of all people." Suddenly, I remember Baekhyun was still standing there. He was smiling nonchalantly, as if this didn't mean the world to me.
