Donghae massaged his temples as he settled himself on the couch. He can’t believe he is as messed up as he is right now. Much like he was years ago.

3 words. It only took him 3 words to put him back into misery. How did Eunhyuk know? Could he have remembered  the news? No. How would he know that Hyukjae is the Lee Hyukjae from the news 7 years ago? Unless…Is he…?

He took out an old photo of him and Hyukjae, wearing soccer uniforms in their 4th grade. He was imagining Eunhyuk while looking at the photo. They have the same eyes, a little difference on the facial profile but his jawline resembles that of his friend. Cosmetic surgery perhaps? The smile. His heart started beating faster. They have the same gummy smile! That’s already 2 similarities! He thought even harder…Strawberry milk! He saw Eunhyuk drinking that a number of times.

Then he suddenly remembered what happened earlier. “Why did he kiss me?” he asked himself while touching his lips, still swollen.

He would have understood if he was a girl receiving punishment from him. But he’s a guy. Just like him. Is he gay? He shook his head. He doesn’t seem like it. And before that, Eunhyuk said he hates him. Would you kiss someone you hate? His punch is painful but he wouldn’t need to think why he did that.

He didn’t reply, waiting for the information he was about to provide.

“Kim Heechul.” he paused, probably cross-checking on the data he has, “He adopted your brother 18 years ago.”

He doesn’t know why he’s bothered that Eunhyuk didn’t come to class today. It’s not that he misses him. It’s just...

“Could you stop that ?” Kyuhyun sneered at him

“What?” Donghae was confused. What did he do?

“You’re touching your lips while spacing out. Thinking of Eunhyuk?” he said with an “eeewwy” look at his face

Donghae blushed. Was he…? He decided to dismiss the thought and focused on the papers in front of him. Kyuhyun focused his eyes on his PSP once again.

“My prince!” Sungmin greeted him with a half-hug from the back

“Prince? My .” Kyuhyun smirked, his eyes still glued on his game.

“Hmmph!” Sungmin pouted as he settled to a seat beside Donghae. “What is that?” he asked peeping into papers on Donghae’s hands.

“Nothing.” Donghae replied nonchalantly

“Why do you have Ms. Kim’s photo?” Sungmins asked, “Or Mr. Kim…?” he wondered, picturing the beautiful man in his memory

Donghae’s eyes darted into Sungmin. “You know him?!”

“He’s Eunhyuk’s mother…father?” He murmured, “Geez…I’m confused! Ahh…parent!” then he turned to Donghae who is now as pale as the Snow Queen.

“E-eunhyuk? The Eunhyuk here?!”

“Mhmmm. My hottie Hyukkie.” Sungmin nodded, frowning at his friend’s face. He extended his hand on Donghae’s forehead, “Are you sick? You look so pale…”

Donghae couldn’t hear anymore what Sungmin was asking him. Kim Heechul is Kim Eunhyuk’s parent?!
