Chapter Five

Both of them gave each other a glare then, GongChan noticed something, he looked at MiYu from head to toe and... “My my, look who decided to doll up” he said as a smirk formed in his face, “Yah!” MiYu proclaimed, “Let me guess, you have a date tonight don’t you?” he said and MiYu kept quiet, “Heh, I wonder who was stupid enough to go on a date with you” he added, “Why you-” MiYu was about to hit him but then, “Tch, never mind. I have more important things to focus” she added then she left him, “Eh?” GongChan wondered...

In MiYu’s case, she went back to the table but this time, she wasn’t mad anymore, instead, she put on a smiling face “Uh?” Siwan wondered as he was shocked of the sudden change of mood

“So, shall we order?” she asked, “S-Sure” Siwan responded as he looked at the menu but he would glance at MiYu from time to time “Weird, Minji-ssi said that her sister has quite a temper but by the looks of it... she’s pretty calm” Siwan thought to himself, moments later, they started to order... while waiting for their orders...

“So, MiYu-ssi... do you want to tell me something about yourself?” Siwan asked, “No no, I actually want to know more about you” MiYu responded, “E-Eh?” Siwan wondered then MiYu gave him the ‘beautiful eyes’ thing, Siwan was immediately fooled by her act, “Heh, well then... if that’s how you want it to be, then I will” he said then he started to blab things about himself. MiYu just nodded and smiled as she pretended to be interested, but at the back of her head...

“This moron is so full of himself, it makes me want to slap him so hard!” she proclaimed in her thoughts, then... “Here are your orders” the waiter said as he placed their orders on the table, “Oh thank goodness, he’ll stop talking” she added. The two were having a very quiet dinner when suddenly, “You know... you’re really pretty” Siwan said as he broke the silence, MiYu almost choked when she heard what he said, she drank some water and after drinking, “E-Excuse me?” she said, “I said you’re really pretty... prettier than your sister” Siwan added “Uh” MiYu said as she slightly blushed, “No one has ever said that to me, usually they tell me that my sister is prettier because she dresses up more like a girl” she added, “Really? Well I’ve seen your sister and I can say that she’s pretty but you’re prettier ^^” Siwan responded, “T-Thanks” MiYu responded then she kept quiet and continued to eat.

                While waiting for MiYu to finish her food, “Will you excuse me for a while? I need to go to the bathroom” said Siwan and MiYu nodded her head, he stood up and went to the bathroom leaving his phone behind.

MiYu was having second thoughts about Siwan “He really seems nice plus, he looks and acts like a gentleman though he likes to brag about himself, he seems okay and for a guy older than 25, he looks young and is still single” she said to herself as she was eating her favorite Chocolate cake, suddenly BEEP. Siwan’s phone beeped, MiYu looked around and noticed that Siwan was still in the bathroom, she decided to see who texted him, her eyes widened when she saw the name of who texted

“1 message from Babe”
BEEP –his phone beeped again
“1 message from Babe, 1 message from Honey”
BEEP. BEEP. BEEP
“1 message from Babe, 1 message from Honey, 2 messages from Sweety Pie, 1 message from Darling”

MiYu suddenly became furious, then “I’m back” Siwan said as he walked towards MiYu, MiYu looked at him then she continued to finish her food. “Uh?” Siwan wondered, he sat back down and continued to talk but MiYu just kept quiet, when she was done eating

“I’m done, let’s go” she said as she stood up, “Yah, wait!” Siwan called as he followed her. In his car, MiYu was pretty quiet, “Are you okay?” he asked as he was driving but MiYu just kept quiet, “Are you feeling sick? Do you want me to go buy you some medicine?” he asked, “I’m fine. Just drop me by over here” MiYu responded “Are you sure? I mean, it’s pretty late and-” “Just drop me off here!” MiYu proclaimed, “Uh? Heh, fine” Siwan responded then he parked the car

MiYu got off the car and was about to leave but then Siwan grabbed her hand, “What? I’m off now so you can just leave” MiYu responded, “A while ago, you were so nice and all but now, you’re back to your mean self” said Siwan “Uh?” MiYu said then she kept quiet, “Oh I get it, maybe it’s ‘your’ day” said Siwan and MiYu glared at him, “Don’t worry, I understand. I guess I’ll see you again then” he said as he leaned forward as he was about to kiss her on the cheek but then MiYu stepped backward, “Bye” she said then she walked ahead “Uh?” Siwan said then he released a sigh and went back in his car and drove off...

                In MiYu’s case, “Darn that weirdo! He thinks he can play with me? Heh, ‘you’re prettier than your sister’ my foot! I bet he was interested in my sister all along but because he’s a weirdo, she turned him down! ARGSH!” she proclaimed, then

“Are you okay?” a guy asked, MiYu turned around and saw Jinyoung “J-Jinyoung-ssi?” she said, “Hey” Jinyoung responded.

Moments later, at the mini park next to their apartment...

“So your sister set you up on a blind date?” asked Jinyoung and MiYu nodded her head while drinking a can of soda “Heh, you sure have some sister” said Jinyoung “Yeah, I’m so unfortunate to have Park Minji as my sister, you do realize that she picks the weirdest guys?” said MiYu “Hold up, Park Minji? As in, the owner of Five Star Magazine?” asked Jinyoung and MiYu nodded her head, “Why do you think I work there?” she added, “Heh, no way...” said Jinyoung “Well, yes way... *sigh* and I had to wear this stupid dress (=_=) my sister is a weirdo” said MiYu “Well, when it comes to guys, maybe she has weird taste but when it comes to clothing... she has an awesome taste” said Jinyoung, “Uh? What do you mean?” asked MiYu “That dress suits you, it gives you a more mature image” Jinyoung responded, “Uh, heh, how weird... when my best friend saw me wearing this, he couldn’t stop laughing (-_-)” said MiYu “Really? Well maybe it’s because of the age difference... you do realize that I’m four years older than you?” said Jinyoung “Really? You look young” said MiYu “Why thank you ^^” said Jinyoung “And how about that brat of yours?” asked MiYu “GongChan? Oooh, you’re suddenly interested in him huh” Jinyoung teased, “I am not!” MiYu denied, Jinyoung chuckled and said, “He’s two years older than you” “Sou... uh, by the way... what were you doing outside the streets a while ago?” asked MiYu “Well I was-” but before Jinyoung could finish what he was saying

“Hyung!” they heard someone call, they turned around and saw GongChan walking towards them, “Oh great, the brat’s here” MiYu murmured,  “Yah, where were you? I was waiting for you!” GongChan proclaimed as he faced his hyung, “Sorry about that Channie, MiYu-ssi and I bumped into each other and well, she looks like she needs someone to talk to” Jinyoung replied “Really?” GongChan said as he turned to MiYu

“Did that guy turn you down even though you were dolled up already?” he said pretending to pity her, MiYu gave him a fake smile and said “Actually, that guy I went on a blind date with turned out to be a total jerk, he has more than 2 present girlfriends and I’m not that stupid to become one of his that’s why tomorrow I am going to call him and kick his and throw him off a cliff” MiYu responded then she stood up “Thanks for the talk” she said then she faced GongChan “And for the insult” she added then she went inside the building first.

GongChan was left dumbfounded after hearing what MiYu said then, “You just had to insult her, she needed someone to talk to because of her date problem and now... she’s upset again...” said Jinyoung “H-Hyung...” said GongChan “I know that you’re not fond of her but I hope you’re also sensitive about how she’s feeling plus... I know how much you hate guys just like the one she just had a date with... so I hope next time, when you see how upset she is... try not to piss her off” Jinyoung added then he walked ahead as well...

“Uh” said GongChan

He was about to enter their room when he looked at MiYu’s door, he remembered what she said

“Actually, that guy I went on a blind date with turned out to be a total jerk, he has more than 2 present girlfriends and I’m not that stupid to become one of his that’s why tomorrow I am going to call him and kick his and throw him off a cliff” –MiYu

He also remembered a certain situation in his past that caused him to hate guys who are just fooling around with girls, he released a big sigh and said “Why do I feel so guilty and I have to apologize to her?” then he went inside their apartment.

                The next day, “GOOD MORNING!” Minji proclaimed as she entered their office but both Kwangmin and MiYu just looked at her then continued to fix their equipment “Yah yah, what’s with the whole ignoring me thing? MiYu, I heard that your date with Siwan-ssi went well...” said Minji “Uh?” both Kwangmin and MiYu wondered

“Noona, do you realize that-” “He said that our date went well?” she asked Minji and Minji nodded her head, “Heh... really then” MiYu said to herself then she faced Minji once more, “Unni, call him and tell him to meet me at the mall by 4PM” she added, “WHAT!?” Kwangmin cried, “Very well then” Minji responded then she left

“Yah MiYu, have you gone insane? Why do you want to go on another date with that jerk after what had happened!?” Kwangmin proclaimed, “Relax, it’s not a date... I’m just going to talk to him” MiYu responded, “When you mean talk, are you trying to tell me that you’re going to ‘talk’ talk or ‘talk’ as in, throwing him in the dumpster because if you meant the second one then I won’t stop you at all” said Kwangmin, “Heh, really...” MiYu said as she went near him, “Uh?” Kwangmin wondered then she suddenly hugged him which made him more shocked

“Thank you so much for being a supportive and protective friend” she said in between the hug, Kwangmin felt a little pain in his heart when he heard the word ‘friend’

“MiYu...” he said then he smiled weakly, “T-That’s what best friends are for” he added, MiYu broke the hug and smiled at him then she went grabbed her bag and said, “Let’s go?” Kwangmin nodded his head and the two of them went downstairs to go to the studio...

                In B1A4’s case, while practicing...

“So how did your dinner with your old friend went?” asked Baro “It went well, we talked about a lot of things and all” GongChan replied, “Really... where did you guys eat anyway?” asked Sandeul “Café Puccini” GongChan replied, then “Okay guys! Enough talking, let’s get back to practice!” CNU proclaimed and they continued to practice

                In MiYu and Kwangmin’s case, they continued to set the equipment at the studio, while Kwangmin was setting the light, MiYu suddenly stole a stolen shot of him

“Yah!” he proclaimed and MiYu stuck her tongue out, “Tss, let me see!” he proclaimed, MiYu showed him the picture and “Argsh! I look awful!” he proclaimed, “Really? I think it looks cute, do you want to take another one?” MiYu said as she suddenly took another picture of Kwangmin “YAH!” he proclaimed once more and this time, his eyes were half closed, “Park MiYu!” he added and MiYu laughed at him, “Two can play at this game” he said as he grabbed his camera and he took a picture of MiYu with her eyes half closed as well, “YAH! >.<” she proclaimed, “Now we’re even” he said as he showed the picture to MiYu “Delete it!” she proclaimed, “Not until you delete that first” said Kwangmin “How about this? We delete it together, okay?” said MiYu and Kwangmin nodded his head, “1...2...3!” both of them proclaimed and MiYu deleted Kwangmin’s picture but then, “YAH! THAT’S SO UNFAIR!” she proclaimed

“Hihihihi” Kwangmin laughed as he stuck his tongue out, “Argsh! You’re going to get it!” MiYu proclaimed and she started chasing him, suddenly, she tripped on a wire and was about to fall but luckily. Kwangmin caught her

“U-uh?” both of them wondered as their faces were near to each other, then “AHA!” MiYu proclaimed as she grabbed the camera from Kwangmin and deleted the picture, “SUCCESS!” she proclaimed, “Tch, you’re absolutely a kid. I can’t believe everyone used to be afraid of you” Kwangmin said as he walked towards her and grabbed the camera, “Yah, let’s not bring up the past anymore” MiYu responded, “Okay2x” said Kwangmin then...

“Excuse me?” Gunwoo, the leader of My Name, said as he went near the two photographers, “Uh?” the two wondered as they turned to him. “We’re here for the photoshoot” he added “Uh, right... sorry about that” Kwangmin apologized as he was rubbing the back of his neck, Gunwoo just smiled back at him

Moments later, “Okay guys... I’m your photographer Jo Kwangmin and this is my assistant Park MiYu” said Kwangmin “Annyeonghaseyo~” MiYu greeted then Kwangmin noticed that JunQ and Seyong were whispering to each other while looking at MiYu “Uh, heh” he said “Let’s start the photoshoot. Please be comfortable with us as much as possible ^^” he added then they started.

Whenever a guy group would have their photoshoot, Kwangmin would be the photographer and MiYu would be the assistant but whenever a girl group would have their photoshoot, MiYu would be the photographer and Kwangmin would be the assistant. It was all Kwangmin’s idea so that no one would dare to flirt with MiYu and to his surprise, MiYu agreed to it though she never knew the whole switch thing was for Kwangmin to keep her away from the other guy groups.

                During the photoshoot, “MiYu, can you fix the lighting over there?” he asked and MiYu nodded her head. While she was fixing the lights, “Be careful ^^” a guy said, MiYu turned around and saw JunQ “Uh” she said as she looked at him with a blank face (as usual) “Yo~” he greeted but MiYu continued to look at him, he suddenly felt awkward because his ‘charms’ had no effect on her, “Uh, err... I’m just saying, you should be careful” he said, he didn’t know what to say anymore. “Okay” MiYu responded then she continued to fix the lighting, meanwhile, Kwangmin saw what happened and he had a huge grin on his face, “That’s my girl” he said. After a while, they continued with the photoshoot.

                On the other hand, at the mall while taking a break from their fan signing, the others noticed that GongChan was really quiet... “Uh, yah Channie! What’s wrong with you?” Baro asked as he approached him, “Uh? Nothing...” GongChan replied and he continued to stare at a blank space. Jinyoung knew what was going on in his thoughts, he suddenly smiled at him.

After the photoshoot and interview, JunQ spotted MiYu at the table fixing the wires, she was all alone and no one was around, he decided to approach her and talk to her but suddenly

“What’s up?” Kwangmin suddenly inserted as he wrapped his arms around MiYu, JunQ saw this and got the message that Kwangmin sent him, Kwangmin looked at him and he saw JunQ walking away, he released a smirk, then

“Yah! Will you get your stupid arms off of me? I can’t fix the wires properly!” MiYu proclaimed, “Okay2x... I just miss doing that to you” Kwangmin said as he took his arms off of MiYu “Tch, you’re acting pretty weird” she said “Well, I’m always weird ;)” Kwangmin responded and MiYu rolled her eyes and continued to fix the wires.

“So, what time will you meet that jerk Im Siwan again?” Kwangmin asked as he helped with fixing the wires, “After this... I’m heading to the mall where I will meet up with him” MiYu replied “Really? Do you want me to come?” he asked, “No need... I can handle it by myself” MiYu responded and Kwangmin nodded his head, “Well, good luck!” he added.

                After 30 minutes, MiYu left the studio and went to the mall. When she arrived there, she noticed some signs that said “B1A4” “Uh, so they’re here too huh” she said as she passed by the Entertainment Center.

“Uh?” GongChan wondered as he saw MiYu passing by but she didn’t see them, he suddenly stood up and went after her, “Yah, GongChan! Where are you going?” CNU asked as he saw GongChan running away, “I’ll be right back hyung!” GongChan responded while running.

                He continued to follow MiYu and stopped when he saw her entering a seafood restaurant, he slowly walked towards the restaurant and his eyes widened when he saw MiYu talking to Siwan “U-Uh” he said

“Hey, how are you? I’m glad that we’re going to have another date again” Siwan said as MiYu sat down, but she wasn’t wearing a happy face at all. “Are you okay?” he asked but MiYu gave him a glare “Uh?” he wondered then, “You think I met up with you to have another date? Heh, well you’re definitely wrong!” she proclaimed and Siwan was silenced. “Yah, do you think I’m stupid? Heh, last night I was just playing with you. I never really cared about the things that you were blabbing about; the truth is... you’re a lying old jerk! And I came here to tell you that I don’t ever want to see your face again!” she added, Siwan was quiet for a while, but then “Heh... it seems like I’ve underestimated you... you know what, I seem to find you more interesting now than before” he said with an evil grin on his face “U-Uh?” said MiYu “You’re different from my other girlfriends, it makes me want to be with you even more...” he added “W-What are you talking about?” MiYu asked in a confused way, Siwan suddenly stood up and grabbed MiYu’s wrist and pulled her out of the restaurant, “Where are you taking me?!” MiYu proclaimed but Siwan didn’t respond, he continued to drag her “ARGH! SOMEONE HELP ME!” she proclaimed, “It’s no use brat... you’re coming with me” Siwan responded suddenly

“Let her go!” a guy proclaimed, “Uh?” both Siwan and MiYu wondered, they turned around and MiYu was surprised to see GongChan “Y-You?” she wondered

“What did you say?” Siwan said as he let go of MiYu and walked towards GongChan

“Heh, you really are old, you didn’t even here what I just said” GongChan responded “Mwo!?” Siwan proclaimed “I said... GET YOUR STINKING HANDS OFF MY GIRL!” GongChan proclaimed and both Siwan and MiYu were shocked of what he said

“Y-You’re girl?” both of them wondered.
