[A/N]FIRST OF ALL, I WOULD LIKE TO APOLOGIZE BECAUSE IT'S BEEN A LONG TIME SINCE I'VE UPDATED. I'VE BEEN REALLY BUSY WITH SCHOOL WORK SINCE WE JUST HAD OUT MIDTERM EXAMS, I'M REALLY SORRY EVERYONE! PLUS, I'VE ALSO BEEN READING MANGAS TO GAIN INSPIRATION IN WRITING THIS FIC.

Chapter Twenty Nine

Back when they were still in 3^rd year high school…

“What’s that?” Minwoo asked as he noticed a red piece of paper on Kwangmin’s desk, Kwangmin noticed it and he immediately kept it in his pocket “It’s nothing” he said then he sat down. “Uh?” Minwoo wondered.

During lunch break, “MiYu~” Kwangmin called as he entered class 3-B’s room. The students turned to him and MiYu face-palmed herself, she stood up then went near him and both of them went to the rooftop together.

“For lunch we have… this~” Kwangmin said as he presented the lunch box to MiYu, MiYu’s eyes glistened when she saw the food “(*_*) Amazing as usual” she said then she started eating. Kwangmin smiled as he watched her eat his food, then…

“Hey Kwangmin!” Minwoo proclaimed as he entered the roof top, “Ah Minwoo, just in time we’re- uh?” he was surprised because Minwoo was with a girl, MiYu turned around and saw the girl as well

“A classmate of yours?” MiYu asked Minwoo, “Actually… she came here to tell Kwangmin something” Minwoo responded “Uh?” MiYu then turned to Kwangmin and he showed a clueless face

Suddenly, the girl walked towards him and “I like you oppa, please go out with me!” she proclaimed, “A confession already!?” Minwoo proclaimed “Uh?” MiYu wondered, she looked at Kwangmin but he had a calm facial expression

“I’m glad that you have feelings of admiration for me but… I’m sorry, I can’t go out with you” said Kwangmin “U-Uh” the girl said as she felt her heart crash into pieces, Kwangmin stood up and was about to leave but then

“Why… why won’t you go out with me!?” the girl proclaimed then she turned to Kwangmin with teary eyes, both Minwoo and MiYu were starting to feel a bit sorry for her “Stop crying” Kwangmin said then he turned to the girl with a serious look on his face, “I can’t go out with you because I already like someone else” he added then he immediately left.

The girl continued to cry then MiYu approached her and patted her on the back, the girl turned to her then she slapped MiYu’s hand and stepped away from her “D-Don’t touch me” she said then she left as well.

“W-What was that all about?” MiYu wondered then Minwoo went near her and patted her on the shoulder “That girl must be really upset because Kwangmin rejected her but don’t worry, she’ll get used to it just like the other girls that confessed to Kwangmin and got rejected ^^” he said, “U-Uh (¬_¬||)” said MiYu “But just now… Kwangmin looked really serious and he had cold eyes” she thought to herself

                When class ended, “MiYu, let’s go home” Kwangmin said as he went entered class 3-B’s room. MiYu stood up and went near him then the two of them left. While walking…
“Where’s Minwoo?” MiYu asked
“He said that he still needs to practice for the dance competition next week, he’ll be representing our school” Kwangmin replied
“I see, heh that kid is one heck of a dancing machine” said MiYu and Kwangmin nodded his head in agreement.
There was a silence between them, then… “Hey, about what happened a while ago at the rooftop…” said MiYu, “Oh that, don’t worry about it. I’m sure that the girl will get over it” said Kwangmin “I’m not talking about what happened between you and that girl, I’m talking about you saying something like ‘I have someone I like that’s why I can’t go out with you’ and such” said MiYu
“Uh? MiYu… are you… JEALOUS?” Kwangmin asked as his happiness was overflowing
“Huh? Why would I be jealous?” MiYu wondered
“(-__-) Never mind…” said Kwangmin
“Anyway… if you have a girl you already like, why don’t you ask her out already? I mean, that’s what guys do when they like someone right?” said MiYu
“Uh” said Kwangmin then he smiled and patted MiYu on the head, MiYu was puzzled because of what he did
“Hey, are you free this Saturday?” Kwangmin asked
“Uh yeah” MiYu responded
“Great, then let’s go out ^^” said Kwangmin “Uh” said MiYu.

                Meanwhile… “I can’t believe it… so it is true” the girl who confessed to Kwangmin earlier said as she was secretly following them, she was looking at the two talking and laughing and she felt jealousy inside of her then Kwangmin turned to her and they had an eye-to-eye contact, she immediately hid herself.

“D-Did he saw me? Oh shoot, I wish he didn’t” she mumbled to herself.

When Saturday came… “Uh, hey are you going out?” Youngmin asked as he went out of the kitchen and saw Kwangmin by the door all dressed up in his casual clothes and he was putting his shoes on, “Yep” Kwangmin responded as he stood up “I’m going on a date today ^^” he added and Youngmin went O[]O “See you” Kwangmin said then he left.

                Kwangmin arrived at the park where he and MiYu decided to meet, moments later “Sorry for being late” MiYu said as she arrived, “It’s oka-” but when he turned to her, his jaw dropped as he saw her wearing a white blouse and a black skirt, her hair was tied to the side and curled in the ends

“W-What happened!?” Kwangmin proclaimed, “(=’_‘=) How insulting” MiYu murmured “I-I’m sorry it’s just… this is the first time I’ve seen you wearing a skirt rather, it’s my first time seeing you wear that” said Kwangmin “Well my sister made me wear it” said MiYu “Uh?” Kwangmin wondered

Flashback

“I’m going out” MiYu said as she was about to leave, “Wait, where are you going?” Minji asked, “Going out with Kwangmin” MiYu responded “Oh, hanging out with Minwoo and Kwangmin again huh” said Minji “Nope, just the two of us” said MiYu “EH!?” Minji exclaimed, “It’s about time that Kwangmin asked you out on a date, but wait… why are you wearing simple clothes? You have to wear something cute that way Kwangmin will fall in love with you even more” said Minji “Eh? What are you-” but before MiYu could finish what she was saying, Minji suddenly dragged her back to her room and made her change, after that, she tied her up and dropped her off the park and untied her then drove off

“(-_-) And that’s what happened” said MiYu “(._.||) I-I see” said Kwangmin “Well at least noona understood that I have feelings for MiYu” he thought to himself then “So where are we going now?” asked MiYu “Uh, let’s go to the amusement park ^^” Kwangmin suggested. “Amusement park?” MiYu wondered.

Meanwhile, “Kwangmin oppa’s on a date?” the girl from before said as she saw Kwangmin and MiYu leaving the park.

                At the amusement park… “Woah” MiYu said as she was amazed by the sight of the rides in front of her, “This is your first time going to an amusement park?” asked Kwangmin and MiYu nodded her head “I wasn’t allowed to go near an amusement park when I was still a kid and come to think of it, no one has taken me to one yet” she added “I-Is that so?” said Kwangmin “Why do I suddenly feel guilty being her best friend yet I’ve never thought about her not going to the amusement park? I’m such an idiot” he thought to himself.

After Kwangmin bought them tickets, they went inside. Meanwhile… “Okay, mission spying on Kwangmin and MiYu’s date starts now!” Minwoo proclaimed to himself as he was secretly following Kwangmin and MiYu at the amusement park.

They went on many intense rides but they also went on those not so intense ones. Kwangmin and MiYu were having fun a lot and during lunch break…

“Wait here while I go get something to eat for us, okay?” Kwangmin said as he stood up “Okay” MiYu replied then he left.

Kwangmin was thinking how happy he was having some alone time with MiYu, “I can’t believe it… a date with her ^^” he said to himself then he remembered the cute outfit that MiYu wore

“Ahaaaa~ *blush* just thinking about it makes my heart beat fast, urgh, darn it… I’m so happy but I don’t know why? Is it because I really like her? URRRRRRGGGGH :3” he added and he continued his way. 15 minutes later, he arrived back where he left MiYu but then

“What the?” he wondered as he noticed that MiYu wasn’t around anymore. He placed the tray that he was holding on the table and started to look around for her

“MiYu, hey MiYu where are you!?” he called as he was walking around, 10 minutes later “Uh? MiYu!” Kwangmin proclaimed as he saw MiYu back at the table and she was starting to eat lunch, she saw Kwangmin running towards her

“Uh? Where have you been?” she asked “What do you mean? I should be asking you that question, you suddenly disappeared” Kwangmin replied “I went to the bathroom” said MiYu “Eh? I see, I should’ve waited for you instead of leaving like that, I’m sorry” said Kwangmin “Heh, it’s okay. Sit down and let’s eat” she said and she continued to eat, Kwangmin sat down and started eating as well. He was stealing glances from MiYu from time to time then he noticed something about her

“Hey are you sure you went to the bathroom?” he asked. MiYu paused for a while then she turned to him “Of course I did” she said “Then *grabs wrist* what happened to your wrist?” Kwangmin asked as he showed the swollen wrist “Oh this, I got it last night. I accidentally tripped and fell” MiYu replied “Really? When I held your hand a while ago, it wasn’t swollen” said Kwangmin “Maybe that’s because my sister applied some make-up on it to conceal it and while I was washing my hands, the make-up was removed” MiYu said then she forced herself from Kwangmin’s grip and continued eating. “Liar” Kwangmin said to himself

Kwangmin was still suspicious about the swollen wrist; he could’ve sworn that it wasn’t swollen before. After eating lunch, they decided to walk around the mini park first since they’ll throw up if they moved on with the intense rides.

Kwangmin was getting tired so he decided to sit on the bench while MiYu continued to look around “Hey aren’t you tired?” Kwangmin asked “I am but… I want to continue to walk around, it’s my first time here at an amusement park and I really want to check out ALL the sights” MiYu replied while looking around “Idiot, this amusement park is so huge that it’ll take you three days to see ALL of the sights” said Kwangmin “Heh, well whatever. I’ll go look around there okay?” MiYu said then she ran off “Hey MiYu!” Kwangmin called but she was already far away from him, Kwangmin released a sigh and he leaned back on the bench and looked at the sky

“Seems like it’s going to rain, maybe when MiYu comes back, we should leave already that way we won’t get wet by the rain” he said to himself then “Psssssst!” he heard someone call from the bushes, he turned around and saw Minwoo hiding behind them (.____.) “M-Minwoo?” he wondered, Minwoo looked from left to right then jumped out from the bushes and sat next to him

“Hey dude, how’s it going?” he said “Idiot, what were you doing behind the bushes?” asked Kwangmin “Spying on you and MiYu of course” Minwoo replied “Wow, how shameless of you to do that (-_-) said Kwangmin “I know right? uh, by the way, where’s MiYu?” questioned Minwoo “She wanted to look at the other sights so she ran off” Kwangmin answered “EH!? YOU LET HER OUT ON HER OWN!?” Minwoo cried “Y-Yes, why? Is there a problem?” Kwangmin asked “Hey Jo Kwangmin, while you were gone to order some food for you and MiYu, she…”

                Meanwhile, in MiYu’s case, she continued to look around “Woah, this is such an amazing place, I wonder why Kwangmin only brought me here now?” she said to herself suddenly, “Park MiYu…” she heard a girl call her name, she turned around and was shocked to see the same girl who confessed to Kwangmin at the rooftop “You?” MiYu said as she faced the girl “How many times do I have to warn you? Not to get close to Kwangmin oppa!” the girl proclaimed “Heh, and why is that?” MiYu responded, she sounded and looked confident while talking to the girl

“You… you weren’t threatened at all!? I even put those death threats on your locker! And a while ago, you almost got hurt! Aren’t you scared at all!?” the girl exclaimed in an angry tone “Why would I be afraid of someone who is that low just because they couldn’t get something they want, they have to hurt other people to satisfy themselves. Heh, how pathetic” said MiYu. The girl was pissed off because of what she said; she clenched her fists

On the other hand, “MiYu! WHERE ARE YOU!?” Kwangmin proclaimed as he was running around looking for MiYu, “Argh, darn it. Why didn’t I notice it before?” he mumbled to himself as he recalled what Minwoo said

“Just a while ago, after you left. MiYu went to the bathroom, I decided to follow her because I thought that she would get lost or something but luckily, she didn’t. Unfortunately, on her way back, someone suddenly attacked her from behind and choking her, I was about to jump out but then MiYu suddenly turned the tables around and she caught the person who was attacking her but then the person hit her wrist with the metal stick he was holding and suddenly ran off.

Hey you should be careful, I sense that something’s not right so I suggest you better find her fast or the person who attacked her from before might attack her once more” –Minwoo

“Argh, I am so stupid!” Kwangmin proclaimed to himself and he continued to look around.

“You… just because you’re rich, pretty and smart doesn’t mean that you have to talk to me like that” the girl said, “Why? In the first place, Kwangmin rejected you right? So why must you force yourself such things” said MiYu “H-Huh?” the girl said, “Argsh, this is such a pain. This is one of the reasons why I avoid the feeling of liking someone, I don’t want to become someone who is crazy and will stalk a person just like you” MiYu added, the girl was really irritated then “HOW DARE YOU SAY THAT!?” the girl proclaimed as she raised her hand and was about to punch MiYu but then

“DON’T!” Kwangmin suddenly grabbed her hand to prevent her from punching MiYu, “Uh?” the two girls were shocked to see him. Kwangmin made the girl face him “Hey you, don’t you dare hurt her or else I’ll hurt you even if you are a girl” he said with a serious and scary tone that made the girl shiver in fear, “O-Oppa” the girl said then she started crying, “I’m sorry, I’m really sorry” she started to apologize which made the two really confused. The girl fell on the ground and continued to cry

“I’m such a terrible person, you’re right MiYu-ssi, I wanted oppa so badly that I had to hurt you. I’m sorry, I really am. I’m an idiot for doing it” the girl said as she continued to cry. Kwangmin easily pitied the girl but when he turned to MiYu, he was shocked to see her smirking

“W-What the?” he said then “Tch, really pathetic” MiYu said and the girl looked up to her and noticed that her face was really serious

“A girl like you, going all crazy that you would even hurt others just to get an idiot like Jo Kwangmin. It really is pathetic!” she proclaimed, both Kwangmin and the girl went (=[]=) when they heard what MiYu said “Why do I feel like I’ve been insulted? (=_=)” Kwangmin said to himself, MiYu went near the girl and helped her stand up

“You’re a cute girl and you deserve to like someone who will like you back. Someone like this idiot Jo Kwangmin… isn’t even worthy to go out with you!” she proclaimed and the two showed blank faces “I mean, look at him. He looks thin, I don’t think someone like him would even be able to protect you if you got into trouble. He’s also weird and he acts like a kid, sometimes it’s a pain just to be with him. He acts spoiled if he doesn’t get what he wants and I always punch him because of that” she added “O-Oi, aren’t you exaggerating already? Plus, I’m insulted because of what you said” said Kwangmin “But it’s true, you are like that. Everyone sees you as a cool guy but you’re really not” said MiYu “O-Ouch, it really hurts (=_=)” Kwangmin said as he felt his soul coming out from his body. The girl looked at the two of them while they were arguing, then…

“How cute…” she said, both Kwangmin and MiYu turned to her “MiYu-ssi… you really are a cute person, please go out with me!” the girl proclaimed and the two went (=[]=)

                When things were already settled “So in the end that girl truly was weird” said Kwangmin “I know, she even asked me to go out with her (=_=) it was quite disturbing for me” said MiYu, Kwangmin giggled and said “Who wouldn’t go out with you? I mean, you are a cute girl just as what she said ^^” said Kwangmin “Shut up” said MiYu “Aha, okay2x… but MiYu, aren’t you upset that you weren’t able to see the whole sight of the amusement park?” Kwangmin asked “I am, but since it’s about to rain, we can’t let ourselves get wet now can we?” said MiYu “*laughs* yeah” Kwangmin responded and he smiled. Suddenly, it started to rain and it was raining hard. The two quickly rushed to a small waiting shed and stayed there

“Argsh, we still got wet (=.=)” said MiYu “Heh, we should’ve walked faster but since we can’t just leave yet, let’s stay here and wait for the rain to stop” said Kwangmin “Okay2x” MiYu replied and there was silence between them. Kwangmin looked at MiYu and smiled, MiYu caught him staring at her “What?” she said “You do realize that this is a date, right?” Kwangmin asked “Uh… hmm, come to think of it. It really is a date but a date as friends” MiYu replied “Yeah, and this is also my first date ^^” Kwangmin added “Then seems like we’re in the same case” said MiYu, “Heh, so how about this… in order to seal our first date *moves closer to MiYu* allow me to do this” Kwangmin said then without any hesitation, he suddenly kissed MiYu on the forehead and it really surprised her. She looked at Kwangmin and he was smiling at her, she then smiled and said “Jo Kwangmin you idiot”

---END of FLASHBACK---

“Ah, I remember now!” MiYu proclaimed as she stood up from the bench, “You even said something ridiculous” she added as she slightly blushed. “What’s so ridiculous about kissing a girl on the forehead?” Kwangmin asked “Well, I don’t know!” MiYu responded and Kwangmin laughed then he looked at the sky and smiled

“MiYu” he said without looking at her “Yeah?” MiYu responded “What will you do if I suddenly leave?” Kwangmin asked, still not looking at her “Why are you asking me that question?” said MiYu “Just answer” said Kwangmin “Uh, I don’t know. You’ve stayed by my side for a long time already so I really don’t know what I would do if you suddenly left, I guess I’ll cry or something” said MiYu, “Uh… is that so” Kwangmin said and MiYu nodded her head “Why did you suddenly asked that?” she added, Kwangmin faced her and said “I’m going to Australia.”

Author’s Note:  Kwanmgin's leaving? What do you think will MiYu's reaction be since it's her first time experiencing someone very close to her leaving and what do you think will happen to her and Gongchan?
