Chapter Twenty Seven
MiYu headed to her next destination where she and Kwangmin will meet up for their afternoon schedule, she arrived at a temple
“(o_o) E-Err” she said then “MiYu!” she turned around and saw Kwangmin walking towards her, “Why are we at a temple?” she asked “Well, they decided to change locations in the last minute and they said that they want to come here since there are tons of lovers coming here to pray for a strong relationship” Kwangmin responded “Is that so” MiYu said as she looked around and saw many couples, MiYu then remembered what happened between her and Jinyoung just a while ago
Darn it, I’m still bothered about what happened and I thought that it would go smoothly, argsh
“So... who did you met up with? (¬_¬)” Kwangmin asked “(.__.||) W-well I met up with-” but before MiYu could finish what she was saying, “Hey MiYu!” someone called her name, she and Kwangmin turned around and saw Yunho walking towards their way, “Ah old man Yunho!” MiYu beamed, “The heck!? STOP CALLING ME OLD MAN! (=’[]‘=)” Yunho whined and MiYu laughed at him, “(-_-) Happy Valentine’s Day by the way” said Yunho “Right back at you” both Kwangmin and MiYu responded “Where are my chocolates kid?” Yunho said as he placed his arms around her “I don’t give chocolates to old men” MiYu responded coldly, “Why you little-” “I see you’re playing with kids again hyung” a guy said, they turned around and saw Shim Changmin, another member of TVXQ “Changmin oppa” said MiYu, “What the? You called him ‘oppa’ but I’m ‘old man Yunho?’ that’s so unfair! (>3<)” Yunho whined, “Shut up old man” said MiYu and Yunho was getting a bit irritated
“Kwangmin, how’s it going? Did you confess already to-” but before Changmin could continue what he was saying, Kwangmin immediately covered his mouth “Shhh, I haven’t yet” Kwangmin whispered “O-Oh, sorry about that ^^” Changmin responded, then “Confessed to who?” MiYu wondered and Kwangmin suddenly felt nervous, “C-Confess? What are you talking about? Hyung didn’t say anything about confessing, right hyung?” Kwangmin said as he turned to Changmin “A-Ah, that’s right, I said compress not confess” said Changmin and MiYu raised her brow in suspicion, “Ah look at that, Yunho hyung let’s go or else we’ll be late for the grand rehearsal” Changmin said as he grabbed Yunho’s arm and dragged him away leaving the two behind, “That was close” Kwangmin murmured to himself then, “Hey Jo Kwangmin” said MiYu and Kwangmin turned to her “Today’s Valentine’s Day and I just realized something... why don’t you have a girlfriend yet?” asked MiYu “E-EH!? (O[]O)” Kwangmin exclaimed as he suddenly felt his heart beating fast due to nervousness
“So... how come?” MiYu questioned, “T-T-T-That’s because I-” “Don’t tell me you don’t want to have a girlfriend yet because of me?” she added, “W-What!? How did she know? (=[]=)” Kwangmin thought to himself, “H-How did you-” “I mean it’s really okay with me, you can’t look after me for the rest of your life, you also have to get married and have kids and live a happy life” she said and Kwangmin felt down in the dumps, “Stupid MiYu, why do you have to be that dense towards me now there’s no way I can confess to you, maybe next year again (╥ ಊ ╥)” Kwangmin cried to himself.
30 minutes later, the two went back to their job as photographers/interviewers. Meanwhile, when GongChan got back to the apartment “Uh?” he said as he noticed a gloomy atmosphere everywhere in the room, he turned to the living room and saw CNU, Baro and Sandeul sitting down and keeping quiet, he approached them.
“What happened? Why does it feel so gloomy?” GongChan asked, “You rejected Jinyoung hyung” Baro responded “That sounds disgusting in so many ways (||-_-)” said GongChan, “I mean MiYu-ssi was about to give her answer but then you came in and said the answer to hyung” said Sandeul “Uh, heh, but that was what she wanted to say too” said GongChan “But you could’ve just let her talk I mean, letting someone else give the answer, that’s so horrible (TT_TT)” said Sandeul “U-Uh (.___.||)” said GongChan, then “Channie... can we talk?” Jinyoung said as he came out of his room, “Hyung!” Baro proclaimed, “Don’t follow us or listen to our conversation okay?” Jinyoung said to them and the three nodded their heads, “Let’s go” he said as he went out and GongChan followed.
They decided to have a talk at the roof top, “Ah~ it feels so refreshing!” Jinyoung proclaimed as the wind passed by, GongChan felt nervous because what he did a while ago was actually unintentional though it was half meant but he didn’t want to hurt Jinyoung...
“Hyung I-” “Channie... I guess that was my punishment for not keeping my promise with your sister” Jinyoung cut him off “H-Uh?” GongChan wondered, “Before your sister died, she made me promise her that I would live a happy life, fall in love once more but she told me that I must not fall in love with a person who reminded me so much of her. I promised her but, I broke it... MiYu-ssi... really resembles her even if I try to tell myself that I shouldn’t think that way” said Jinyoung “Uh” GongChan said then he remembered what MiYu said before
“He only likes me because I reminded him of Chun Hei”
“At first, when I confessed to her she told me that she can’t accept it because she was hurt since I told her she reminded me of Chun Hei, but still she gave me another chance but I guess she fully realized her feelings for me, maybe she just admired me and nothing more... guess I was getting my hopes up huh, I even kissed her thinking that it would change her mind but in the end, she pushed me away and scolded at me... so I guess, she really doesn’t have the same feelings I have for her” Jinyoung added “Heh, you’re right” said GongChan and Jinyoung turned to him, “She told me before... ‘My feelings for Jinyoung-ssi are only feelings of admiration and nothing more’ but hyung... you’re wrong about one thing” said GongChan “Uh, and what is that?” Jinyoung questioned, “That klutz Park MiYu... is nothing like Noona, even though they have some similarities but she’s no Gong Chun Hei, she’s Park MiYu... a clumsy princess who works as a photographer and who is our neighbor” said GongChan “Uh, Channie...” Jinyoung said then he smiled and patted him on the head, GongChan was confused at the moment
“I was right, you like her too don’t you?” he added, “E-Eh?” GongChan responded as he suddenly turned red, “For you to talk about her like that, plus a while ago, you were jealous when I kissed her right? That’s why you suddenly inserted into our conversation like that ^^” said Jinyoung “What the heck!? Stop concluding things by yourself hyung, I absolutely have no feelings for that klutz!” GongChan proclaimed then he walked away and Jinyoung smiled at him.
Tch, how unbelievable! But... at least hyung’s okay now... he accepted that MiYu doesn’t like him... uh? MiYu... MiYu... MiYu... saying her name feels... awkward
MiYu and Kwangmin were done at around 5:30 PM and they decided to go home straightly. MiYu arrived at her apartment and rested on her couch, “What a day! It didn’t feel like Valentine’s Day at all except for that part...” she said as she remembered what happened at the park, “I really hope he’s okay” she added then she remembered something as well. She stood up and went to the fridge, she opened it and found 5 boxes of chocolates, “I forgot to give these to them” she said, she took them out, placed them in a paper bag and was about to go to the next apartment but when she opened the door “Uh?” she was surprised to find Jinyoung standing in front of her and it looked like he was about to ring the doorbell to her apartment
“U-Uh” she said then she remembered the kiss and suddenly turned red, “M-MiYu-ssi, don’t worry, I’m not here to do anything to you” he said “Eh?” MiYu wondered, “Can we talk for a while?” he asked, “Hmm” said MiYu
Moments later, inside MiYu’s apartment... “Here you go” MiYu said as she gave Jinyoung a glass of juice, “Thanks, but I don’t think you should treat me this way even after what I did to you” Jinyoung said and the two of them remembered the kiss, MiYu suddenly blushed and took her seat “MiYu-ssi... as I’ve said before, I’m not going to do anything to you, in fact...” Jinyoung said as he stood up and suddenly got down on his knees and bowed to MiYu “I ask for an apology because I suddenly kissed you!” he proclaimed while he was still in that position, “(o_o) E-Eh, t-that’s okay Jinyoung-ssi, you don’t have to do something like that” MiYu responded “Eh?” Jinyoung wondered then he sat up, “You’re not mad at me for kissing you? I mean, I was being forceful and yet-” “Actually... to tell you the truth, I also feel a little bit guilty because even though I already knew what my feelings for you were, I still said it” said MiYu, Jinyoung was a bit confused but then he remembered what MiYu said before
“I... I decided to give you another chance”
“That was stupid of me to say something, I’m sorry, I’m really sorry because even though I said that, I still rejected you” she added, “Uh, heh, silly girl” said Jinyoung and MiYu turned to him “That’s how love is... you gave me another chance because you thought that something different would happen right? You were not only giving me a chance but you were also giving yourself a chance because you also wanted to see if your feelings for me would change... but it didn’t, right?” he said “Uh...” MiYu said then she kept quiet, Jinyoung smiled then he patted her on the head “Don’t worry about me, I’m fine with it even though it’s my first time being rejected by a girl ^^” Jinyoung responded “Plus, I bet you already like someone else right? I mean like as in, not an admiration but something more than that” he added and MiYu suddenly blushed “N-No way! I don’t have anyone I like!” she proclaimed as her face was turning red and Jinyoung giggled “Aigoo, so cute, too bad I can’t have you anymore” he said “Uh?” MiYu wondered
“I’ve already accepted it MiYu-ssi, so there’s no need to worry. But you know, I will still be here for you, you can consider me as your ‘oppa’ got that?” he said “Eh? Oppa?” MiYu wondered, “That’s right, you can call me ‘Jinyoung oppa’ I want to hear it~ ^^” said Jinyoung “Err, J-J-Jinyoung oppa” said MiYu “Kyaaa~ how cute!” Jinyoung proclaimed “You’re weird” said MiYu “T^T how mean” Jinyoung cried, “Tch” said MiYu, “Oh yeah, about the kiss... you sure you’re not mad about it?” asked Jinyoung “Uh yeah, I’m not mad at all besides, at least you immediately apologized unlike that certain someone didn’t (-_-)” MiYu said as she remembered when GongChan stole her first kiss, “You mean you had your first kiss already?” asked Jinyoung “E-Eh? W-Well that is, I-” “Ahaha, it’s okay, you don’t need to tell me ^^ uh, by the way, what’s with the paper bag?” Jinyoung wondered as he saw the paper bag beside MiYu
“Oh this” she said as she picked it up and gave it to Jinyoung, “Chocolates for everyone, please pass the message to them” she said, Jinyoung looked inside and saw the chocolates he smiled then faced MiYu “Thanks, Sandeul and Baro have been looking forward to this ^^” he said, “You’re welcome” MiYu responded then she smiled at him and he slightly blushed, then he stood up
“Looks like I have to go, I’ve said what I wanted to say so... I’ll be seeing you around, ‘kay?” he said and MiYu nodded her head, Jinyoung closed the door and MiYu released a sigh
“It was shocking that he suddenly came here, I was actually worried but now, at least I know that he accepted what I told him... Jinyoung-ssi truly is incredible” MiYu said to herself.
Meanwhile, Jinyoung leaned on the door and he held on to his chest, his heart was beating fast...
Darn it... don’t be like this Jinyoung, just accept the fact that she rejected you... I guess this is why Chun Hei didn’t want me to fall in love with someone that reminded me of her, is it because she knew that I’ll get hurt like this? *sigh* but even if she doesn’t have feelings for me... I’m happy to know that... she might have feelings for Channie since... that picture of him...
*remembers the time when Jinyoung was snooping in to MiYu’s camera and he saw that picture*
It was a picture of Channie all right and he seemed like he was smiling right at you, it seems like he has captured your love...
Jinyoung went inside their own apartment and delivered the chocolates to the rest of the members (including GongChan)
A few days have passed and things were back to normal, Jinyoung and MiYu still had this friendly relationship, Kwangmin was still acting weird because of what Changmin suddenly said about confessing to someone and of course...
“SHUT UP YOU BRAT! I HATE YOU!” MiYu proclaimed “I ABSOLUTELY FEEL THE SAME WAY!” GongChan responded. GongChan and MiYu still ‘hate’ each other...
“Why on earth are you here anyway!? I thought our magazine was done working with you guys on this month’s issue?” said MiYu, “Beats me, I’m not the manager am I?”GongChan sarcastically responded which pissed MiYu off and they continued to yell at each other, “Valentine’s Day has passed and there’s still no improvement between these two” Baro said then he released a sigh, “You brat, get out of here or else I’ll kick you out myself!” MiYu proclaimed, “What!? Why you little spoiled princess” GongChan said as he raised his hand and was about to hit MiYu but then “STOP!” someone yelled they looked behind and saw Minji, “Uh?” both of them wondered, “MiYu, don’t be rude with our future partners” she added “Future partners?” all of them wondered then Manager Yun showed up, “Manager Yun?” B1A4 wondered, “What did Minji-ssi mean when she said that we’ll be partners?” asked Sandeul, “Oh that, actually we’re here to discuss to you guys about that one” manager Yun responded, “Uh?” all of them wondered.
Moments later, when everybody was settled...
“As you can see, Five Star Magazine’s 10th Anniversary is coming up and to make the event special, we’ve decided to make it special and that is by partnering up with some selected idol groups and we’ll make an awesome issue for March!” Minji proclaimed excitingly, “She seems to be pumped up” Minwoo whispered to MiYu, “That’s what I’m worried about” MiYu responded
“I’ve talked to the other managers and I will now talk to Manager Yun, excuse us for a while” Minji said and she and manager Yun left.
“So that’s what they meant by partnering up, and I thought we were going to have another photoshoot with MiYu-ssi” said Baro and MiYu glared at him. “I’m kind of hungry, do you guys want to go down and grab a bite to eat?” Kwangmin suggested “Sure” the rest of them replied and they went downstairs...
They arrived at the cafeteria and were surprised to see a lot of idol stars eating and talking, “Woah!” Minwoo proclaimed as he saw the girl groups that were present, “Look its Yunho sunbae!” Baro proclaimed as he saw Yunho, Yunho saw them and waved at them “Old man Yunho!” MiYu proclaimed and he got pissed off.
Suddenly, “KWANMIN-AH~” they heard a girl beam, they turned around and saw one of the members from an idol group running towards Kwangmin, “Ha Young!?” Kwangmin exclaimed as he was shocked to see her, “Oppa~ how are you? I really missed you!” Ha Young proclaimed as she was hugging Kwangmin’s left arm, “I-I’m fine, ehe ^^” he responded as he felt a bit awkward, then
“I didn’t know you two know each other” Sandeul inserted, “Ah, B1A4! Annyeonghaseyo!” Ha Young greeted, “Annyeonghaseyo” the guys responded then Ha Young noticed MiYu, “Unni! You still look pretty as usual” she said, “T-Thanks (-_-)” MiYu responded then Ha Young turned to Kwangmin again
“Hey, let’s go on a date!” she proclaimed, “W-WHAT!?” both Kwangmin and Minwoo proclaimed “W-Wait a minute, Ha Young, I don’t think that-” “Sure, Kwangmin will go on a date with you” MiYu inserted and the two guys cried “EH!?” “Hey MiYu, to let Kwangmin go on a date with a girl, it’s-” “Minwoo, can’t you see the situation? Kwangmin going on a date with a girl; DATE WITH A GIRL, do you get it?” MiYu whispered to him, Minwoo was thinking about it then he got what MiYu meant
“Ah sure, Kwangmin will definitely go on a date with you” he said as he faced Ha Young “WHAT!?” Kwangmin cried, “Really? Yehey! I am so happy~ oppa, let’s meet at the park by 11:00AM tomorrow okay? Pinky promise me” Ha Young said as she showed her pinky to Kwangmin, Kwangmin released a sigh and said “Okay” then he made a pinky promise with her, Ha Young left happily and excited for her date with Kwangmin. When she was already gone…
“HEY YOU TWO!” Kwangmin proclaimed in an angry tone “Uh?” both Minwoo and MiYu turned to him then *HIT* he hit them on the head and walked out.
“Argsh, that stupid Kwangmin, can’t he see that we’re doing this as a favor for him?” MiYu murmured, then “I don’t get it, why is Kwangmin worried about a date with Ha Young-ssi, I mean sure she’s a star but I think she’s just like the normal girls” said Sandeul, “Well if you must know, it’s not about the girl but it’s about Kwangmin” said Minwoo “Huh?” the rest of them wondered “If you must know… tomorrow will be… Kwangmin’s first date” said MiYu “E-EH!?” the other guys were surprised.
In Kwangmin's case, he decided to go back to their office and he slammed the door shut when he got there then he threw himself on the couch
“URGH! Screw this!” he proclaimed “I can’t believe it, I’m going on a date with another girl and what’s worse is that MiYu was actually the one who said ‘yes’ URGH! I am so upset right now, I mean, why would she even say ‘yes’? She knows that I don’t like to go on dates with other girls… I only want to go on a date with her” he added then he released a sigh “Guess I can’t help it…”
Back at the Cafeteria…
“Ever since we were in High School, Kwangmin refused to go on a date with other girls but he and MiYu go on dates a lot” said Minwoo “Actually, I don’t consider it as a date since the two of us are just friends” MiYu added “So Technically, this is will be the first time for Kwangmin to go on a real date with another girl besides MiYu” said Minwoo “Oh, so you mean to tell us that Kwangmin really does like MiYu and he doesn’t want to go on dates with any other girl but her” said Baro, “That’s it!” Minwoo proclaimed, “No it’s not you idiot! (-’_‘-)” MiYu said as she suddenly hit Minwoo on the head “Don’t say things like Kwangmin likes me” she added as she felt a bit irritated “But he really does” “She’s so dense” Baro and Sandeul whispered to each other and Gongchan rolled his eyes, “So Minwoo, tomorrow we’re following him right?” MiYu said as she turned to Minwoo “Of course we will!” Minwoo responded and the two shook hands with serious looks on their faces
“They’re scary” Sandeul whispered to CNU and he nodded his head in agreement.
The next day…
“This is stupid, why did I even decide to come? I am so stupid (-___-)” Kwangmin mumbled to himself, then…
“Oppa!” Ha Young called as she ran towards him and when she reached him, she suddenly hugged him. “E-Err, Ha Young I think you shouldn’t hug me in front of everyone” Kwangmin said as he broke the hug, “EH? But why? I mean, we’re on a date aren’t we?” asked Ha Young “Yeah but… *sigh* let’s just go” Kwangmin said as he walked ahead, “W-Wait!” Ha Young followed.
Meanwhile, MiYu and Minwoo decided to meet up at the back gate of the park that way they could start following Kwangmin and Ha Young but…
“Argsh, where the heck is Minwoo? Kwangmin and Ha Young are about to leave and that guy’s not here yet” MiYu mumbled as she was looking at her watch and then looking at her phone to see if Minwoo replied to her messages
“That’s it, I’m going to call him” MiYu said as she dialed Minwoo’s number and…
*Phone Convo*
Minwoo: *coughs* H-Hello?
MiYu: Are you okay? You don’t sound good
Minwoo: I caught a cold and can’t *cough* come
MiYu: EH? That’s too bad… I guess I should go back instead and-
Minwoo: Wait don’t!
MiYu: Eh? Why?
Minwoo: I called for replacement
MiYu: Replacement?
Minwoo: Yeah, he should be there by n-
Suddenly…
“Why are you standing there like a lost child?” an annoying voice (for MiYu) inserted, MiYu slowly turned around and her eyes widened when she saw
“GONG CHAN SHIK!?” she proclaimed

Author’s Note: FIRST OF ALL, I WOULD LIKE TO APOLOGIZE FOR THE VERY VERY LATE UPDATE. MY LAPTOP WASN'T WITH ME FOR A FEW DAYS AND I WAS BUSY WITH SCHOOL WORK AND NEXT WEEK WILL BE EXAM WEEK >.< SO I AM VERY SORRY! So the next chapter will be about Kwangmin and Ha Young's date BUT... don't forget, MiYu and Gongchan are together as well, so what do you think will happen? ^^v
