Chapter Eighteen

When Friday came~ “Noona, we’re asking for permission to leave early” Kwangmin said as he entered Minji’s office, “Uh? Why is that?” asked Minji “Well, remember the Christmas Party tonight? We’re going grocery shopping, if that’s okay” Kwangmin replied, “Uh, is that so? Well okay then” Minji replied, “Really? Thanks noona!” Kwangmin proclaimed then he left her office. Minji continued to do her work, then “Hold up... it’s Christmas Eve and I forgot to buy presents! DARN IT!” she proclaimed

Back in their office, “We can leave early~” Kwangmin said as he entered their office, “Uh... okay” MiYu replied, “What’s wrong? You sound like you’re not excited at all?” asked Kwangmin “How could you invite those guys without even telling me (=_=)” said MiYu “Heh, well they’re our friends too right? And besides, you know what they say, the more the merrier ^^” Kwangmin responded and MiYu released a sigh.

“Knock2x, prince Minwoo is coming in” Minwoo said as he opened the door and entered their office “Uh? Prince Minwoo?” the two wondered, “What? I’m handsome as a prince” Minwoo responded, the two rolled their eyes and chuckled.

At around 3:00PM, they left the office. They went to the grocery store to buy the ingredients and after that, to MiYu’s apartment

It took them 3 hours to cook the meals, Kwangmin and MiYu cooked the food while Minwoo decorated the living room... when it was already 7:00PM

DING DONG, the doorbell rang, “Minwoo-ah! Can you open it? we’re kind of busy here” said Kwangmin “Ne~” Minwoo responded then he went to the door and opened it, “Hey!” he said as he saw Soo Min and Eun Mi in front of him, he let them enter the apartment

“The place looks nice” Eun Mi commented, “Thanks! I decorated it ^^” Minwoo responded, “Oh, hey cute hat” Soo Min said as she noticed the santa beanie hat that Minwoo was wearing, “Hihi, but I’m cuter right? :3” said Minwoo, Soo Min rolled her eyes and sat on the couch while Eun Mi quietly giggled.

After 10 minutes, B1A4 arrived, “Woah! The place looks cool!” Baro proclaimed, “Thanks ^^” Minwoo responded, “You guys are here already, don’t worry, food’s ready in a minute” Kwangmin said as he peeked at them,

“Ne MiYu-ssi, is your sister coming too?” asked Sandeul “Yep~ but she said that she’ll just catch up since she has a lot of things to do” MiYu replied “Oh, I guess presidents like her are really busy especially on Christmas Eve” said Sandeul

In Minji’s case, “Got to find a gift for Kwangmin... ah! Over there!” she proclaimed as she ran towards a boutique

Back at MiYu’s apartment, “Food ready” MiYu said as she brought out the food, they were excited to eat already since they were really hungry “Here” MiYu said as she gave GongChan a plate, “Uh, gomawo” he responded as he received the plate, MiYu continued to distribute the other plates. While eating, they decided to watch a funny Christmas Movie. It may seem like a simple celebration but the guys were enjoying it since it was just a simple one, not like the loud ones that they’ve been to before...

“Yah, let’s play charades!” Minwoo beamed, “Sure! I’ll go first!” Sandeul responded as he stood up, MiYu smiled and said “I’ll be washing the dishes” then she gathered the dishes and went inside the kitchen while the others were playing

She was washing the dishes when, “Let me help you with that” Jinyoung offered as he grabbed the plate from her and started to put soap on it “Uh, I’ll handle it. I mean, you should be with them playing” MiYu responded as she grabbed the plate from Jinyoung “Heh, I don’t mind. Besides, I’m not good in charades so I think it’s best if I helped you instead” said Jinyoung, “Uh” MiYu said then she smiled and allowed Jinyoung to help her.

GongChan was busy focusing on the game that he didn’t noticed that Jinyoung and MiYu were together, but unfortunately... Baro did and so, the teasing begins

“YAH! Looks like we have two love birds over there washing the dishes!” he proclaimed, all of them turned to the kitchen and saw Jinyoung and MiYu washing the dishes and talking, they were having a conversation that was funny enough to make MiYu left. Minwoo, Soo Min and Eun Mi turned to Kwangmin; Kwangmin gave them a fake smile though he felt a bit hurt.

“Yah hyung!” Sandeul called, the two looked back and were shocked to see everyone looking at them, “U-uh” they said, “Look, a mistletoe!” CNU proclaimed as he saw a mistletoe above them, “Yah hyung!” Jinyoung cried then “KISS. KISS. KISS” the boys, except for Kwangmin and GongChan chanted, Soo Min punched Minwoo on the shoulder but he continued to chant, MiYu gave them a glare and said “NO!” then she continued to wash the dishes, Kwangmin wanted to smile at that time but he controlled himself, Jinyoung shrugged and continued to wash the dishes as well

After washing the dishes, “Ah~ the two love birds are here” said Sandeul “KISS. KISS. KISS!” Baro proclaimed then Soo Min smacked him on the head, “Shut up” she added, “Ne TT_TT” Baro replied while the two quietly laughed at him, they continued to play other games like board games and such, they were having fun but then MiYu noticed someone who was sneaking out and staying at her living room’s balcony, “Uh” she said as she went near him. The others were too busy to realize that there were two who were at the balcony already

“Is it really that boring for you?” MiYu asked, GongChan turned to her with a startled reaction, “Heh” he said then he looked away, he was leaning on the wall and so MiYu stood next to him and she leaned on the wall as well

“Really boring huh?” she asked, “It’s a good thing you know that” GongChan responded, “Heh, well sorry. Unlike you guys, we have a real job and so we’re not used to that club of yours and stuff” said MiYu “Why? Don’t you think being an idol is a real job?” asked GongChan “Uh, I don’t know. I mean, I just don’t get it; you become famous for about 10-20 years and after that? What happens next? For me, it’s like you guys are wasting your time trying to be somebody that people want; you pretend to be cute and stuff in front of the camera but off the camera, you’re a real brat” said MiYu “Brat... huh, I’m starting to get used to that word” said GongChan “Tch, brat” said MiYu “Okay, I’m over it. Now stop calling me that” said GongChan “BRAT. BRAT. BRAT. BRAT” MiYu decided to annoy him and she laughed at him,
 “(-’_‘-) I said stop calling me that” he said but MiYu didn’t listen to him, she continued to annoy him

“You’re going to get it” he said with a smirk, suddenly, he pushed MiYu towards the wall and he placed his arms on the sides, “U-Uh” she was silenced, “I told you to stop calling me that” he said, “Heh, I’m not afraid of you” said MiYu “Oh really?” GongChan said then he came in closer and MiYu was starting to get nervous but still, “I-I’m not afraid” she said, GongChan smirked and leaned forward once more, now their noses were already touching, “Want me to lean forward?” he said, MiYu was about to say something but she couldn’t, she was silenced for sure, GongChan smirked and said “You think I would kiss you?” then he moved away, “Like what I’ve said before, kissing a klutz like you isn’t my thing” he added then he went back inside, MiYu took a deep breath and held on to her chest, “Darn it!” she proclaimed as she felt her heart beating fast, “That was so close! SO CLOSE! URGH! SCREW YOU BRAT!” she added, then

DING DONG, she heard the doorbell rang, Sandeul opened the door and “M-M-Merry Christmas!” Minji proclaimed while panting “Uh?” all of them wondered. Moments later, “Here’s for you... and for you...” Minji said as she distributed her gifts, “WOW! Thank you so much Minji-ssi!” Baro proclaimed, “Minji-ssi sounds old, call me noona ^^” said Minji “Uh, ne” Baro responded, Minji turned to MiYu and noticed that she was quiet, “Uh? Heh, here... it’s from Yunho” Minji said as she gave MiYu a box, “Uh?” MiYu wondered, “There’s a note attached to it, if I were you, I would open that later” she added, MiYu nodded her head then she put the box aside, then “Here’s mine” Kwangmin, Jinyoung and GongChan said in unison as they all together gave MiYu their gifts “Uh?” all of them wondered as they looked at the three, “Hold up, Channie... you’re giving MiYu-ssi a gift?” asked Baro, GongChan didn’t reply, he was a bit embarrassed, then “I think I’ll open these later, when you guys are gone” she said as she grabbed the gifts from them and placed them on the side, “Thanks” she said, when she turned to GongChan, she remembered what he did then looked away.

It was almost twelve and the others were already asleep, the only ones who were awake were MiYu, Kwangmin and Minwoo

“Darn it, I’m already *yawn* sleepy” Minwoo said as he lied down, “I guess we’re crowned as the all nighters king and queen” Kwangmin said as he turned to MiYu, “Yep” MiYu replied, “Whatever, I’m going to sleep” said Minwoo “But it’s almost twelve” said Kwangmin “I’ll greet you guys ‘Merry Christmas’ tomorrow... good night” Minwoo said then he fell asleep

The two were still wide awake, well, MiYu was... Kwangmin was already sleepy but he doesn’t want to sleep yet since he wants MiYu to sleep first before him “You sure you’re not sleepy?” asked Kwangmin “Nope” MiYu replied while she was busy with her laptop, Kwangmin was preventing his yawn to come out but MiYu noticed it, “If you’re sleepy, you can go ahead, I’m fine here” she said, “Nah, I don’t want to sleep yet” Kwangmin replied, “Oh please” MiYu said as she rolled her eyes and looked at the laptop. Moments later, she noticed that Kwangmin was really quiet, she looked to her side and saw Kwangmin tilting his head and his eyes were closed, “Heh, knew it” she said, she smiled then she let him rest on her shoulder

“You sleep there okay? But you better not drool over me or else you’re dead” she said then she turned to her computer, she didn’t realize that Kwangmin was actually awake, he was just closing his eyes; he opened his eyes and smiled, then he closed them again and fell asleep for real...

The next morning, they all left MiYu’s apartment and MiYu went inside her room to open her gifts, she first opened her sister’s gift to her. She made a (-_-) face after seeing it, she received 10 dresses from her sister and a note was attached to it

“Wear these to work okay? I want to see you wearing them, I’m sick of seeing you wear pants all the time. Merry Christmas, Saranghae!” –Park Minji

She rolled her eyes and moved on to the next gifts, when she opened Kwangmin’s gift, it was an electronic picture frame, she smiled as she looked at the pictures “How thoughtful ^^” she said, Jinyoung's gift was a CD of him singing song covers, there was a note attached to it

“I hope you’ll enjoy them ^^ some of the songs there are my compositions, Merry Christmas!” –Jung Jinyoung

MiYu smiled as she looked at the CD, “I’ll listen to them for sure” she said, next was Yunho’s gift. Minji mentioned that there was a note attached to it. She opened the box and saw the note, she read it first

MiYu,

Merry Christmas! I somehow felt that you’ve forgiven me because last time, we were talking to each other in an okay way... so yeah, actually... I don’t know what to say right now so I guess there’s no point to this note right? Well, I just want to let you know that I asked your sister out on a dinner date with me and I hope you’re fine with that, ehe... well that’s it I guess? Oh, don’t hate me because of my gift okay? I know you hate wearing dresses but while I was shopping, it caught my attention and it reminded me of you. Well, that’s all... Merry Christmas again!

MiYu looked at the dress and she smiled, “At least this is better than the dresses that my sister bought” she said then she set it aside. The last gift that she was going to open and it was GongChan’s gift, she was about to open it but then

“Wait, what if it’s a snake or something?” she asked herself then she shook her head and said “What am I saying? I feel so paranoid” she opened the box and “AHH!” she screamed to her surprise, something popped out of the box (imagine that it was like a jack in a box) “ARGH! SCREW YOU BRAT!” she proclaimed as she stared at a picture of a troll face with a santa hat (-’_‘-) this is what he calls a gift?” she added then she noticed something inside the box shining, “Uh?” she wondered she picked it out and it was a cute star clip, “Heh, that brat sure knows how to pick a gift but... the way he gives the gift is something he needs to change (-_-)” she said as she looked at the troll face...

2 days later, it was another normal day for them and as usual, Kwangmin and MiYu were busy with the articles and such suddenly

“Uh, I want to drink coffee” MiYu said as she stood up and went to their cabinet but when she opened it “EH!? No more!? TT_TT” she cried, “What’s wrong?” Kwangmin asked while his eyes were on the computer, “No more coffee TT^TT” MiYu replied like a kid, “Oh yeah, Minwoo drank the last one yesterday” Kwangmin replied as he continued to type, “Hmm... I’ll go to the grocery store okay?” she said as she stood up, Kwangmin nodded his head. MiYu grabbed her coat and left

After buying the coffee powder, she was on her way back to the office when suddenly, someone snatched her bag “YAH!” she proclaimed, she ran after the snatcher, while she was chasing the snatcher, she accidentally bumped into someone. “Uh, sorry!” she apologized and continued to run, the guy turned to her “Uh?” he wondered then he smiled...

In MiYu’s case, the snatcher ran towards a deserted place, he decided to hide in an alley but, “GOT YOU” MiYu said as she pointed her finger at the snatcher, “You give me my bag now!” she proclaimed as she was walking towards him, but then “I don’t think that’s possible miss” a strange looking guy said, MiYu turned around and noticed that she was surrounded by a group of guys that looked like gangsters

“Well what do we have here? Aren’t you a cute little lady” the other one said as he looked at MiYu in a erted way, MiYu was starting to get nervous and afraid but she kept a tough look on, “Y-You better stay away!” she proclaimed as she was walking backwards but then, her back hit the wall and she was cornered, “Looks like we have a trapped kitten here” the other one said, “S-S-Stay away!” she proclaimed, “Or else what?” the guy in the middle, or their leader, said then he grabbed MiYu “What are you going to do little kitten?” he said with a disgusting grin on his face suddenly, “Hey you!” a guy proclaimed, the leader turned around and the guy suddenly punched his face and he let go of MiYu, he fell to the ground; his minions attacked the guy but unfortunately they got beaten up by the guy, the guy then grabbed MiYu’s arm and started to run, but then “Hold up! My bag!” MiYu proclaimed, she went back and grabbed her bag then she left with the guy. Both of them arrived at a safe place and they were panting

“T-Thanks” MiYu said in between her pants, “No problem” the guy replied. MiYu was surprised that the guy’s voice was really really familiar, she turned to him and to her surprise the guy was

“K-Kwangmin-ah!?” she proclaimed, “Uh?” the guy wondered as he turned to her then he smiled, MiYu noticed something different about Kwangmin... or whom she thought was Kwangmin. The way the guy smiled at her was different from the way how Kwangmin would smile and the fact that his voice is a bit high than Kwangmin’s and his hair was light brown while Kwangmin had dark brown hair, “Y-You’re not Kwangmin” she said

“You’re right... I’m not Kwangmin” he said then he lend his hand out for a handshake

“Nice to meet you Park MiYu-ssi, I am Jo Youngmin ^^” he added, MiYu’s eyes widened and she cried “E-EH!?”

Author’s Note: Okay, Gongchan ALMOST kissed MiYu, haha :3 I hope this update was okay, I'm kind of upset because it was a short one I'M SO SORRY! T^T
