Chapter Nineteen

“J-Jo Youngmin?” MiYu wondered “Then you’re-” “Kwangmin’s twin ^^” Youngmin continued “Oh” MiYu said then she looked at him from head to toe “No wonder” she added, Youngmin smiled at her and said “You are pretty as he says... please don’t tell him that I’m already here, okay?” he said, “Uh sure but why?” asked MiYu “I want to surprise him, don’t tell okay?” Youngmin replied and MiYu nodded her head “I’ll be going now, please be careful and oh... I’ll see you at the party little princess ^^” Youngmin said then he left

“Party?” MiYu wondered, “What party?”

                When MiYu arrived at their office, “I’m here” she said as she entered, “Uh? What happened to you?” Kwangmin asked as he looked at MiYu whose hair was all messed up “You didn’t get *gulp* didn’t you?” he asked in a worried tone. MiYu smacked him on the head and said “PABO! I DIDN’T!” “Oww, no need to smack me” Kwangmin said as he rubbed the back of his head “Tch, uh... what’s that?” MiYu asked as she noticed Kwangmin holding on to an envelope

“Oh this? It’s an invitation for a party tonight” Kwangmin said as he handed it to MiYu, MiYu opened the enveloped and read the invitation, “Uh... it says that you’ll have to bring a date” said MiYu “Yeah, that’s why I’m not attending” Kwangmin replied “Eh? But it says you have to... your name is also here” said MiYu “Along with... uh? Jo Youngmin?” she added then she remembered Youngmin

“Look, if I’m going to attend that party, who will be my date?” Kwangmin asked, “Hmm... I will” MiYu replied, Kwangmin blushed after hearing her reply “W-What?” he said “I’ll be your date, what? Don’t like it?” she said, “N-No, it’s just that... you’ll be wearing a dress... just to be my date?” Kwangmin asked, “Kwangmin, you’re my best friend and I practically owe you a lot for always being there for me that’s why now, I’m doing you a favor” said MiYu “MiYu-ah... thank you!” Kwangmin proclaimed then he hugged MiYu, MiYu smiled and she broke the hug, “I’ll ask Eun Mi and Soo Min to help me later” she said and Kwangmin nodded his head then the two went back to work

Evening came and... DING DONG, Kwangmin rang the doorbell and Eun Mi opened it, “Oh, she’ll be ready in a minute” Eun Mi said as she let Kwangmin enter the apartment and stay in the living room

“Yah Soo Min-ah! Kwangmin’s here already!” Eun Mi said as she knocked on MiYu’s room, “Don’t worry, she’s putting her sandals on” Soo Min replied
“Hmm, so MiYu said that she’s going to be your date right? She didn’t ask you?” Eun Mi asked, “Uh *blush* yeah” Kwangmin shyly replied, “Aigoo, Kwangmin I’m so happy for you!” she proclaimed and Kwangmin just smiled then...

“Here she is” Soo Min said as she went out of the room, Kwangmin stood up and he saw MiYu slowly coming out of her room, his eyes widened as he saw her wearing a Pure and Satin Lady White Dress, her hair was curled in the ends and Soo Min put light make-up on her

the boy was lost for words when he saw her “Yah, Kwangmin!” Eun Mi proclaimed as she smacked him on the head and he snapped out, “M-Mian, ehe” he apologized then he turned to her “Mwo?” she said, “N-Nothing, ehe, let’s go?” Kwangmin said as he held his hand out, MiYu nodded her head and the two left “Be back before midnight okay?” Soo Min said, “Ne~” the two replied. They waited for the elevator doors to open and when it did “Uh?” they wondered as they saw B1A4 coming out, they saw the two as well and were stunned by how MiYu looked “Uh?” both Jinyoung and GongChan wondered, she looked away because they weren’t saying anything and they were just staring at her then “Are you two...” CNU said as he raised his brow, “Oh, we’re going to attend a business party tonight” said Kwangmin “Ohh” he said as he nodded his head, “Well, we’ll see you around then, take care and have fun” he added, “Uh, thanks” MiYu said then the two went inside the elevator, MiYu kept her head down but decided to take a glance, the last thing she saw before the elevators closed was GongChan staring at her, but it wasn’t in a mean way, rather in an amazed way

Kwangmin started the engine and they drove off to the venue... “MiYu-ssi gets prettier when she dresses up, don’t you think?” Baro asked and Sandeul nodded his head in agreement “How about you hyung? Do you agree with me?” Baro asked as he turned to Jinyoung, he was reading his magazine and glanced at Baro “Well?” Baro was waiting for his answer “Whether she dresses up or not, she’s pretty” Jinyoung replied then he continued to read the magazine, both Sandeul and Baro had huge grins on their faces, “You like her don’t you?” Baro asked but Jinyoung didn’t reply, “I think hyung likes her” said Sandeul “Yes, he likes her” said Baro and the two started singing “Jung Jinyoung likes Park MiYu~” all over again, even though it was annoying, Jinyoung couldn’t help but smile. Suddenly, “URGH! DARN IT!” they heard GongChan yell and the two stopped singing and turned to them, “What’s wrong?” Sandeul asked, “Can you two keep quiet? I’m trying to read over here” he said “Uh” the two said then they shut their mouth up. CNU turned to GongChan and noticed the cranky look on his face “heh” he said

MiYu and Kwangmin arrived at the venue and they were acknowledged when they entered, “The young master Jo Kwangmin is here with his date, Ms. Park MiYu” the host announced and everyone applauded, Kwangmin gave them a normal smile while MiYu kept her head down, when they got to their table “Hold up, what kind of party is this anyway?” MiYu asked, “It’s a business party but the Jo Family is being recognized and I am here to represent our group” Kwangmin replied, “Oh” MiYu replied then “Looks like we have another guest coming from the Jo Family” the host said, both MiYu and Kwangmin were confused, they turned to the door and to his surprise, Kwangmin saw his twin, Jo Youngmin in a white suit “The heir of the Jo Group, Jo Youngmin!” the host proclaimed and Youngmin received a loud applause from the crowd, he looked around and saw Kwangmin and MiYu looking at him as if they’ve seen a ghost or something, he smiled and went near them

“Kwangmin... I’m so happy to see you again” he said, “H-Hyung” Kwangmin said, he was still shocked because it was a surprise to him to see his brother all of the sudden, “Looks like you’ve been doing well ^^” Youngmin said, “Heh” Kwangmin said then “Uh, by the way, hyung this is-” “Park MiYu... I know, we’ve met a while ago” Youngmin said as he turned to MiYu, held her hand and said “We meet again ^^” MiYu slightly blushed then she remembered what Youngmin said before he left

“...I’ll see you at the party little princess ^^” –Youngmin

“Uh, but how did he knew that I was coming here?” MiYu asked herself, then “You look very beautiful” Youngmin said then he kissed MiYu’s hand which made Kwangmin go O[]O in the inside, MiYu turned red and Kwangmin noticed it, he held MiYu’s hand and said “H-Hyung... d-didn’t you bring a date with you?” he asked “Hmm, unfortunately, I wasn’t able to bring one since I just got back but if it’s okay with you *turns to MiYu* MiYu-ssi here can be my date as well” he said, “E-Eh?” MiYu wondered then “Hyung! She’s not an object wherein we can share, she’s my best friend” said Kwangmin, “I know, I was only kidding Kwangmin-ah, I’m so proud of you because you’re a man now ^^” Youngmin said as he patted Kwangmin on the head then he proceeded to his table. The for a 2 and a half hours, both Kwangmin and MiYu were bored because all they did was talk about a lot of business things, they were probably the only ones who were young there since it’s a party filled with many business men, suddenly Kwangmin was being called “I’ll go there for a while okay?” he said as he stood up, “Ne~” MiYu replied, Kwangmin went near to the man who called him, he introduced him to another business man.

MiYu got completely bored so she stood up and went outside the balcony, she looked up and saw the stars, she smiled then she remembered the star clip that GongChan gave her, “Uh” she said she also remembered how GongChan looked at her before the elevator doors closed, “Hmm, I wonder why I’m thinking about that brat anyway?” she was talking to herself, then “Thinking about who?” she heard someone and turned around, “Oh, it’s just you” she said as she saw Youngmin walking towards her then he stood next to her, “Is the party that boring?” he asked then MiYu gave him an ‘isn’t-it-obvious?’ look, he chuckled and said “Yeah... it is boring, no wonder you decided to come outside” he said and MiYu just kept quiet

“MiYu-ssi, are you free tomorrow?” Youngmin asked, “Uh? Kwangmin and I are going to interview another idol group tomorrow morning, but on the afternoon, we’re free... Why?” MiYu replied, “Hmm, okay then, I guess I’ll just give you a call” Youngmin said then he started to walk away, “Wait, what are you talking about?” MiYu wondered, “I’ll see you tomorrow my little princess!” Youngmin said then he winked at her and went inside, MiYu was confused for a moment that she made a (.___.) face, then “I knew it, he’s different from Kwangmin; Jo Youngmin is... weirder than Kwangmin (-_-)” she said

                At around 10:30PM, MiYu and Kwangmin left the party “I’ll pick you up tomorrow by 8 and we’ll be off to the book store” said Kwangmin “Ne” MiYu replied “Good night” Kwangmin responded then he drove off, MiYu went inside as well. She was about to enter her apartment when suddenly, B1A4’s door opened and GongChan went out of their apartment, “Uh?” MiYu wondered as she saw him, GongChan turned around and saw MiYu looking at him as well; he looked away and was about to leave but then “Yah!” MiYu called him and he turned to her, “Your gift...” she said “Uh?” he wondered, “Seriously, were you trying to kill me? Even though it was just a troll face wearing a santa hat, it really startled me” she added “But... I have to say, it was cute so... thanks ^^” she said then she smiled at him, “Uh” GongChan slightly blushed then looked away, “Y-You’re welcome” he said, “Well, good night” MiYu said then she went inside her apartment, GongChan smirked and he continued his way.

                The next day, at the Book store, “Kwangmin... (-_-)” MiYu said but Kwangmin wasn’t paying attention to her, he was busy reading the manga books that were displayed, he was busy reading a Pokémon Manga Book and MiYu was getting impatient because Infinite had already arrived “YAH! JO Kwangmin!” she proclaimed as she smacked Kwangmin on the head, “WHAT!?” Kwangmin responded as he turned to her “Yah, enough with that book, Infinite’s here and waiting for us to interview them!” MiYu responded, “Uh” Kwangmin said “Hmmm =3=” he pouted

At a private room, as usual Kwangmin will do the interview while MiYu does the taking down notes job. While Kwangmin was interviewing the group, “Yah slow down, I’m not that fast at writing” said MiYu “Uh, sorry ^^” Kwangmin responded, then “If you don’t mind me asking... are you two... umm... together?” Sunggyu, their leader, asked “E-Eh?” both MiYu and Kwangmin wondered then they turned to each other “N-No, we’re not ^^” Kwangmin replied, “Really? Then hello there Miss, my name is Lee Ho Won but you can call me Hoya ^^” Hoya said as he introduced himself to MiYu “Uh?” MiYu wondered as she stared at him, Hoya was feeling awkward already, “Err, never mind, let’s continue with the interview shall we?” he said then he kept quiet while the other members laughed at him. Kwangmin wanted to laugh as well but he kept it in him

After the interview, Kwangmin was still talking to the other infinite members while MiYu was fixing her things, suddenly, her phone beeped

From: Unknown Number
                “Hello there my little princess, meet me at the mall by 11:30 ^^” –Youngmin

“Uh? How did he get my number?” she wondered then “MiYu-ah! Let’s go!” Kwangmin called, “N-Ne~” MiYu replied then she followed him. Outside...

“So, where should we eat?” Kwangmin asked, “Umm, I don’t know” MiYu replied then her phone rang, she looked at the caller and it was an unknown number “Excuse me for a minute” she said then she stopped walking and answered the call

*Phone Convo*

MiYu: Hello?
Youngmin: Hey! I just wanted to check on you and asked if you received my text?
MiYu: I did, now hold on a sec, how did you get my number?
Youngmin: I’ll tell you that when you get here
MiYu: Here?
Youngmin: I’m at the mall already, and since you’re talking to me on the phone right now, I’m assuming that you are finished with your interview
MiYu: Uh, yeah...
Youngmin: Great! Now come meet here, hurry~ I’m hungry already *hangs up*

*END of Phone Convo*

“Uh (-_-) Hmm” MiYu said then “Is everything okay?” Kwangmin asked, “Uh, yeah listen Kwangmin, I have something to do so is it okay if you go ahead without me?” said MiYu “Uh, sure but-” “Great! Thanks, I’ll call you later, bye!” MiYu said then she left “Uh?” Kwangmin wondered then he released a sigh

                MiYu arrived at the mall and she saw Youngmin waiting for her by the fountain, he saw her so he went near her “Nice to see you again my little princess ^^” he said as he gave MiYu his sweetest smile, “Cut it out with the smiling and the ‘little princess’ thing, why did you suddenly want to meet up with me?” she asked, “Oh, looks like our little princess here is a tough one” Youngmin said as he noticed MiYu’s irritated tone, “Well simple” he said then he leaned closer to her “I want to go on a date with you ^^” he added, MiYu’s cheeks turned red and she said “E-EH!?” Youngmin stood up straightly and he nodded his head “B-But why? I mean, I barely even know you!” MiYu wondered, “Well that’s the point of this date, I want to know you better ^^” Youngmin responded, “And why is that?” asked MiYu “Because... you’re my brother’s best friend (:” Youngmin replied “uh” MiYu said, “Let’s go! I’m hungry already~”Youngmin said as he grabbed MiYu‘s arm and dragged her to a restaurant

While eating, “So let me get this straight, Italian dishes are your favorite and you don’t eat fish because you feel sorry for them?” Youngmin asked, “Yep” MiYu replied, “So you don’t eat seafood at all?” Youngmin asked “Actually, I do eat seafood. I eat crabs, lobster, squid, shrimp but I don’t eat fish” MiYu replied, “Eh? Wow, Kwangmin’s right... you sure are interesting” said Youngmin and MiYu kept quiet.

After eating, “So where are we going?” MiYu asked while she was following Youngmin “I don’t know, Seoul seems so different already, I mean, it’s only been 3 years since I left” Youngmin replied “Oh” said MiYu, “Ah! I know” Youngmin proclaimed then he turned to her, “Can you tour me around?” he asked “M-Me?” MiYu said as she pointed at herself and Youngmin nodded his head “PLEAAASE?” he pleaded while doing his puppy dog eyes, “W-Well, o-okay” MiYu replied “Yay!” Youngmin proclaimed as he hugged her “Thank you so much MiYu-ssi!” he added, “E-Ehe” said MiYu

They started to tour around Seoul, Youngmin was like a little kid while they were walking around, he looked so innocent and ignorant and MiYu was getting confused on what kind of person he is

“Last night and a while ago, he was this chic guy or something and now, he’s like a kid... is something wrong with him?” she thought to herself, “MiYu-ssi look!” Youngmin said as he pointed at a gaming machine, he ran towards it and decided to play it, MiYu released a sigh and went near him, “Aigoo, it’s like I’m taking care of a kid” she murmured as she watched Youngmin play with it

“Look! I won!” Youngmin proclaimed as he showed MiYu his prize, a blue angry bird plush toy “Uh, cute” she said “Hihihi, I’m going to play more!” he proclaimed and he turned back to the machine. MiYu watched him win 3 more plush toys and he was going for the fourth one, MiYu was amazed by how good Youngmin was and she was watching him, suddenly

“MiYu-ssi?” MiYu turned around and saw Jinyoung “Uh?” she wondered, “What are you doing here?” Jinyoung asked as he went near her, “Well, I-” then “Yes! MiYu-ssi I won another plush toy!” Youngmin beamed and he turned to MiYu, Jinyoung noticed him “Kwangmin-ssi?” he wondered “Uh? Kwangmin?” Youngmin wondered, Jinyoung realized that the guy who looks like Kwangmin had a different hair style “You’re not Kwangmin-ssi are you?” he asked, “Uh, no. I’m Jo Youngmin, Kwangmin’s older twin ^^” Youngmin replied “Twin?” Jinyoung wondered, “And you are?” Youngmin asked, “Uh, Jung Jinyoung, leader of B1A4” Jinyoung replied, “Eh? You know a member of an idol group?” Youngmin said as he turned to MiYu, “Well, yeah, plus he’s my neighbor” MiYu responded “Really? Woah~ that’s so cool, I wonder what’s it like to live next door to an idol group :3” said Youngmin then “It’s your day off today?” MiYu asked as she turned to Jinyoung, “Uh, yeah, I went grocery shopping since the guys were hungry” Jinyoung replied, “Oh” said MiYu “Well, I’ll see you around MiYu-ssi, I better get going *faces Youngmin* it was nice meeting you too ^^” he said then he went ahead. When he was already gone, “You like him don’t you?” Youngmin asked with a grin on his face, “E-EH?” MiYu wondered as she turned to him and she was slightly blushing, “I can read girls you know and when he came, your aura suddenly became bright and you were blushing while talking to him, so you like him don’t you?” Youngmin asked, “Uh, well... err... yea” MiYu replied in a low voice, Youngmin giggled then he pinched MiYu’s cheeks “How cute ^^” then he walked ahead, “Heh, weirdo” MiYu said to herself and she followed

                After touring Youngmin around, they decided to stay at the park. Good thing MiYu brought her camera so she started to take pictures of random people, “Why are you taking pictures of random people?” Youngmin asked, “I don’t know but I really like taking stolen shots” MiYu replied while she continued to take pictures then she turned to Youngmin and took a picture of him, “Yah!” he proclaimed, MiYu showed the picture to him and his mouth was making an ‘O’ shape, “It’s cute ^^” she said “Uh” Youngmin said then he blushed and leaned on the bench, MiYu sat next to him and looked at the pictures then

“You know, you’ve changed a lot... last time I saw you, you were still shy” he said and MiYu turned to him with a confused face, “You don’t remember huh?” he asked and MiYu nodded her head, “Heh, Kwangmin and I studied in different schools and that day, when I decided to go fetch Kwangmin, that was the day when I first saw you...” said Youngmin

Flashback

Youngmin was outside the school gates waiting for his twin to come out from the building, he was looking around when he spotted a girl leaning under a tree and she was busy with her laptop “Uh” he wondered as he tilted his head to get a closer look of her face but then “Hyung!” his brother called, Youngmin turned around and saw Kwangmin running towards him, “Kwangmin-ah!” Youngmin responded, Kwangmin reached him and said “Let’s go?” Youngmin smiled and nodded his head. The twins were about to leave but then, “Uh?” Kwangmin noticed MiYu under the tree, “MiYu-ah!” he called her and went near her, Youngmin watched his brother run towards the girl that he saw, he noticed that they were talking and MiYu was releasing a shy smile, he didn’t know why, but it made his heart flutter “U-Uh” he said, then he noticed that MiYu and Kwangmin were looking at him then MiYu faced Kwangmin once more, moments later, Kwangmin came back

“Who was that girl?”Youngmin asked, “She’s my best friend, Park MiYu. I told her that she can come with us on her way home but she said that her sister is picking her up, plus she’s shy to come with us because she doesn’t really know you ” Kwangmin replied, “O-Oh, wait, she’s the girl you were talking about months ago? The one you said that had a cold heart?” Youngmin wondered and Kwangmin nodded his head, “Why?” he added, “I kind of imagined that girl as a monster or something but apparently, she’s not” Youngmin replied, “Uh, heh, MiYu’s a really nice girl though she’s sometimes mean to me >3<” Kwangmin pouted, “Keh, girls will be girls Kwangmin-ah” Youngmin said as he patted his brother on the head

Youngmin’s Short POV:So, she’s Kwangmin’s best friend? Hmm, I never imagined for her to be that cute but hey, my brother’s handsome so I guess they make a good pair? Heh, I wonder if I’ll see her again someday? Hmm...

-END of POV & Flashback-

“Uh, ah! I remember seeing your face now” MiYu said as she turned to him, “(=_=) How can you not remember me when Kwangmin and I are twins?” he asked, “W-Well, I’m not really good with remembering people’s faces (^_^||)” said MiYu “(-_-||) seriously? We’re twins you know” Youngmin responded and MiYu let out a shy laugh. Youngmin smiled and said “Well, it was all in the past, at least now we were able to get to know each other better” “M-hm” MiYu responded then Youngmin stood up “I had a fun day with you my little princess, thank you for touring me around ^^” he said then he held MiYu’s hand and kissed it which made her go O[]O “I must be going now, but I’ll see you again soon~” he said then he winked at her and then left

MiYu looked at Youngmin as he was leaving; she was still blushing because of what Youngmin did

“Jo Youngmin... is definitely weirder than Kwangmin. ABSOLUTELY (=_=)” she said then she released a sigh and went back to the apartment.

She was about to enter her apartment when she heard someone playing the guitar and singing a sad song “Uh?” she wondered, she was captivated by the voice that she was trying to find where the voice came from but... she couldn’t find it, then she thought of something.

She decided to go to the roof top and she was right, the voice came from there, she got hold of the door knob and was about to open it but then, the voice stopped singing

“Huh?” she wondered, she slowly opened the door and looked around, she noticed a guitar lying on the ground, she was about to leave but then she saw Jinyoung spreading his arms out and he looked like he was about to jump off the roof top

“What the?! YAH! JUNG Jinyoung!” she proclaimed
