Chapter 3
So Cliché:Maybe:
I walk my way back home passing the park. I smile at the pigeons flying by and give them a wave. One of them screeches down at me and I see a white creamy liquid going down at me. The liquid lands on my face.
“AH!” I scream and ran forward with my eyes close and hit something hard. My head is throbbing and I my really hurt. “POOP!” I screamed. I opened my eyes and saw the huge tree. There was a squirrel looking down at me. It hisses at me before throwing an acorn right at me. “One day!” I shouted at the little beast when it ran away. “I’ll catch you one day you stupid squirrel!”
I don’t know why this kind of thing happens to me everyday heading home. I just smile at them, stupid ugly creatures.
Beauty is a pain.
I flicked my tangled long hair in the air.

My phone rings besides me while I’m reading my book, ‘How to Know You’re a Clueless Girl’. It was Maya calling me. “Yeah?”
“How did it go with Mark?” She asks.
I scratch my head, something felt stuck between my long nail and my finger. I look under my nails and found lice. I flicked the insect away sighing, “I didn’t have a chance to do so. Every time he saw me he would run away,” I say disappointed, “he’s so shy and I don’t know why. I mean I’m showing him I like him and he runs away. Boys are so complicated.” Maya doesn’t answer for a while just a long humming coming from her line. “Maya?”
