Chapter 21
So Cliché:Tulip Me:
All ten of us were told to get up earlier than any living creatures should wake up. It was expected that all of us would be asleep inside the bus as our driver drives us to our destination.
I sat next to Krystal on the bus, it’s was the only way for me to keep her from sitting next to Mark. Of course Mark was sitting at the back of the bus, not saying any word to anyone like always. He has his headphones covering his ear holes while his eyes are close.
Krystal fell asleep in less than half an hour of the drive and I too feel into a deep sleep.
The bus’ sudden stop wakes me up. Something falls off from my ear and I look down to find a small headphone. I trace the other end to find Jackson laying his head on my shoulder the other headphone on his ear. He’s peacefully asleep on my shoulder.
“Why am I sitting here?” I ask myself when I realize this isn’t my seat with Krystal. Jackson struggles a little on my side to make his position more into a comfortable one. He’s sticking on me like a sticker.
I felt someone looking at me and look to my other side. Mark was staring at me then he looks at Jackson on my side. He looks away removing his headphones down to his neck before getting up and leaving his seat.
“He doesn’t even greet me?” I nudge Jackson hard and he wakes up. “Annoying,” I got up and walk to the front of the bus to exit.
“Hey, I was so comfortable,” Jackson whines on his seat.
