“Unbelievable!” Kick a pebble trying to release my anger. I kick another and then another until I kick too hard and fell back on my back. “Ugh!” I groan in pain and hatred.

Someone steps forward in front of me. I look up and Mark is looking down on me, his hands inside his jacket, and his hair perfectly sways from the short breeze of the wind.

I hate to see his face but I couldn’t help but instantly droll. MARK FREAKING TUAN!!!

“If you’re done, we should head back to the camp,” he casually says and it makes me want to punch that so pretty little face into not so pretty little face. “Are you done?” Mark drops down to my level. “Or are you going to keep drilling?” He places his index finger under my chin and lifts my mouth shut.

“I hate you,” I said and stood up, “I don’t want to see your face.” I walk away from him feeling my face hotter than spicy red pepper. I’m so hungry. I didn’t even get to start eating my food.

“Until we are back to the camp,” Mark says behind me, “I’m not going to stop following you.”

“Whatever,” I responded.

I kept trying to go faster but he always catches up to me and I’m really agitated that I want to cry. I can’t cry about stuff like this.

He started humming a song before singing, repeating the words, ‘I’m never going to stop, and I’ll just keep following you’. He sings over and over and over again.
