I didn’t know what to say so I look down my bowl of rice grinning. I took my chopstick and without picking food, I nibble at the tip of the utensil. Mark said he might be jealous.

I hear Jackson tsk next to me. “Here,” he places a roll of egg on my rice, “eat.” He takes both my cheeks between his hands and makes my whole head turn to his side.
