It was love, I know it was love.
“Sorry,” Mark Tuan, my one true love, apologized and walked away to his table full of his friends.
He said sorry, I knew he loves me. Who could resist my eyebrow? I’m one of a kind. Every girl has two eyebrows, it’s so ugly. Who can take their eyes away from my y natural hairy legs? I’m such a natural girl; I should be presented to the world as what true beauty is.
“Can you move!?” My face hits the floor hard and I glared at the girl who pushed me. “Ew!” She gives me a look before walking off with her tray of food.
“Rose,” I looked up and saw my best friend, Maya, “you look stupid. Can you please get up?” She held a hand for me to take. “You need to stay away from them.”
“They’re just jealous,” I said dusting the dirt off my dress.
Maya pulls my hand dragging me out of the lunch room, “exactly jealous of what?”
“My eyebrow,” I smiled at her. Maya and I met my first day of school. She’s always there when I need so she’s my best friend. I tell her everything.
“Yeah,” she chuckles looking at my eyebrow. People just can’t resist my looks. “We better go. Your aunt is here to pick us up.”
