Doojoon sighed deeply. He took a sip out of his coffee cup, trying hard to think of what to do. Last night had been a sort of a mess. For him, but most of all for Yoseob.

The boy had come to him and cried and oh, how that had broke Doojoon's heart. Yoseob had fell asleep on the couch but Doojoon had managed to carry him to his room.

Yoseob was still sleeping, but the older had been awake for a while now. Trying to figure out the best way to handle this all. 

Yesterday had been weird day in all aspects. The moment he and Yoseob had shared on the roof top, it was magical. 

But at the same time it made Doojoon scared. He knew Yoseob was still in a vulnerable and could easily push him off at anytime.

Who knows, maybe the younger would be even mad for showing up to Doojoon's place. It seriously worried Doojoon. 

He had thought about calling Junhyung, but he figured it might make Yoseob even more mad. So he decided to give the boy some space. 

As if from cue, the bedroom door opened. A tired looking, puffy eyed Yoseob walked out. Doojoon could still tell that the boy had been crying all night, just from his looks.

"Hi." he breathed out, testing the ice. 

Yoseob lifted his head a bit, as if just now realising the older boy was there.

"Hi." 

It was silent now but the younger didn't seem hostal, nor edgy. 

"Do you want coffee?" 

Yoseob nodded, seating himself on the couch. Doojoon poured some coffee for the boy and brought it to him. He himself sat down on the coffee table.

Yoseob took a sip of his cup and sighed deeply.

"Do you want to tell me more?" Doojoon asked, still cautious.

The truth was that Yoseob hadn't really told Doojoon anything more than that his father had had a heart attack. 

"Well my mom called me just some minutes ago and she said that dad's alright for now. That he probably needs to have a surgery and there is always high possibility for the surgery to go wrong and he might die. But they both agreed that dad would go to it, because otherwise he'll die for sure.." Yoseob spoke with a shaky voice, not looking at Doojoon.

Doojoon sighed deeply. "I'm sorry. But I'm sure he's going to be alright, okay?" Doojoon tilted his head a bit. Yoseob finally lifted his gaze from his cup and took a deep breath.

"You think?" 

Doojoon nodded. "And you have a lot of people here for you." 

Yoseob let out a chuckle which lacked humor. "I guess." 

Doojoon wanted to assure the boy that he had friends, but he thought better not to. Yoseob was still somewhere near the line of giving up and letting people in. 

Doojoon could sense it. 

"I should probably call Lee Joon. I sort of just left his place yesterday." Yoseob said and Doojoon nodded. The boy took out his phone and dialed a number.

"Hi. Yeah, yeah I'm fine. No! I mean, I'll come by to your place later, don't worry about it. I'll tell you everything then. Yeah, bye." Yoseob ended the rather short call and Doojoon really wanted to ask about it, but he didn't.

"Are you going to tell Junhyung and the others? I mean, you should." 

Yoseob nodded. "I'll tell them too. Just.. not right now. Do you mind if I stay here for a while? I'll go back to my dorm later but I just don't want to be there right now and--"

"Of course. I'm going to study for my math test but you can stay." Doojoon smiled a bit and Yoseob returned the gesture.

Later that same day Yoseob was still lying in Doojoon's bed. He had thought about leaving, but that only meant he would need to tell his friends what happened and he really didn't feel like it.

He didn't really know how he ended up at Doojoon's last night, but the truth to be told he was happy he came here. He slept his night alright, considering the evenings of the previous night.

"Yoseob? Are you asleep?" Doojoon's voice was heard from the other side of the door.

"No." he answered, speaking loud enough for the other to hear him.

Doojoon walked into the dark room and closed to door behind him. He sat on the edge of the bed and watched Yoseob carefully.

Yoseob locked eyes with Doojoon, only to see worry and hesitation. "What is it?" he asked, startling Doojoon.

"No, it's nothing. It just thought about something." The older shook his head and made Yoseob straighten up to sit.

"Tell me?"

Doojoon hesitated for a while before opening his mouth.

"I just don't think you should be alone right now. I know you don't want me to get involved in your things but I don't want you to start hurting yourself again. So just, I want to tell Kikwang to stay at your dorm instead of Dongwoon's or you should stay here. Which ever you prefer."

Yoseob was stunned for a while. He didn't know what to say, how to react to the older's concern. All kinds of emotions ran inside of him.

"I.. I don't want to be bother to anyone. I know Kikwang wants to be with Dongwoon and you have your own life so just.. I'm going to be fine." Yoseob explained but Doojoon shook his head.

"So you'll be staying here then. Junhyung's room is empty, you can use it." Doojoon spoke, not leaving Yoseob a choice. This was the Doojoon Yoseob had fallen for back then.

He smiled a bit before thanking the other.

"It's nothing. We could go pick some stuff for you from your dorm and call the others. You should inform them about these things, they're your best friends after all." Doojoon spoke and it made Yoseob feel warm inside.

Doojoon had always been like this. He knew what Yoseob needed to do and he would help him do it. He had spent so much time pushing every one away, he had forgotten what he had, or more importantly who he had.

"Yeah, let's go." Yoseob nodded and so they got up. As they walked to Yoseob's dorm, Yoseob texted all of his friends to meet him there.

Doojoon unlocked the door and let Yoseob inside, handing the key back to the younger. 

"Wait a moment. It won't take long. You can take soda out of the fridge if you feel like it." Yoseob said walking to his room. Doojoon didn't feel like drinking anything, so he just sat down on the co
