You better be happy
You better be happyDoojoon rubbed his temples. Nothing had gone right since yesterday after he got to his parents' house. He had been wondering wether he should go see his father or not, since he knew he had only few more hours before going to Yoseob's dorm.
But he didn't want to upset his father since he knew that his father wouldn't be pleased if he'd ditch the meeting.
Only that it wasn't a meeting. It was a dinner. Dinner with the Heo's.
The second Doojoon realised Gayoon was there, he knew what was going on. This was the night when their father's would announce the seremony to be held soon.
He wasn't wrong with these thoughts, not at all. They ate and Doojoon was glancing at the clock, anxious because it was way past the time he should've been at the younger boy's dorm.
And then his father had said it. That the ceremony would be held exactly three months from now. And Gayoon was happy. And Mrs. Heo was happy. And Doojoon's mom had given him a pitiful look.
And Doojoon had wanted to scream.
Now he was lying in his bed in his dorm room trying to decide wether he'd go to see Yoseob or not. He hadn't had a chance to text to the younger and he knew that he might be pissed.
He really wanted to explain this to Yoseob but he didn't know what should he say. Doojoon knew way too well how Yoseob reacted when he talked about Gayoon.
And he really didn't want to upset the boy.
A knock from his bedroom door woke him up.
"Hey, what's up?" A smiling Junhyung walked in. Doojoon smiled at his friend tiredly and shook his head.
"Trouble in paradise?" The other joked but Doojoon only let out a bitter laugh. "My life is as far away from paradise as it could be."
"I know. What happened?" Junhyung sat next to his friend on the bed.
"My father told Gayoon that we'll be getting married in three months. My life's over Jun." Doojoon shook his head once again. Junhyung's expression said it all.
He was shocked.
"Three months? We have almost four months of school left. You're father finally crossed the line then.."
Doojoon nodded.
"Are you thinking about Yoseob?" the brown haired boy didn't dare to look at the older as he asked this question. He was in a tricky situation here.
"Yeah. I'm just getting him back, I don't want to lose him again, Jun." Doojoon sighed. "Getting him back? What do you mean? Yoseob said it was purely professional." Junhyung furrowed his eyebrows.
Doojoon laughed a bit.
"It is. But it's more than nothing, right? I don't want him to hate me, not again. I was stupid. I want him in my life, anyway possible."
Junhyung nodded in understanding. "I know. I don't know what you should do though. There's no good option here."
Doojoon shook his head once again.
"Do you know what he did last night?" The black haired man asked and finally turned to face his friend. Junhyung shook his head. "No, why?"
"I was supposed to see him yesterday, but my father had invited the Heo's over at my parents' house. I was trapped. I couldn't even text him that I can't make it."
"Wow. He's probably pissed at you. You should definitely go see him." Junhyung patted the other's shoulder before getting up. "I've got to run. But we have to see each other more often. I kinda miss you." Junhyung grinned, making the other laugh.
"Yeah, miss you too." They smiled at each other, before Junhyung left and Doojoon started battling with his thoughts again.

Slowly Yoseob opened his eyes, but covered them with his hand right away as the sunrays hit him. He groaned and buried his face in the pillow.
"Morning sunshine." Lee Joon chuckled, even though he wasn't feeling too good himself. Yoseob was startled by the other's words and almost fell off the bed.
Luckily Lee Joon was fast enought to catch him.
"Sorry, I didn't mean to scare you." Lee Joon grinned and earned a slight punch from the younger. "Yeah. Morning to you too."
"Do you remember anything from last night?" Lee Joon asked, still holding on to Yoseob's hand. The younger nodded his head. "I do. We went out and you know, had fun. Some parts are bit hazy but my mind is getting used to this. I remember more time after time." Yoseob said and without any warning snuggled a bit closer to his friend.
The older hoped that the loud thuds his racing heart was making wouldn't be heard by Yoseob. Apparently the other didn't notice anything though and Lee Joon dared to circle his hands around him.
"You hugged me like this last night, didn't you?" Yoseob's muffled voice was heard. "Umm, yeah. Is it o
