When everythings wrong - Part 10

When everythings wrong - Prologue

Jaejoong felt something in his stomach flutter. Butterflies perhaps? He looked closer at the man in front of him, maybe trying to find an answer in his eyes to the feeling roaming around inside his abdomen. Yunho's chocolate brown eyes bore intensely into his own, almost intimidating.

"Is it alright if I like you, Jaejoong?" Yunho's voice sounded into the still, silent room. The smaller man jumped, surprised at the interruption of peace and from the question now burrowing beneath his skin. Yunho shuffled his legs slightly underneath Jaejoong, probably feeling anxious. He didn't seem the type to so boldly announce his feelings to another man. He had blatantly told him previously that there was no way he could like another man. How could this be happening so quickly? How could this be happening at all? Jaejoong's heart thumped in his chest.

The raven haired man wasn't sure of the answer to that question just yet. He couldn't deny the utter fact that he did enjoy the kiss they'd just shared. Yunho's mouth was so warm, and it felt... good being able to share something with Yunho as intimate as a kiss. What were these feelings bubbling to the surface? It was like they had finally reached a place where they connected.

Jaejoong had had doubts before about his own uality. He'd been so busy his whole life, trying to hold down jobs, going to school, he never found the time to explore any further than just a gut feeling. Women had never appealed to him in quite the same way as he would hear other men referring to them. They were beautiful, of course. He could even go as far as to cal them y. Intimately, Jaejoong could never picture himself in bed with a woman.

But Jaejoong had never pictured himself in bed with another man either. The attraction was deeper though, he was beginning to realize right in this moment as he sat on another mans lap, lips still red from a passionate kiss they'd just shared. He could be gay.

Unsure of what to answer, the answer to Yunho's question was waiting so impatiently for, Jaejoong inquired, "Yunho, do you feel something funny in your stomach?" He rubbed his belly in the spot where it felt like thousands of butterflies were tickling the walls of his belly with their wings.

Yunho stared at him with an eyebrow quirked, eyes holding an unsettling curiosity. Jaejoong was surprised when Yunho started chuckling softly. His voice was soft and deep, comforting. "I think that means you like me too, Jaejoong."

The smaller boys eyes widened. He looked away from Yunho's eyes and down at his hands. "I-it does?" He couldn't help but stutter over his words. Emotions were twirling inside of him as fast and as jumbled as a house caught in a tornado. Tears pricked at the back of his eyes and Jaejoong's cheeks flushed a deep red.

Another low chuckle tickled his ears. Jaejoong wanted to look up at Yunho, but was afraid of what he would see. 'Is this a sick joke?' The horrifying thoughts crossed the elders mind, and it quickly became a very reasonable possibility. Yunho was toying with him, seeing what he could stir up to use it as leverage later on. But could he really go as far as a kiss. Yunho kissed him hard, deep, and long. He kissed him like... like he really wanted to.

"Do you like me?" Yunho asked. The question pelted Jaejoong in the chest again, making his heart beat faster than it should have been. He locked his fingers behind Jaejoong's back so he couldn't escape, just in time. Jaejoong was itching to pull away now as his thoughts began to conflict with his emotions. The hold brought Jaejoong closer. He couldn't slouch away from Yunho's eyes anymore.

"I don't really know." Jaejoong's cheeks burned. His face was hot, embarrassment overwhelmingly evident.

Yunho smirked. His clenched his hands together tighter, pressed Jaejoong's body deeper into his arms. Their faces were inches apart. "Did you like it when we kissed?"

Jaejoong felt Yunho's breath on his lips again. His stomach was warm now, unwanted lust heating him up form the inside. There wasn't any way out of this now, and his mind was starting to overflow with different kinds of thoughts. "Yes." Jaejoong whispered, staring down at Yunho's smiling lips.

"Do you feel comfortable with me holding you?"

The elder bit his own lips, hard. '"Yes."

"Would you mind if I kissed you again?"

A chill ran up Jaejoong's spine at the thought of locking lips with the tanned man again. He tried to fight it from showing, but he didn't have a lot of confidence that he had succeeded. "I-I don't think I would mind too much." Words were like death traps, his body was disagreeing with his judgement, he was never one to be so... lustfully willing.

Before he could brace himself, Yunho's lips covered his own. Jaejoong's eyes shot open. This wasn't something he ever thought to expect. Another kiss? 'Our second kiss,' He thought to himself, the words ringing merrily in his head. He was kissing Yunho, again, for the second time. And Jaejoong felt... happy.

Yunho's lips were still warm. Soft. Just as they were the time before. He could hear the chanting in his head, "Please don't stop. Please don't stop." Jaejoong was so utterly overwhelmed he didn't know what to do with his body. He didn't know how to turn his brain off, but Yunho's lips were pressed so deeply against his, moving effortlessly against his own and the feed from his brain was slowly slipping away. His thoughts slowly deflated, body so eager to take over and he leaned into the kiss. It felt like nothing else he had ever experienced. If felt better than anything else he had ever experienced. The butterflies were fluttering in his stomach still as he pressed his heating body closer to Yunho's, chests pressed together.

The smaller boy opened his mouth a gap, his bodily instincts taking over now as he let himself fall into the handsome man beneath him. Yunho took the invitation in an instant, dragging his skilled tongue along Jaejoong's bottom lips before delving deep into the caverns of the pretty raven haired mans warm mouth. He brought one hand up to Jaejoong's jaw to steady their lips together, and then entangled his tongue with the pretty boys.

Yunho trailed his right hand up Jaejoong's side slowly, teasingly. He felt the smaller boy smile against his lips, but he didn't pull back. His hand stopped at Jaejoong's shoulder and he walked his fingers back down the blonde boys chest, feeling him shudder under his touch. Yunho grasped the hem of Jaejoong's shirt between his thumb and index finger, tugging it up slightly to expose a patch of soft white, untouched skin.

Jaejoong wrapped his arms around Yunho's neck loosely. He felt the others fingers tugging on his shirt, but ignored it, sure the man wasn't going to try anything so quickly. They were kissing, but a flutter of anxiety picked at the back of Jaejoong's mind. A moment later he felt Yunho's long, beautiful fingers grazing softly against his abdomen, burning the places where they touched.

Jaejoong's hands found Yunho's chest, and he pushed him back gently. Their mouths popped as contact was lost.

"Yunho," Jaejoong whispered, catching his breath. "What are you doing?"

Yunho's face flushed with guilt and he let go of Jaejoong's shirt. "I'm sorry, I got carried away." He apologized. The taller of the two pulled both his arms back to lay lazily on Jaejoong's legs. "I didn't mean to try anything."

Jaejoong looked away, dropping his hands into his lap and paying attention to the rise and fall of his own chest. He didn't want to see like an or a tease, but he wasn't ready for anything further than a kiss. A really, really deep kiss. Two. But this was all a very new experience. For both of them.

After a minute or so, both of them coming back to reality, Jaejoong smiled up at Yunho softly. "It's okay." He leaned in to peck Yunho's lips once and moved to get up off of his lap, but Yunho's arms wrapped around his waist again.

"Where are you going, Jae?"

Jaejoong looked at Yunho's curious eyes and giggled. This sudden confidence was a welcome surprise."I have to go to work, Yunho." He whispered to remind the man, smiling again.

"Oh," The taller boys face saddened and he let go of Jaejoong's waist. "S-sorry."

Jaejoong didn't move from the mans lap. He was feeling guilty now, saddened too because he had to leave so quickly after this wonderful experience. "Don't apologize." He picked up one of Yunho's hands off of his thigh and sandwiched it between his smaller ones."And I'll be back around five. Wait for me?"

Yunho nodded, looking with interest at their hands connected together. He wiggled his fingers, making Jaejoong laugh. "I'll wait," He mumbled, and watched sadly as Jaejoong let go of his hand and stood up.

Jaejoong walked away to his room to get ready for work. He ce more and smiled at Yunho before disappearing behind his bedroom door. Yunho sat on the couch, a smile on his lips. He laid his head on the arm, and his thoughts were Jaejoong. Purely Jaejoong.

~~~
The day went by rather awkwardly for Jaejoong. His normal routine seemed thrown off, and he felt it hard to concentrate on his tasks. Simple things seemed more complex. He felt like... a new person or something. And thinking back on the adventure he'd had with Yunho on the sofa almost made him hesitant to go back home. How could he possibly face the other man with a straight face after all of... that?
Jaejoong tried his best to shake off the feeling by telling himself it was just a phase or something. That made him feel like utter though, and he resorted back to hoping that Yunho's feelings hadn't been just a phase. The day felt so long as he found himself wanting Yunho to like him the way he'd expressed it so clearly. Jaejoong couldn't make the butterflies in his stomach disappear, no matter how many steaming hot cups of coffee he tried to drown them with. The twisted feelings wouldn't leave him alone.
After a nine hour shift of hard work and distraction, Jaejoong met with Mr. Jung by his car. He smiled at the older man and waited for the vehicle to be unlocked. Neither man spoke as they got in.
"Something the matter?" Jaejoong asked, looking at Mr. Jung's stern expression. The older man stole a glance at him for only a second, and forced a fake smile to settle upon his lips. "Oh, no I'm fine boy." Mr. Jung lied. He stared out the front of the car intensely, as if telling Jaejoong the conversation was over. His face lost it's smile, and he said nothing more.
Jaejoong found it odd for Mr. Jung to be so mellow. Something bad must have happened, he was usually friendly and talkative. But Jaejoong just brushed it off. It was clear that whatever the problem was, Mr. Jung didn't want to talk about it.
The rest of the ride was mostly quiet. It took less time to get to the house that Jaejoong and Yunho were living in together than it did his apartment. At least that was a good thing, as the ride had been just as awkward and distracting as his day. He watched the trees pass by in the window to pass the time, and smiled when his mind reminded him of his morning spent with Yunho.
Yunho was all he could think. He was so happy that he'd reached home as the old man pulled in the driveway in front of their home. Jaejoong smiled at Mr. Jung, thanking him and saying goodbye. The older man tried another forced smiled and waved briefly.
Sighing, Jaejoong made his way to the front door of his house. He took the keys from his pocket and unlocked the door. "Yunho, I'm home." He called out into the apartment. Jaejoong smiled at his own announcement.
No voice answered him back, and he frowned. "Yunho?"
Jaejoong dropped his suitcase by the door and kicked off his shoes. He made his way around the house, checking doors and calling Yunho's name. At last he just sat on the couch and sighed. Where is he? Jaejoong had no way of knowing. He had no way of contacting him. So he just stood from the couch and decided to get started on dinner. Hopefully he'll be back for dinner.
~~~

Jaejoong sat, lazily watching T.V. His mind was still wafting through the possibilities of Yunho's whereabouts. The sun had gone down almost an hour ago, and Yunho's dinner was already put away.

Part of Jaejoong wanted to be mad at Yunho for not telling him where he went. After the morning they had spent together, he thought Yunho and him were closer, much more than they had been before. But the other part of him was what kept him from going on a rampage. He kept telling himself that there was no way for Yunho to of told him. Unless he left a note or something.

Anger boiled in his blood again, and he was still fighting with himself when he heard the front door click open. He suspected it was Yunho and stood from the couch, putting his good hand on his hip and looking disapprovingly at the doorway Yunho was soon to enter.

Sure enough Yunho walked right into Jaejoong's stare, his head down and his lip trembling. Jaejoong's arm fell to his side. "Yunho, what's wrong?" He whispered softly.

Yunho lifted his eyes to look at Jaejoong. They filled with tears and he walked toward the smaller man. Jaejoong opened his arms without a second thought.

"Yunho," He said quietly next to the other mans ear, wrapping his arms around Yunho's waist when he was embraced. He let the man cry into the crook of his neck. Jaejoong rubbed his back in slow, meaningful circles and pulled him down to sit on the couch. Yunho buried his face into Jaejoong's lap and heaved. Jaejoong ran his fingers through Yunho's hair.

"Calm down, Yunho. What happened?" Jaejoong tried asking. He didn't really expect an answer too fast, but saying nothing felt cruel and he wasn't the best at comforting another person, especially when he didn't know what was going on.

Yunho sniffled in response. He grabbed the fabric of the loose pair of jeans Jaejoong had changed into after work in his fist and cried harder, nudging his face deeper into Jaejoong's legs. "Yunho, it's alright. Everything will be alright." The smaller man tried to comfort him with reassurance. Yunho heaved a heavy sigh and tried to stop the tears from flowing. He pushed himself up into a sitting position, looking at Jaejoong through his puffy red eyes.

"Jaejoong, I'm sorry." Yunho said, speaking to the raven boy with sincerity through his quivering bottom lip. He looked down at his hands in despair. Jaejoong touched a couple fingers to Yunho's chin and willed him to look back up at him. "Don't say sorry. Everything's alright."

"It's just," Yunho begun. He looked down with his eyes, even though Jaejoong was still holding his chin up. "I hate crying over her still. I hate that every time I think about her I get sad." He admitted in a low, quaking whisper. He looked back up to meet Jaejoong's eyes and saw they were filled with concern. His heart trembled and a small smile began to pull at his lips. Yunho could feel the warmth from the smaller man sitting before him, his chest ached with so much appreciation.

"You mean your... mother?" Jaejoong asked, not wanting to remind Yunho of his mom and make the situation worse if he were wrong about who Yunho was talking about. But Yunho nodded sadly, tears gleaming freshly in his eyes again. Jaejoong felt sorrow and sympathy wash over him. He wished that he could take the tears from Yunho's eyes, make the sadness disappear.

 "I went to visit her after you left for work."

Jaejoong's eyes doubled. "You were there all this time?"

Yunho nodded again, looking Jaejoong in the eyes. "I like talking to her. I feel better when I go there and tell her everything that's going on with my life."

"Oh," Jaejoong smiled encouragingly. "That's beautiful."

"After this morning, with you, I wanted to tell her everything about you." Yunho continued. His lips gave into the smile, his expression transforming in a way Jaejoong had never seen. He looked embarrassed now, and it was really cute. "I told her that you're very pretty, and that I really like you."

Jaejoong smiled and he scooted closer to Yunho, taking one of the man's hands and looking down at it between his own two. "You did?" His heart was picking up speed, Yunho's words poured into him.

"I did." Yunho smile, his hand moving up to flick the tears away from his eyes. The happiness Jaejoong was giving him just by being able to talk with him was overlapping the heartache. "She would like you, Jaejoong." He pressed his forehead against Jaejoong's hair. "I like you."

Jaejoong pushed back the blush trying to show. He smiled at Yunho, revealing all his teeth. Yunho just watched in awe, drowning in all his beauty.

"Are you tired?" Jaejoong asked, taking Yunho out of his daze. The tanner boy nodded and moved to lay his head on Jaejoong's lap. He looked up at Jaejoong and smiled wide. Jaejoong laughed and leaned down to kiss Yunho softly on the lips. "Goodnight, weirdo. Sweet dreams." He ran his hand through Yunho's hair and smiled when the boy closed his eyes. He watched him drift off to sleep.

"Jaejoong?"

The sleepy voice startled him. "Yes, Yunho?"

Yunho opened his eyes and looked up at him. "Do you think that sometime you could possibly.. go to visit my mom with me?" He looked into the pretty boys eyes hopefully. "I want her to meet you. Officially."

Jaejoong smiled. "I would love to."

He waited for Yunho to close his eyes again, and the taller boy fell asleep with a smile on his extremely face.

Chapter 27: Thank you <3 I really like this fic. And it's already an epilogue, but why don't you mark it as complete? Do you plan on continuation? There are indeed some unfinished things like YooSu relationship, but it can be figured out where to. Anyway, I'll let your creativity takes control :)
Btw, the things that sometimes bothered, the "(noun)s" is confusing and needs to reread to understand when it is for plural " ....s " or when belongs to something/one "....'s "
Cheers!
