Your cheeks seemed to catch on fire at the sight of Hoseok and Jungkook in the doorway. Why?! Why the now?! He disappears for two weeks and decides to just show up at this moment?! You had to control yourself from grimacing at the embarrassing moment as you bit your lips and looked away. How you wished there was a hole in the ground that you could disappear into! 

"Errrrrr... Hi, Dongjun hyung...?" Jungkook greeted with a raised eyebrow. "May I ask why you are holding ________ noona's hand?" 

"No I'm not!" 

"No he's not!" 

You felt his hand let go immediately as you and the person grabbing your arm shouted at the same time. Unable to control your facial expression from all the awkwardness anymore, you slightly winced as you tried not to face palm yourself. What the actual is happening right now?! You thought as you almost cursed under your breath and cried on the inside. 

"Anyway," another guy cleared his throat and said, "she was in our studio when we came in." 

"Oh quit it Jaehyun," your breath caught in your throat as you heard Hoseok said. "It's not even ours anyway." 

You sneaked a look at him from under your eyelashes, only to panic when you immediately came in eye contact with him. You couldn't read his expression. Is he surprised or mad? You breathed shallowly. Oh god, ________, what have you gotten yourself in?!

"________-ah, what are you doing here?" Hoseok asked softly, and you had the strange suspicion that you were in danger of overheating, both from embarrassment and from something else. 

"N-nothing," you stuttered, "I was just looking around. I'll leave now." You shifted and walked around him to leave the studio. 

Just when you foot stepped out the door, you felt someone grab your arm again. But this time the grip was looser, and you were about to shake it off when you heard Hoseok's voice, "wait, no. Stay."

You were not what Hoseok expected to see when he opened the door of the studio. Nor did he expect the sheer number of emotions that he felt when he saw you: shock, astonishment, confusion, relief, satisfaction...? Anyway, however jumbled up his feelings were, there was one thing he knew for sure, and that was he did not want you to run away the minute he had the chance to see you again. Now that he finally saw you in person, that was when he suddenly came to the realization that all the weird thoughts about you that he had over the past two weeks were simply because, despite having only met you once, he missed you. 

He missed your face, your hair, your smile. He missed the way you dance, the way you voice sounded, the way you walked, the way you put on that SnapBack with style, the way you played with your necklace, and just about every other thing that made you you. 

Now, as you looked back at Hoseok with his hand around your thin wrist, he couldn't help but find your expression corky and, surprisingly, cute. It was a mix of confusion, surprise, and even taken aback, and he almost smirked at the way you blinked blankly at him with flushed cheeks. "We don't own the studio," he said, "so you can use it whenever you want." 

"Yeah," Dongjun added sincerely, "I didn't mean to make you feel bad. I was just surprised." 

"Errrrr..." You uttered hesitantly as you stood still in the doorway looked at them, "I don't th-"

Hoseok sighed and pulled you back into the studio without warning. It was clear that, however hesitant you were, you wanted to stay. So why shouldn't he help you decide? "Really ________, it's fine," he chuckled and said, immediately shooting out an arm to support you when you slightly stumbled back into the studio. 

"Yeah, it's all good," Dongjun chimed in eagerly, "we're just hanging out anyway. Why don't you join us?" 

"Well," you said hesitantly as you took a step in, "okay, I guess." 

"That's the spirit!!" Jungkook cheered loudly on the side, and the boys laughed as you jumped in surprise. Hoseok was relieved when he saw a smile grew on your face. Thank god she didn't run away, he thought sincerely and silently thanked his friends for being welcoming as they led you to the couch.

Two hour later, you were comfortably seated on the couch with Hoseok, Jungkook and their friends with some of them sitting on the floor. Various food wrappers and opened bottles of drinks littered the floor as the boys filled the studio with laughs and chatter. It took a while to learn all their names, but eventually you got them down: Dongjun aka arm-grabber was well-built and had soft brown hair, Jaehyun had absolutely flawless skin and wore several earrings and a string bracelet on his wrist, Shimchan was the tallest of the boys and had a Busan accent, and Minsik who was shy and was the only one younger than you (besides Jungkook, of course). Apparently Hoseok, Jaehyun and Minsik were members of Hoseok's predebut underground dance team called Nueron, and Dongjun and Shimchan studied in the same dance studio as Jungkook --- speaking of whom, when you found out he studied dance in the States you two immediately became ten times closer. They talked about everything from dance to girls to BTS (apparently they all knew the members personally as well) to food to school life, and before long you joined in with their conversations. 

Expectedly, the curious yet welcoming boys asked you a lot of questions, and you gladly answered them. You talked about how you met Hoseok and Jungkook on the first day at SOPA, that you moved to the states and started dancing street style there, that you much preferred honey green tea to coffee, that you thought Makeup and Styling class was really interesting even though the teacher was hella annoying, and other random things about yourself.

Despite having only met them for an hour, you were comfortable enough to also tell them how your first two weeks at SOPA was like.

"Yah, how can they be like that?!" Hoseok almost shot up from his seat and said angrily after he heard about your dance shoes incident. You did absolutely nothing wrong when you battled Lina, and her "fans" had no legit reason to hurt you like they did. He felt his heart grew cold when he saw your creased brows and darkened expression, and he couldn't help but blame himself for not being there to help you out. 

"You could have gotten seriously hurt noona!" Jungkook frowned at you and said earnestly. 

"That's true. ________," Jaehyun chimed in. "We need to tell someone about this." The others all nodded in agreement. 

"No, we need a payback," Shimchan cut in, and suddenly there was an explosion of ideas as everyone started yelling out ways of getting them back. 

"Wow wow wow! Guys!" Hoseok heard you shout over them and was pleased to see the boys quiet down quickly. "It's okay," you continued, "I'm okay, and that's all I really care about. I didn't get hurt, and there's no point in going after whoever did whatever to me. They'll stop eventually, so I'm just letting it go." 

This time Hoseok reacted the same way as the others did and immediately objected, "But you can't just do nothing! What if they do it again?" He looked at you worriedly. 

"Agree," Dongjun chimed in. "You have to at least tell some one about them!" 

"You should tell your friends or something," Minsik suggested. "That way they can help you out."

"Well, I already did!" You shot back, making everyone silent suddenly. Like the others, Hoseok looked at you with confusion, waiting for you to elaborate. It would have been impossible for you to have made friends at school, especially because of how they treated and ridiculed you, so unless some brave soul wanted to enrage Lina's followers --- which were practically the whole grade, you probably wouldn't have talked to anyone... 

... Besides him and his friends, that is. 

"I told you guys!" After a slight pause, you looked at all of them and explained, and Hoseok, grinning widely, couldn't even put to words how content he felt as you continued with a smile, "We're friends, right?"
