“Minseokie!” I cried out in surprise as I felt your arms wrap around my waist.

It was early morning and I was just getting ready to go through my personal schedule that morning when you unexpectedly wobbled into the bathroom, seemingly still half asleep.

“Do you really have to go?” I heard you mumble against my back. “I’m not feeling too well and I want to stay and cuddle.”

I turned around to face you and pulled you closer, your head resting against my chest. “I wish I could stay with you here, but I don’t think manager – hyung would allow me to cancel my schedules again. How about I bring you home some snacks?”

You buried your face against my chest deeper; I could feel the heat radiating from your body. I instantly felt concerned.  “I don’t want to. I just want you.” You whined and I couldn’t find it in my heart to say no.

I wrapped my arms around you and carried you bridal style back to our room. “Why don’t we tuck you back in bed huh.”

You nodded, eyes closing peacefully as I laid you down on the mattress, pulling the covers over you before turning off the lights. I was about to step out of the room when manager – hyung came in.

“Luhan, you don’t have to attend your schedules for today. We have someplace we need to be and we need someone to look after Minseok. I’m sure he’d want you more than anyone else.” He half-whispered, not wanting to wake the sleeping boy as he nodded at his direction.

“Uhm. If it will not be a bother. Thank you so much hyung.” I couldn’t help but smile.

“We’ll get going now. Make sure he eats something before taking his meds.”

Within seconds after the door closed, I crawled under the covers and joined you on the bed, drifting off to dreamland with you snuggled against my chest.

I woke up early that evening to the smell of food. Remembering that you were supposed to drink your medicine, I got up, only to find your side of the bed empty. I stepped out of the room and found you sleeping against the kitchen table with a meal prepared in front of you.

“Minseok, what are you doing?” I asked as I approached your sleeping form.

Groggily, you opened your eyes. “Hello Luhan. Dinner is served.” You said trying to stifle a yawn.

 “But you’re supposed to be resting. You’re still sick.” I couldn’t help but worry as I placed my hand against his forehead to find it still burning hot.

“It’s our anniversary today. I wanted to do something special for you.” You mumbled sleepily. “I was supposed to wake you up for dinner but I guess I fell asleep myself.” You let out a chuckle. “Happy Anniversary.”

Oh, Minseok, I wish you’d see what you are doing to me, I wish you’d feel how you would make me feel then you’d know that my heart has been telling the truth. I do love you Minseok, I wish you could see that. I wish you’d see how your simple actions would always make my heart melt. I wish you’d see that you’re the only who has been able to make me feel this way. I want you to see that my heart has melted for you and I want you to see that it will never change. My love for you is constant, I wish you’d see that.
