SUNGRAN's P.O.V

Why call at a time like this?

I pushed the button answer and put my phone on the right ear.

"Ye?" I said.

It is Heechul, he's calling me.

"Uh-uhm....how are you?" He said.

You called me in the middle of the night, interupted my sleep and that's all you can say?

"I'm fine...you?" I said.

"I'm bored, sad and disappointed." He answered.

"Why?" I furowed my eyes.

"This morning, I decided to call Jessica and ask her on a date." He said.

Hmmm...I thought Heechul's having difficulties on asking a girl to hang out...he gets so nervous when he's in front of the girl he likes, but he we hang out for...maybe 4 years now...he doesn't get nervous at all...well he doesn't like me. Hmmmmm...don't get your hopes up Sungran...He just treats me like a friend...and that will not change.

anyway...

"So, what did she tell you?" I asked.

"She said she can't have a date with me because she's going on a trip with her family and she'll come back later."

"What did you say?" I asked again.

"I said, maybe we could hang out tomorrow. Then she said yes."

"Oh." I hissed and pouted.

Silence...

"So -ah how was babysitting?" Heechul changed the topic.

"Well its fun...Jocchan's little brother is so adorable." I said.

"I'm glad you had fun." He said.

After he said that, a smile formed in my face.

"So, is that all you called me for?" I asked.

"No, no...Are you free on Monday? After dismissal time?" He asked.

See? Now he's asking me to hang out with him on Monday...he's not stuttering and not nervous.

So, what is he up to?

"Ye. I'm free." I said.

"Cool!" He said. 

Silence again...

"Why'd you ask me instead of 'her'?" I asked.

"Who?"

"You know... 'her'?" I just can't say her name.

Everytime I say her name, I get nightmares.

"Who's 'her'?" Ugh, Heechul, please stop saying 'who', I don't want to answer.

"Your 'girlfriend' "

"Ah~ Jessica...Why? Aren't you glad that I called you?" Heechul's voice is somewhat mad.

"N-no, I am..." I said, surprised of what he said.

"You're what?"

"I-I am v-very hap-py that y-you called me..." I murmured. I felt my cheeks heat up.

Please stop doing this to me Heechul... I pouted.

"Great~" He said.

"So -ah see you on Monday, then" He added.

"Uh...Y-ye, see you." I replied.

Silence AGAIN...

"So, Sungran uhm...good night."

"Oh- ah good night, Heechul."

I was about to end the call when suddenly Heechul said something.

"Uhmm...I miss my bestfriend." He hissed.

I smiled. "I miss my bestfriend, too."

This is the second time he said that to me.

"So- ah bye Sungran. Sweet dreams."

"Bye." I ended the call.

I hugged my phone with delight.

I looked at the ceiling, closed my eyes and sighed.

Still smiling, I shut my eyes and continued to sleep.

This is the second happiest night I've ever had.

Heechul...Even if you just say 'I miss you', I feel satisfied.

Even if I'm expecting more than that.

Even if my heart hurts when you're with 'her' and say 'I love you' to each other.

Even if you don't realize I have feelings for you.

It's OK for me, as long as you're happy.

(a/n: I don't have an idea on what to type...see? last 4 sentences are not even related to the first one.)

Sweet dreams...and I love you.

Still, the smile on my face didn't fade away.
