“Where to?” Jimin slings an arm over me. “What’d we do when we were six?” I ask. Another round of laughter waves over us. “Han River..” Jungkook smiles. “Han River..” We all repeat.”

That Han River had so many memories.. That’s where Bangtan was created. That’s where I met Jimin & J-Hope. That’s where I went to when I needed to be alone. That’s where Jimin spent countless nights consoling me. That’s where I first learned how to laugh, how to smile, how to be me. That’s where my mom took me before she died. That’s where she found peace. That’s where our favorite place was… That’s where I’ve been dodging because I was so scared to remember the memories. “Kaja~” J-Hope pulls me and we all sprint to the bank of the water. “Wah.. I really miss this place.” I smile, nearly crying. Jimin comes and hugs me, “Remember when you used to cry here and I’d sit and listen to you?” “YAH DON’T REMIND ME!” I playfully hit his chest. “This is where I tripped because J-Hope forgot to tie his shoelaces.” Jungkook said annoyed. “THIS IS WHERE I LEARNED HOW TO SWIM.” J-Hope adds, pretending to swim on the floor. “This is where Min Seok first started to dance.” Jimin smiles. “This is where our memories lay..” I finish off. We all sat down and talked and bought food and played in the water and created new memories. I sighed as I sat down next to Jimin.

“You know, your girlfriend is gonna be lucky to have someone like you.” I smile. He faintly smiles, “Wonder when I will.” “Anyone on your mind?” I lean back. “Yeah.. But she’s taken.” He says and smiles again. I frown, “Why’re you happy she’s taken? Don’t you want to be with her?” “Yeah.. But she doesn’t like me in that sense. She likes someone else that she fell hard for, and for me to be happy, I want her to be happy. She might not be happy with me, and if he makes her truly happy.. Then I can live with that. If he breaks her heart though.. Then I wouldn’t waste a second to take her.” He says and hugs me. “That girl must be lucky.” I say and lean onto him. “I must be lucky.” He smiles. “Wae?” I look up at him. “Because I found her.” He looks down and gives me an eye smile. “Who’s the girl?” I hug him back. “Too much information now.” He sighs and gets up. “WAE~~” I whine. “Because then I won’t be happy.” He frowns a bit. “Wae?” I ask again. “Because she won’t be happy.” He walks off. “WAE?” I yell. “BECAUSE I LIKE HER.” He yells before getting into the water again. I sigh. Even if that didn’t make sense.. She’s one lucky girl.

After a whole day of messing around, we all sit down to dry off. “Well, I should call mom to tell her you’re staying over.” J-Hope says and calls his eomma. He puts his phone on speakers and continues drying his hair. I smile and point out the sunset to Jimin. He smiles before hugging me.

“hello?”

“MOM, ARE YOU BUSY?”

“Nope. Just finishing papers. Why? OH. HOW HAVE MIN SEOK AND JUNGKOOK BEEN? YOU NEVER INVITE THEM OVER. DO THEY HATE YOU? DO YOU BULLY THEM TOO MUCH? AH. IT’S PROBABLY BECAUSE OF YOUR WEIRDNESS HUH. WHY DON’T I HEAR FROM THEM? ARE YOU GUYS NOT FRIENDS ANYMORE? IS THE—”

“EOMMA THEY’RE HERE RIGHT NOW!”
