PLOT: Kaixing missing each other

TITLE: Missing You Seriously

“You know,” Chanyeol voiced out somewhere behind him. “Staring at your phone wont make him answer you any quicker. They do have a packed schedule.”

"Forget it," Baehyun scoffed. "You know full well that he will be glued to that dammed device all night if he has to."

Kai rolled his eyes as his hyungs giggled amongst themselves at his dire state, but didn’t make a move to detatch himself from his phone. His unicorn could text him at any minute. He didn’t want to keep his dear hyung waiting.

"God Kai, can you not sleep without him tucking you in or something?"

Everyone continued laughing at Baekhyuns jokes but, again, Kai ignored them and viewed his phone. Suddenly, to all the members amazement, the little device rang out an alert tone. From the sound on s wheezing and exaggerated hand gestures, it wasn’t hard to understand that his message tone had causes Exo K to themselves.

"What the is that?!?" Baekhyun manged to ask as he clutched his abdomen.

"Kai," Suho asked between giggles. "Is that the same alert tone that one girl had in secret garden?"

Kyungoo looked like he was having trouble breathing as he nodded. “I helped him set it for Yixings messages a week ago.”

Kai frowned (the act eliciting another round of laughter) as he opened the message.

They’re giving you a hard time about missing me, aren’t they?

"That’s not even the best part," Kyungsoo chuckled. "You should see what he has hyung saved under in his contacts."

Sehun shook his head. “Forget that,” he raved. “You should see what Lay hyung has our dance machine under!”

Kai pouted (he really was acting more and more like a child these days) before typing away his response. Across the sea - but really to the couple it was much further than that - Exos other dance machine lay on his bed, hair a mess from his shower, as he opened his new message.

FROM: On Dancers Legs
You have no idea. Hyung, when are you coming back home to me? Our bed is cold without you to cuddle.

"Oooooh," Tao cooed as he jumped onto yixings bed; his eyes alive with mischief. "Is our unicorn being all lovey dovey again?"

Yixing managed to crack a grin before replying. Luhan walked onto the room, his Baozi already dressed in his footy pigamas and wrapped around the deer idol. “Is Kai texting him again? ” he asked. “Last time you guys had to sk the long distance thing you wrote a song about him.”

"And sang it to us," Xiumin added as he dove under his covers.

Tao made a face. “Yixing ge,” he begged. “As much as I love your voice, if you write another song about his childlike wonder and y I will beat you with my gucci bags.”

Chen - who had been half asleep in his own bed - perked up and added his own two cents.

"Kaixing, Kaixing, sitting in a tree. K-I-S-S-I-N-G…"

Everyone - to Yixings surprise - suddenly tuned in on the song as well.

"First comes love, then comes, marriage.."
