From the bench, L decided to go to his room. He got bored sitting only there.

Inside the room, he watched TV and then he got bored. He tried to dance but he got bored. He played with his self but he got bored. He tried to sleep but then again he got bored and he can’t.

It seems like everything he does won’t work for him. He felt like everything is boring.

He looked at the clock and it’s already 7 p.m.

“What could they possibly doing?” he thought.

He’s worried about what Sungyeol is doing to you.

“What if… aaa! JC’s not like that. But Sungyeol. What if he kisses her? Myungsoo. Please stop thinking about them okay? You’re not jealous right? Am I not? Uh!” he thought and bumped his head to the pillow many times.

He can’t avoid thinking about you. Even if he can, he won’t do it. He would still think about you.

“I think it’s time to make a move. I’ll show Sungyeol that I like JC.” He confidently thought.

~KNOCK KNOCK~

He quickly stood up from the bed.

“JC?” he said.

He arranges his self-first before opening the door, expecting that it’s you at the door.

L: *exhales*

He opened the door and saw Janni.

Janni: L.

L: Janni? *gave a disappointed look*

Janni: *noticed it* is there something wrong?

L: *quickly changed his look* no. there’s nothing.

L: come in.

Janni smiled at L and entered.

L gave a deep sigh.

L and Janni sat on the sofa and started a conversation.

L: so why are you here?

Janni: is JC here?

L: uhmm—she’s not here yet.

Janni: oh where did she go?

L: uhmm—she’s with Sungyeol.

Janni: *eyes turned wide a little* sh-she’s with Sungyeol? Where?

L: I don’t know where.

Janni: *sadly looked down*

L: *noticed it* are you okay, Janni?

Janni: yeah. I’ am. *forced smile*

L; why are you looking for JC?

Janni: I just want to invite her hang out with me but she’s not here.

L: I see. I’ll tell her so yo-

Janni: no it’s okay. Thanks. Maybe I’ll ask her next time.

L: okay.

~MOMENT OF SILENCE~

Janni: I guess I have to go.

L: okay. I’ll accompany you outside.

Janni: are you sure?

L: yeah.

Janni: okay.

L accompanied Janni outside the hotel.

But they both stopped at the entrance because they saw you and Sungyeol going out of the taxi.

Janni: they’re here.

L didn’t reply instead let out a jealous face and glare.

You and Sungyeol were laughing and chuckling.

Janni and L don’t know what you’re laughing about until Janni called you and walked to you.

L has no choice but to follow Janni.

Janni: JC!

You: *looked at her* Janni.

You and Janni were facing each other while L at Janni’s back and Sungyeol at your back.

You: why are you here?

Janni: I came here to see you but you’re not here so I decided to go home. L accompanied me.

While Janni is explaining, you looked at L but he’s not looking at you.

Janni: where did you go?

You: at the beach.

Janni: beach?

You: yeah Sungyeol surprised me.

Janni: really?

Now, Janni’s mood is just like L.

Sungyeol looked at Janni but she’s not looking back.

Janni: I guess I have to go.

You: yeah me too.

L suddenly turned back and used the elevator to go first on your room.

“What’s up to him?” you thought.

Janni: I’ll go now.

You: okay.

SY: I’ll drive you home.

Janni: no need. You’re tired. You have to get some rest. *smiled and walked away*

You: I’ll go to my room now.

SY: okay.

You: bye.

SY: *waved hand to you*

~MEANWHILE~

Janni didn’t bring her car. She rode a the taxi going to your hotel. So, she decided to walk first before riding a taxi.

~WHILE WALKING~

Janni was looking down while walking. She’s really trying to hold back her tears but she failed.

Tears fell on Janni’s face. She was really hurt seeing you together.

But she can’t confess. She has to hide her feelings.

Sungyeol chose you to hang out with.

“It’s very clear. He would really choose JC rather than me. I think I should stop liking him.” She thought while wiping her tears.

Suddenly, Sungyeol called her and ran to her.

SY: Janni! Wait up.

Janni quickly wiped her tears and waited for Sungyeol.

SY: *noticed her wiping tears* are you okay?

Janni: yeah I’ am.

SY: are you wiping your tears? Are you crying?

Janni: no. I’m not. It’s a … It’s a sweat.

SY: sweat? But it’s already evening.

Janni: uhmm- my face really sweats a lot even in the evening. *fake chuckle*

SY: I see. Where’s your car? I’ll drive you home.

Janni: no. it’s okay. I didn’t use it.

SY: really? So you’re going to walk?

Janni: *slowly nodded*

SY: no. it’s not safe. It’s already evening. *called a taxi*

Janni: no no. No need to do that Sungyeol.

SY: no. you’re going to ride a taxi.

Janni stopped and smiled a little.

Sungyeol opened the taxi’s door.

SY: get in.

Janni obeyed.

Sungyeol closed the door. But before he let the taxi drove away..

SY: *talking to the taxi driver* give me your number and you’re plate number.

Janni curiously looked at Sungyeol.

The taxi driver gave his number and the taxi’s plate number.

SY: *talking to the driver* If something happens to her, I’ll blame you so make sure she’ll get home safe.

The taxi driver nodded.

Janni secretly blushed for what he did. She’s currently getting her wallet to pay the taxi.

SY: Janni.

Janni: hmm?

SY: I already paid the taxi driver so keep your wallet.

Janni obeyed him.

SY: take care.

Janni nodded and Sungyeol finally let the taxi go.

While travelling, Janni got a message from Sungyeol.

From: Sungyeol

“Text me if you’re home already. Arasso?”

Janni can’t stop smiling. Sungyeol is so sweet.

Taxi Driver: Your boyfriend is so sweet.

Janni: oh no. he’s not my boyfriend.

Taxi Driver: oh I’m sorry.

Janni: it’s okay.

Taxi Driver: you know what mam; you both are really a perfect couple if ever you’re in a relationship.

Janni didn’t reply instead she looked outside the window and smiled sweetly.

“There’s still a reason for me not to stop liking him.” She happily thought.

~ON THE OTHER HAND~

(At your room)

L went to your room first and then you followed.

You changed your cloth first. L was just sitting at the sofa doing nothing. He didn’t talk to you since you arrived. You wanted to talk to him but you think he’s not in the mood.

Suddenly you felt your hungriness. You went to the kitchen and opened the refrigerator and saw a fruit cake. You suddenly remembered your mom.

“I didn’t call her since last week. I miss her so much.” You sadly said.

While eating, you sat beside L.

You: can I sit here?

L didn’t respond.

You decided to sit.

You: you want some fruit cake?

L suddenly stood up and went to the bed.

“What’s wrong with him?” you thought.
