(The next day)      

*Phone notification*

One new message.

From Janni:

“I’ll see you JC at the park. Arasso? :)”

You dressed up after receiving the message. After that, you noticed L was gone.

“Where is he?” you thought and immediately left.

(At the park)

You were the first one to arrive and waited for Janni. After 26 minutes, she finally arrived.

Janni: Hey JC!

You: hey.

Janni: did you wait too long?

You: oh no. not too long.

Janni: oh okay that’s great.

You: uhm- Janni.

Janni: hmm?

You: I remembered. I don’t have any bike. *you shyly said*

Janni: *chuckles* don’t worry JC. I brought one extra bike.

You: is it okay?

Janni: okay what? You’ll use it? Of course!

You: kamsahmida. *bow*

Janni: come’ on let’s get it at my car.

You: you … you have a car?

Janni: sorry I didn’t tell you because it was a real fast conversation yesterday.

You: no it’s okay but how does the bike entered your car?

Janni: *laugh* you’re so cute JC. It’s a folding bike type.

You: oh I see. *rubbed your head*

Janni: let’s go?

You: arasso.

~After getting and preparing the bike~

Janni: let’s go?

You: you’ll leave your car here?

Janni: neh. Let’s go!

You started biking first around the park then outside the park.

You both really are having fun with biking. You sometimes fall because you’re not that good at biking but still Janni is teaching you how. She’s really great friend.

After an hour of biking, you both decided to get a rest first.

Janni: Here. *handled you a snack*

You: thanks.

Janni: it’s really fun right.

You: absolutely! *you shouted*

Both laughed.

You: it’s a brilliant idea to go biking with you. Thanks for inviting and also the bike.

Janni: You’re welcome. Besides you’re my new friend.

The conversation goes on until Janni noticed two boys were also biking.

You: *drinks juice*

Janni: seems like we have friends here.

You followed Janni’s gaze and spit the juice you were drinking.

Janni: are you okay?

You: *wiped the juice on your face* why are they together?

Janni: huh? What are you talking about?

You: they’re coming. They’re going to pass this way. Please hide me hide me!

Janni: JC. What’s happening?

You: *hid on Janni’s back*

The two boys passed you way already and were about to disappear when Janni called them.

Janni: EXCUSE ME!

The two boys stopped and looked back at her.

Janni: *came closer to them* is this yours? *showed the small towel*

Since Janni came closer to them, they can see you now. Nowhere to hide. It’s a very wide place.

You: damn it!

“It’s mine.” One of them said.

“Thank you” the other one said.

When suddenly one of them noticed you.

“JC!”

Janni: you know her?

“You know her also?” both of them said.

You slowly went closer to them with your bike.

You: Anneyeong. *awkwardly bowed*

“Why are you here?” he said.

Janni: you know them JC?

You: *nodded* this is Myungsoo and Sungyeol. *introduce them to her* and this is Choi Janni. She’s also a Korean. *introduce her to them* 

Sungyeol bowed but L didn’t.

Janni: nice meeting you.

SY: nice meeting you too. *smiled*

Janni froze for a while when she saw Sungyeol’s smile.

L: *looked at you* are you stalking me?

You: you! No I’m not! We’re here biking. Is there something wrong with that?!

SY: really? We’re also here biking around.

Janni: why don’t we go biking? The four of us?

SY: hmm? Sounds good.

L: *smirked and biked away*

Janni: is he okay?

You: don’t mind him. He’s crazy person.

SY: *laughed*

Janni froze again when she saw Sungyeol laughed.

 You three followed L and continued biking. You didn’t talk at Sungyeol even a single word. You’re a bit mad at him because he didn’t tell you that L and he see each other and you have to lie to L.

After 2 hours of biking around the capital city of Guam, Janni asked you all to have dinner with her and it’s her treat.

L: I’m not coming.

You: then don’t. *murmured*

L: what?

SY: come on L! Let’s give this night to JC’s new friend.

L didn’t reply but Sungyeol knows he agreed.

SY: alright. So where do we eat.

~Dinner~

 L is sitting beside Sungyeol facing Janni and you were sitting beside Janni facing Sungyeol.

Janni: biking is a great activity right?

You: *nodded*

Janni: oh got an idea. Can we have another activity tomorrow?

SY: what kind of activity?

Janni: basketball.

You: *gasp* I don’t play basketball.

Janni: it’s okay. Just for fun.

SY: I’m coming.

Janni: JC?

You: o-okay.

Janni: *clapped*

SY: L?

L: I’m not coming.

~awkward silence~

Having dinner with them is a bit awkward for you and you can’t understand why. Maybe because it’s new to your environment. After having a dinner, you decided to walk going home than to ride on Janni’s car while L used his bike to go home and Sungyeol walked with you but you don’t talk to him.

~While walking~

SY: I have noticed. You didn’t talk to me since we met today.

You didn’t respond.

SY: are you mad at me?

You: what do you think is the answer?

SY: yes. Maybe.

You: Maybe? Maybe is not on the choices I have given.

SY: JC.

You: Why didn’t you tell me you and L sees each other already?

SY: why?

You: so I don’t have to lie at L.

SY: lie?

You: yes, lie. You said I won’t tell L you’re here. I did that.

SY: we just met yesterday and we planned to go biking.

You: you liar.

SY: I never lied to you JC.

You didn’t reply and walked fast as you can but Sungyeol grabbed your hand and hugged you tightly in the middle of the sidewalk.

You were shocked by his sudden action.

SY: I’m sorry. *whispered*

On the other hand, the way you were taking going home is the same way L and Janni taking. So, they both saw Sungyeol hugging you tightly. They stopped for a while watching you and Sungyeol and after a minute L continued biking and Janni continued driving.
