Early in the morning, I prepared myself and wore a casual dress. Well even though I don’t feel like wearing a dress, I have to. Wearing short pants isn't allowed and for long pants… No thanks. I might feel hot.

Hot in temperature I mean, not that those y type or something.

Also, I will never forget to at least, text Sehun first before going.

Well, I am not expecting this guy to reply fast because maybe, he’s a heavy sleeper.

But guessed that I’m wrong.

He replied me in a flash.

Yap. So, you’re going to church, right?

Yeah. Anyways, just wondering.

Nope, instead, I’m the opposite.

Satisfied with his reply, I soon made my way to the Church.

There, of course, I’d pray so my family will always be living well in America. For me, just hoping that I will keep on getting good grades and will never face any troubles for my whole high school year.

Oh yeah, I didn’t forget to pray for Sehun so he could get out from that journal and live his happy life.

Just hope that God has his plans.

“Hey!” I heard a familiar voice.

“What are you doing here, bacon?”

“It’s Baekhyun.” He groaned, eyeing me intensely. Yeah, I was just getting out of the Church and BAM! I met him in the exit.

Just why do I have to meet this guy everywhere I go?

“What are you doing here though?"

“I’m hunting some dragons. I came here to pray of course!” He smacked my head, dissatisfied by my question. Well true, I'm asking him a ridiculous question.

“You’re so cruel, Baek.” I walked away from him.

And he’s still following me.

“Why are you still tailing me?” I asked as he just ended up shrugging his shoulders, confused.

What a weird guy.

“Stalking me?” I smirked and hoped that at least, he would get disgusted and stopped stalking me.

But no, instead, he nodded and cling into my arm.

“Hey hey hey-”

“I'm just clinging onto you, don't be annoyed.” He pouted.

“Of course I know that Baek. But if you wanna follow to wherever I’m going, don’t cling onto me like that.”

And with that, he let go of my arms and stood properly like a kindergarten student.

Yup, that guy mostly obeys my orders. And actually, I found that weird coz’ he doesn’t really obey other people that much—except for me.

“Now, I’m actually planning to go to the bubbletea shop. Join?” I asked nicely as he cheered. Yes, I was being nice to him for now coz’ being rude to my frienemy isn’t that good too—for what I think. Mommy told me that I’m supposed to be nice to everyone, either they’re good or bad. She doesn’t know that I’ve been treating Baek a little annoyingly—all she knows is me, being kind to Baek.

Coz’ there was once Baek met my family before and I was ACTING being sooooo kind to him.

But it wasn’t my fault for acting though, Baek was acting himself.

He was so angelic in front of my parents but actually, he’s quite annoying.

And yeah, whiny.

“Let’s go to the MRT station.” I suggested and Baek just casually walked beside me while putting his arm around my shoulders.

“Baek, I guess it’s enough.” You looked at your frienemy who’s drinking the 3rd bubbletea. Yes, he’s insane.

“I know you love bubbletea but not that much.” Rolling your eyes while giving Baek a warning look, he quickly finished up his 3rd bubbletea and placed the empty cup on the table.

Guessed that he’s afraid of the scary look of yours.

“Full enough?” You unknowingly chuckled a little as Baek froze towards your act. It had been a long time for him to see you chuckling like that and it gave him that feeling again in his heart.

“Karen, did you just… chuckle?” He pointed at you with a straw while hope was all over his face.

Knowing that you actually did, you looked away before he could see you blush because of embarrassment.
