“Which flavor do you want?” (DH) Young Jae looked at the flavors, contemplating which flavor would be the best one to get. He wasn’t exactly the type to have dessert after eating, so at the moment, he wasn’t in the mood to have ice cream. However, a few here and there shouldn’t pose too much of a problem.

“Mm... I want vanilla.” (YJ) Daehyun nodded as he went up to the cash register to order their ice cream. Young Jae looked around before making his way over to one of the high tables. Taking his messenger bag off, he took a seat in the chair that was closest to the window before leaning back in his seat and taking out his phone. His eyes lit up a bit as he saw his phone light up, notifying him that he had received a text. Opening it up, he scanned the text message before looking around. At first, he didn’t really see anything out of the ordinary. However, his eyes quickly landed on a shady pair whom were wearing sunglasses and nonchalantly waving in his general direction.

He probably would have waved back, if it wasn’t for the fact that Daehyun had come back rather quickly with their ice cream. Looking down at the ice cream that Daehyun placed onto the table, Young Jae’s eyes widened with how many scoops of ice cream were in both bowls. “T-That’s too much! There’s no way I could finish this!” (YJ)

“I told you, I’ll finish whatever you can’t.” (DH) Young Jae looked up at Daehyun in disbelief, but that enchanting grin on Daehyun’s face said otherwise. Daehyun was really serious about this?!

As Daehyun began eating his many flavors of ice cream, Young Jae picked up his bowl before picking up the tiny yellow spoon. Furrowing his eyebrows a bit, he scooped some of the ice cream out before taking a bite. “How is it? Good?” (DH)

“Yea.. It’s good, but.. I feel bad about this. There’s so much and you’ve been paying for everything!” (YJ) Daehyun chuckled a bit as he lowered his hands, leaning forward a bit. Young Jae looked up at Daehyun and instantly, he couldn’t help but begin to suspect that Daehyun wanted something. “W-What is it..?” (YJ)

“As payment, let me have a bite!” (DH)

“A bite..? You didn’t get vanilla?” (YJ)

“Cause you already have it! Just a bite, okay? I won’t ask for more until you’re done.” (DH) Young Jae thought for a moment before nodding. He stretched his arm out just enough for Daehyun to scoop some out, but Daehyun shook his head as they made eye contact once more. “Feed me.” (DH)

“W-What?!” (YJ) Daehyun leaned back in his seat, a slight hurt look on his face as his shoulders slumped a bit.

“Is that.. too much?” (DH) Young Jae shook his head before looking back down at his ice cream. Scooping out as much ice cream as this tiny spoon could hold, he held the spoon out to Daehyun. Daehyun grinned like crazy as he leaned forward, opening his mouth wide before taking in the ice creamy goodness. Slowly, he slid his mouth of the spoon, making sure to leave no traces of ice cream, before leaning back in his seat and smiling happily. “It’s good.” (DH)

“Y-Yea..” (YJ) Young Jae looked back down at his spoon. Was this alright? No one would think anything of it, right? It was perfectly normal and not at all a huge step to take in any sort of relationship.. RIGHT?! After all.. it counted as one major thing.

Indirect Kiss.

Young Jae turned red as he lowered his gaze, forcing himself to swallow the lump in his throat as he stared at the spoon. Thinking of how nice the inside of Daehyun’s mouth looked, or how soft and plump Daehyun’s lips looked. He really wanted to touch Daehyun’s lips just to see how soft they really were. Though, as he tried to think of such things, something kept tugging him away from his thoughts. Actually, it was slowly starting to become uncomfortable..

Young Jae’s eyes widened as he finally realized that something down there was having a mind of its own. His eyes darted around before finally, his mind quickly thought of his messenger bag that he had on him. Pulling his messenger bag off of the chair, he quickly placed it on his lip before looking up at a slightly confused Daehyun. “Something wrong?” (DH)

“N-No! Nothing at all!” (YJ) Young Jae chuckled nervously as he quickly went back to eating his ice cream, his eyes avoiding Daehyun as much as possible. If Young Jae was like this with just his imagination, how was he going to be when they actually did kiss?! He really didn’t want to think about it, but he knew that he was going to have to prepare himself sooner or later.

That day, was it Wednesday or Thursday? He couldn’t remember, but it was still one of his happiest... and embarrassing days he’s had yet. After they had ice cream, they parted ways, but Young Jae wasn’t alone for long. Himchan and Sooyoung had caught up with him and much to his dismay, the two for his little.. incident. Luckily, they didn’t for all that long.

It was Friday now, which means that Saturday’s tomorrow. What was important about Saturday? Well... that was the big date. Their very first one. Would things go well? Would everything go as planned? Young Jae had these questions, and many more, floating around in his head. No answers seemed to come into play, so it only seemed to help frustrate Young Jae just a bit more than usual.

Young Jae let out a small sigh as his eyes drifted up towards the clock on the wall. Just a few more minutes left until class was released. That meant that he was just that much closer to his date tomorrow. Which then meant that he would see Daehyun yet again. Maybe.. he should tell him the truth and just come clean. He felt bad as it was lying to him, but if Daehyun ended up falling for ‘Hana’, then.. it would crush his heart if he ended up crushing Daehyun’s. He would never stand a chance then.

What should he do?

Young Jae focused on his teacher as he heard his teacher finally tell them that he was releasing them for the day. Gathering his things, Young Jae got up from his seat as he slung his messenger bag over his shoulder.

Walking down the hallway, Young Jae sighed a bit as he rubbed the back of his head. If he told Daehyun the truth now, it would let him at least release the load on his shoulders as well as somehow manage to keep his relationship with Daehyun... whatever that was at the moment.

Just as he adjusted the strap of his bag, a body soon collided with his, causing both of them to have to take a step or two back. “Ah.. Sorry.” (YJ)

“It’s you!” (EJ) Young Jae’s eyes widened as he made eye contact with Eunji. Did she find out? Was it that obvious? Though, he relaxed a bit as he saw the saddened look on Eunji’s face. “Can I.. ask you for advice? I mean.. I know that we haven’t known each other for that long, but you seem like someone I can turn to for advice! Please?” (EJ)

She didn’t even wait for Young Jae’s response as she took a hold of Young Jae’s arm and began tugging him away. Once they were off to the side and away from the public eye, Young Jae turned and looked up at Young Jae. “You’re close to Daehyun! Can you talk to him please? Tell him to.. to give me another chance or something!” (EJ)

“I..” (YJ) Young Jae didn’t know what to do. He felt guilty that Daehyun had broken up with Eunji, but it’s not like he told Daehyun to break up with her. In fact, it was Daehyun’s own decision to break up with her. Young Jae couldn’t just go around telling Daehyun what to do. With a small sigh, Young Jae shook his head a bit. “I think that.. you should just move on. I-I mean, Daehyun breaks up with every single girl he dates! I don’t think he’s good for you..” (YJ)

Furrowing her eyebrows, she took a step forward as she clenched her hands into fists. She would have wanted to hit Young Jae simply because he was not helping her get back with Daehyun, but... if what he said was true, then maybe she should listen. Letting out a small sigh, Eunji relaxed as she stepped back. “I don’t want to give up yet, but.. I’ll take your words into consideration. Thank you.. for now.” (EJ)

With a small wave, Eunji walked away. Young Jae sighed before he began walking. Young Jae really did feel bad, but.. if Eunji could move on, then maybe he could feel less guilty. He already had enough guilt that he wasn’t telling Daehyun the truth. He didn’t need additional guilt for causing a break up.

Stepping out of the building, Young Jae looked around before his eyes landed on a particular tree that stood on a hill. With a small smile, Young Jae quietly made his way over to the tree before sitting down underneath and leaning back against it. With a sigh, Young Jae took his messenger bag off before placing it down on his lap. With a small smile, Young Jae closed his eyes as he leaned his head back against it. Just a small nap wouldn’t hurt anybody, right?

However, off a small distance away, an unsuspecting Young Jae was about to receive a visitor.

Just as he just so happened to examine his surroundings, his eyes quickly double checked a certain area before a grin spread on his face. Adjusting the strap of his backpack, Daehyun quietly made his way over to that person. Crouching down low, he snuck in as quietly as possible before stopping just mere inches away from Young Jae.

Daehyun was trying hard not to laugh as he plucked a single blade of grass. Raising the piece of grass up to Young Jae’s face, he tickled Young Jae’s nose a bit with the tip of it. He quickly moved his hand away when Young Jae raised his own hand to swat at whatever was touching his face. When it seemed like Young Jae had gone back to his previous position, Daehyun repeated his actions.

This went on for another five or six times before Young Jae finally sat up and shook his head furiously, swatting at the area around his head. Daehyun burst out laughing as he fell onto his bottom, holding his stomach as he continued laughing. Young Jae had jumped a bit the second he heard Daehyun’s laughter, his eyes widening as he watched him laugh. “D-Daehyun! Was that you the entire time?!” (YJ)

“I-I’m sorry! It was.. it was too hard to resist!” (DH) A minute, maybe even two minutes passed before Daehyun finally started to calm down. Young Jae had been a little mad at Daehyun at first, but seeing Daehyun so filled with laughter made Young Jae feel a little happy himself. As Daehyun wiped the tears that had nearly managed to escape his eyes, Young Jae gave Daehyun a light push as he leaned back against the tree.

“You’re so mean.. you’re lucky you’re cute.” (YJ) Young Jae froze as his eyes widened. Daehyun’s laughter had completely ceased as the two now stared at one another. Daehyun was about to say something, but Young Jae quickly intervened. “C-Cute as in your laughing is really... adorable like a child’s!” (YJ)

“Oh.. Well, that’s a good thing, right?” (DH) Daehyun chuckled as turned around and laid down on the grass. He looked up at the sky before looking over at Young Jae. Reaching up a bit, he tugged on Young Jae’s pants before patting the ground. “Lay down next to me! You can’t enjoy the clouds while sitting!” (DH)

Young Jae turned a bit red as he looked down at Daehyun. Daehyun’s smile was too much to bare from far away, so up close.. he just couldn’t say no. With a small nod, Young Jae slowly slid down until he was laying right next to Daehyun. Young Jae turned a slightly deeper shade of red as he felt Daehyun move closer to him. What should he do? Was... Daehyun hitting on him? No, that was impossible! Daehyun’s straight and besides, Daehyun was technically dating ‘Hana’. So maybe Daehyun was just naturally like this around all of his friends. “Look at that one! Looks like a rabbit.” (DH)

Young Jae looked up at the sky, specifically where Daehyun was currently pointing. He blinked a few times before a small smile came across his face. He was right! That cloud really did look like a rabbit. Sure, it was just a rabbit head, but... it was still really cute. “What’s your favorite animal, Young Jae?” (DH)

“Hm?” (YJ)

“Your favorite animal! What is it?” (DH) Young Jae turned his head to see that Daehyun was staring at him now. He quickly turned his head back towards the sky as he thought for a moment. What exactly was his favorite animal? None really seemed to pop up in his head at the moment and if they did, they didn’t really seem to stick out to him.

“I don’t know... What about you?” (YJ)

“I was going to say the animal that you said.” (DH) Young Jae looked back at Daehyun, whom chuckled a bit. Daehyun turned his head back towards the sky as he smiled a bit. Raising his hand up as much as possible with his palm facing the sky, his spread his fingers as he stared through the gaps in between each finger. “Do you remember when I told you about my little brother?” (DH)

“Mhm.” (YJ)

“Oh? I though I hadn’t mentioned him to you until now.” (DH) Young Jae’s eyes widened as he looked over at Daehyun. The two made eye contact once again, but this time.. it seemed like Daehyun’s gaze was a bit colder.. almost conflicted. “Did I really tell you about him?” (DH)

What was he supposed to say? Young Jae didn’t know how to respond! Now that he thought about it, Daehyun had only really spoken to him when he had dressed up as Hana. There was no way that Young Jae would know information about Daehyun’s little brother! Young Jae quickly shook his head before turning his gaze back towards the sky. “N-No.. You didn’t tell me about him. I.. I just said yes because I was caught up staring at the clouds.” (YJ)

“... I see..” (DH) Daehyun lowered his arm back down as he looked back up at the sky. Daehyun stared blankly for a brief moment before pushing himself up into a sitting position. Turning a bit, he looked down at Young Jae, whom looked back at him. “The one thing I dislike a lot... are liars.” (DH)

Young Jae’s eyes widened as the feeling of being caught red handed crept up into him. However, Daehyun quickly grinned as he gave Young Jae’s arm a quick pat. “What’s with such a scary expression? Lighten up! It’s not like you were lying to me or anything!” (DH)

“Y-Yea..” (YJ) Young Jae to his side, his back facing Daehyun as he tried to think. What was he supposed to do? If Daehyun really didn’t like liars.. then.. that meant that he couldn’t tell him the truth now. He was already far too deep into this! The second he showed up in front of Daehyun dressed up as Hana, it was game over! If the truth came out now, then Daehyun would never ever like him!

His thoughts were quickly interrupted as he felt a light slap on his bottom. He quickly pushed himself up, looking at Daehyun with wide eyes as he watched the older male laughing a bit. “Come on Young Jae! Lighten up! Come on, let’s go get something to eat. I’m hungry..” (DH)

“W-Wait!” (YJ) Daehyun had just barely any time to push himself to his feet when Young Jae spoke. Relaxing back into his seat, he looked at Young Jae, smiling a bit as he waited for Young Jae to say what was on his mind. Young Jae bit his bottom lip as he looked towards the ground, trying to find the right words to say. Once his sentence formed, he looked back up at Daehyun with a bit more confidence. “If.. say that liar were to confess their crimes, would... you forgive them?” (YJ)

Daehyun thought for a moment as he scratched the side of his head. Young Jae didn’t like that Daehyun had to think about his answer. He had assumed that it would be at the top of his head, but apparently not. However, he did perk up when Daehyun began speaking. “I don’t really know. Guess we’d have to wait to see, right?” (DH)

Daehyun let out a small chuckle as he playfully elbowed Young Jae’s arm. Young Jae could feel all that built up hope just completely come falling down. There was no hope, there just wasn’t any! Young Jae didn’t want to have to do a guess and check! “Need a hand?” (DH)

Young Jae looked up at Daehyun, whom was smiling and holding his hand out. Young Jae weakly smiled as he took a hold of Daehyun’s hand and was soon pulled up onto his feet. Once they had their bags back over their shoulders, the two of them started walking. “So, Young Jae. Are you.. gay?” (DH)

He couldn’t help but feel the red creeping up onto his face as Young Jae turned his gaze towards the ground. Daehyun looked over at Young Jae and seeing his reaction and was about to apologize, when Young Jae finally built up the courage to confess. “I think I am. So far.. I’ve only liked one guy.” (YJ)

“Oh? Who’s this guy? Do I know him?” (DH) Young Jae didn’t see it, but there was a look of slight anticipation on Daehyun’s face. Young Jae thought for a moment, trying to figure out how to respond to that question. Once he had his answer, he smiled a bit as he nodded.

“Yea.. you know him. But... I can’t say anymore than that.” (YJ) Daehyun was a bit disappointed with that kind of answer, but he couldn’t help but smile as he placed his hands into his pocket.

“Ah... he must be a good man if he has your heart. Should I set you and him together?” (DH) Young Jae’s eyes widened as he looked at Daehyun. Wait. Why had he expected a different answer? Daehyun was dating ‘Hana’, so there was no way that Daehyun would have thought that it was himself that the two were talking about.

“N-No.. that’s alright.” (YJ)

“Really? I can set you two up easily.” (DH)

“Do you even know who I’m talking about?!” (YJ)

“Not a clue.” (DH) Daehyun chuckled as he looked at Young Jae. The fact that there was a look of disbelief on Young Jae’s face made Daehyun chuckle yet again before ruffling Young Jae’s hair. “It’s alright. You’ll tell me one day, right? Oh! Is it Yongguk?” (DH)

“N-No! It is definitely NOT him!” (YJ) Young Jae thought he saw a look of relief on Daehyun’s face, but he quickly dismissed it as nothing. Opening the door leading to the cafeteria, Daehyun stepped to the side and waited for Young Jae to enter before following after him. As they walked down the hallway, Young Jae looked downwards yet again. “What about you..? Are you.. gay?” (YJ)

“Me? Hm..” (DH) Before Daehyun could answer that, a familiar and yet annoying person showed up once again with that same, cocky smirk. Young Jae wished that he could wipe that smirk off of his face, but he knew he would only get beaten up if he tried.

“So.. you were with him the entire time.” (BY)

“Yea, I was. Is that a problem?” (DH) Yongguk shook his head as his gaze turned to Young Jae. Young Jae shivered a bit as he took a step closer to Daehyun. That leer and that never disappearing smirk just always seemed to send chills throughout Young Jae’s body. He wished that Yongguk would just leave him alone, but as long as he had a crush on Daehyun.. Young Jae didn’t see that happening. “We were about to go have some lunch. Do you wanna tag along?” (DH)

Yongguk looked back over at Daehyun before nodding a bit. “Sure, why not? Haven’t eaten yet anyway.” (BY)

As he said this, his eyes transferred back to Young Jae. Young Jae wanted to run. He wanted to scream and flee in terror. He wanted to find the most safest place ever where Yongguk would never find him. However, the second Daehyun turned around to face him, it just felt as if all of his worries vanished. “Is that alright with you?” (DH)

“Y-Yea....” (YJ) Daehyun grinned as he gave Young Jae a sly wink. Young Jae instantly turned red as he looked down towards the grin, the three of them now walking towards the cafeteria. While Daehyun was in the lead, Yongguk leaned in close enough to Young Jae, making sure that only Young Jae heard what he said.

“You’re little friend made the situation much worse for you..” (BY) Little friend? Did he mean.. Himchan? Wait.. what did Himchan do? Young Jae bit his bottom lip as he turned and glared at Yongguk. “Go ahead.. get angry all you want. It only makes the much more.. enjoyable.” (BY)

Yongguk quietly chuckled as he reached up and lightly slid the tip of his index finger down Young Jae’s jawline. Young Jae quickly slapped Yongguk’s hand away before quickening his pace, making sure to stay as close to Daehyun as possible.

Once they reached the cafeteria, Daehyun looked around hungrily as he quickly went straight towards the line. Just as Young Jae started to follow him, Yongguk took a strong hold of Young Jae’s wrist as he began pulling him away. Young Jae looked at Yongguk’s hand before looking around frantically. What was happening?! Where were they going?! Was he going to get beaten up..? He didn’t want to get beaten up! “Let go of me!” (YJ)

No response. Despite his struggling to free himself, it only seemed futile with Yongguk’s grip. Would Daehyun noticed their disappearance? Would Daehyun be able to save him? His questions were cut short though as he found himself being pushed, landing roughly on top of a bed.

Young Jae pushed himself up, his eyes looking around frantically as he turned the second he heard the lock of a door. His eyes widened with fear as he crawled backwards the second he saw Yongguk slowly making his way towards the bed. His eyes looked down, watching as Yongguk slowly ed his shirt, starting at the top. “I warned you, didn’t I? I would make you my ing if you came too close to him. Yet, you ignored my warnings.” (BY)

Young Jae bumped into the corner behind him. Despite this, he huddled into the corner as much as possible, putting his messenger bag in front of him as his last resort. How had they gotten to the dorms so quickly anyway?! No, that shouldn’t even be in his thoughts at that very moment! Looking around, he tried to think of how to escape. There had to be a way to escape, right? RIGHT?!

A chuckle brought him back to reality as his eyes widened even more. He couldn’t help but stare at Yongguk’s bare abdomen, his eyes moving southward as he watched Yongguk starting to undo his pants. No! This CAN’T be happening! There was no way, right? This was.. just a nightmare! He had fallen asleep underneath the tree! Yea, that had to be it!

Yet, once those pants came off and Yongguk’s knee came onto the bed, it became very clear that this was no nightmare that he could just wake up from. No. He wasn’t going to let it go Yongguk’s way. As Yongguk crawled closer and closer to him, Young Jae furrowed his eyebrows as he quickly got to his feet and swung his foot forward, catching Yongguk entirely across his face.

While Yongguk was distracted with his now bleeding nose, Young Jae began to move. Walking against the wall, Young Jae was almost off of the bed when a hand took firm hold of his ankle and tugged, causing him to fall.

Falling off of the bed, he quickly shut his eyes as he raised his arms, colliding into the floor. Young Jae groaned a bit as he attempted to push himself up, but a body soon pressed hard against his as a hand roughly grabbed his hair and pulled his head backwards. Young Jae let out a groan of pain as he reached up, trying to get Yongguk to let go of him. “ing.. bastard!” (BY)

Yongguk pulled harder, eliciting a cry from Young Jae as he felt tears starting to form in his eyes. He had to think fast, but he found it too difficult to do so with the pain that he was feeling. His eyes widened as he felt a hand slipping around his waist, trying to undo his pants. Young Jae wiggled, moving one of his hands to try and fight Yongguk.

When it seemed like Young Jae was finally winning a part of the struggle, Yongguk brought Young Jae’s head down roughly, hitting Young Jae’s head twice against the floor. Young Jae’s grip on Yongguk’s hands instantly weakened as he quickly found it difficult to keep struggling. With a smirk, Yongguk picked Young Jae up as he roughly threw the younger male back onto his bed.

Young Jae shook his head weakly as he felt Yongguk’s body on top of his. Despite his weak protests and shoving, Yongguk was now making progress with stripping Young Jae’s clothes. Tears began falling down his face as he felt Yongguk slowly removing his pants.

Just as all hope seemed lost, he heard a faint shout. Young Jae couldn’t focus and everything seemed distant to him now, but the last thing he saw and heard was Daehyun’s worried face and voice.
