Third Fest!

This is secretseven, and MissTangerine has invited me back as one of the Co-Authors of the fest. In celebration of my return and the third year of our very fruitless hashtag petition #topdaraselcajuseyo, I want to spearhead the next fest and by spearhead, I mean just kick things into gear. The difference in this newest fest the theme is already decided and it's below here somewhere. Some reformulation and reiteration of rules may be in order though.
The third fest will still be in flash fiction form, but I think we struggled with the word count. In the hopes of giving the writers more work space, I'm raising word count cap to 2,000. The minimum is still 1,000. Writers and artists are REQUIRED to give prompts. The writers and artists are REQUIRED to give comments. The deadlines:
Prompts: July 12
Prompt Claims: July 13-31
Stories Submissions: July 13-31
Stories Publication: August 1st (one per day)
