“What?” Dara couldn’t believe what she heard.

“I don’t know, people have been tweeting me since a while ago about what I think about your new couple.” Thunder teased, making his sister’s cheeks pink.

“Nothing’s going on with me and Chanyeol!” Dara defended, exaggeratingly.

“Are you sure, noona?” He asked.

“Of course, he’s a—a—a dongsaeng!” She explained.

“You aren’t sure, are you?”

“O-of course I am! Why wouldn’t I be?” She flustered.

“Nae?” She asked chirpily.

“I think Chanyeol’s a good guy.” He smiled widely.

He moved his head closer to hers, to her ear whispering, “Is he courting you?”

“Aniyo!” She accidentally said in a loud voice.

“I- I mean, why would he anyway? He doesn’t like me tha— I— I’m already old, Aigoo.” Dara fanned her face, what was happening to her right now? Getting all flustered with the thought of Chanyeol courting her. It was too good to be true anyway.

“Noona, it could be our little secret, I wouldn’t tell omma.” Cheondoong smirked, lifting his hand up and showing his palm, showing he was promising.

Dara took a pillow from the couch, throwing it towards his face.

He laughed heartily, although teasing her sister have been joy to him; he wasn’t really kidding about what he said. Although Cheondoong knows that losing one of the most favored people in his sister’s life was really heartbreaking for her, but the thought that she could easily smile now made him think that Chanyeol is someone really dear to his sister, knowing the impact the guy had made to her life.

Cheondoong has met Chanyeol for a couple of times, and he could sense the sincerity in the boy’s actions. He didn’t want to think ahead, giving malice to their friendship, but was it too much to hope for anything that could make his sister happy? No matter what or could bring that smile on her face.

It was a week before MBLAQ’s comeback when Dara had just been lazily lying on her bed; everyone in the house had gone off someplace, leaving her all alone.
