Lunch break finally came around and all the graduating students gathered in the audotorium to practice before their graduation the next day.

Yumi made her way in and sat in the corner far from everyone. She could see Jimin with V and Jungkook near the front standing with Lee Chaerin, one of the prettiest girls in school.

With her tiny petite body,dark brown hair, and pretty pale skin. Chaerin was the ideal girl all the boys wanted to have and all the girls wanted to be. Yumi couldn't help but envy the way Jimin smiled around her.

Maybe it was better if he didn't know Yumi liked him.

"Yumi-ah? Can I sit next to you?"

Yumi looked up to see Rih Yubin standing in front of her. Yubin was known to the school as the ice princess but Yumi had no idea why because she was always nice to her whenever they talked. "Yeah sure," Yumi replied and Yubin smiled sweetly before sitting down. Again Yumi wondered why people called her the ice princess.

"Are you excited we finally get to graduate and start high school?" Yubin asked to start small talk with Yumi. Truth be told, Yubin had always been comfortable around Yumi. Unlike most girls, Yubin could tell that Yumi was a genuine person. "Yeah kind of," Yumi replied back shyly.

Yubin only smiled at her gently before facing the front again. She could tell Yumi wasn't the talkative type but that was fine with her. She preferred to be around girls like her anyway.

"Hey Chubbs why don't you move to the back so people behind you can see?" V once again couldn't pass up the oppurtunity to tease Yumi.

Yumi's heart clenched in pain but she kept her face blank as she stared at the floor. She knew Jimin was standing near by and she didn't want him to see her break down. With that thought in mind she slowly moved to follow V's advice.

But before she could stand up, Yumi felt someone grab her wrist and hold her down. "Why don't you just run along now and leave us alone," Yubin's voice was cold and the look in her eyes could set someone on fire.

Now Yumi understood where her nickname came from.

"I believe he was talking to Yumi only. So you should stay out of it," Jungkook matched her cold tone. "Maybe you should follow your own advice," Yubin countered.

"Yubin-ah its okay, I'll just move. Its no big deal," Yumi tried to reason but it only caused Yubin to turn toward her with a cold glare.

The look on Yumi's face though caused Yubin to soften. Obviously Yumi didn't want to attract any attention towards her, but it felt wrong to Yubin to watch the one girl she could actually stand to be near get pushed around.

Yubin sighed before pulling Yumi up with her. "We're moving because we want to," Yubin stated before pulling Yumi further back to the last row to sit down.

Yumi was shocked at what just happened but she couldn't help but to feel happy too. "Thank you," she whispered to Yubin who sat with her arms crossed next to her, looking absolutely ticked off. "You don't have to thank me Yumi-ah. Thats what friends are for," Yubin turned and smiled at Yumi before linking their arms together.

Yumi couldn't help but smile brightly. She mostly kept to herself so she didn't have many friends, so she couldn't help but feel ecstatic.

After the practice run was over the two girls headed over to the lunch room to grab something to eat before class started.

"So what do you plan on doing this summer?" Yubin asked Yumi. The two girls were still linked by their arms comfortably exchanging details and information about each other.

"Nothing really. Probably help out at my aunts cafe," Yumi replied with a pout. She could already picture her boring summer ahead. "Ah jinja? Do you think she'll need any more help?" Yubin asked with excitment.

Yumi knew where she was headed and started to feel excited as well. "I think so but I'll ask her today when you can start," the two girls couldn't help but squeal in excitment at their turn of events.

"Look V-ah...pigs," Yumi turned around to face Jungkook with Jimin and V right behind him. V had a smirk on his face while Jimin paid no mind to what was happening as he texted away on his phone.

Yumi turned back around to see Yubin's reaction but was shocked to see her only smiling happily. "Come on Yumi-ah. Lets go get us some food before the dogs in this school eat it all."

With that said Yumi and Yubin started to walk away from the three shocked boys. No girl or anyone for that matter, spoke to or about them in that way.

Before they could get far though Yumi turned back around,"Jimin-ah, did you eat already?" Yumi couldn't help but ask. It was already like a habit for her to care and worry about him.

Jimin smirked before nodding,"neh. But you know I am kind of thirsty."

He waited for Yumi to take the bait, which she did. "What do you want to drink?"

"Surprise me," Jimin replied with a sweet smile that was meant to be viewed by his friends as fake.

Yumi nodded before walking off with Yubin.

The boys then went to their usual spot in one of the empty classrooms nearby to chill before class started.

"Why do you treat him that way?" Yubin had heard the rumors people spread about Yumi being obsessed with Jimin but she didn't believe it. Still she couldn't understand why the girl was so nice to him.

Yumi sighed before answering,"I know you probably think I'm obsessed but I just really care about him." She tried to explain.

To her surprise Yubin only chuckled," I don't think your obsessed at all. I think your really one of the sweetest girls I know. If I were you I would have given up a long time ago."

Yumi couldn't help but smile and feel appreciated for her efforts, even though it wasn't coming from the person she wanted to hear it the most from.

After the girls got their lunch, they went and found a table to sit down at. Yumi though, only sat her tray down before telling Yubin she would be back after she brought Jimin his drink.

As she made her way down the hall towards the classroom she knew they would be at she stopped in her tracks as she heard familiar voices.

"Whats taking Chubbs so long with your drink? I'm thirsty," Yumi heard V exclaim. "You should tell her not to buy chocolate muffins anymore but something different. You would think that after 3 years of liking you she would know you don't eat chocolate."

"Good thing we have you to eat everything," Jimin laughed as he teased his friend.

"Its a wonder your not fat like her," Jungkook added on. "Isn't it funny how she keeps trying to win your heart though Jimin-ah? As if you'll ever actually like her." V laughed outloud.

"Who knows, maybe if she drops to 43 kilograms I will," Jimin stated in a serious tone as he shrugged.

With that said Yumi turned around and dashed down the hallway.

She finally realized what she had to do about her one-sided love.
