CHAPTER 25

“Lady Sooyeon?” Jaehee draw closer as the woman slowly fell on the ground with her gun releasing the arm that was holding the still trembling Leeteuk.

“Leeteuk!” Kangin withdrew from his position and immediately hugged her. “Thank god your safe darling.” He whispered and settled the woman inside his embrace who cried in his arms because of fear.

“She’s dead.” Kyuhyun announced gaining back their senses.

“Sooyeon-ah.” Jaehee took the cold body on her arms shocking them when she cried. “I’m sorry darling, I’m sorry for letting them to do this. I knew how much you suffered because of me. How much you have hurt and hated men especially me.” She sobbed. “I didn’t really cheat behind your back. I love you as much as I love my life and you don’t know how much it hurts me when I did that. But fate really is playing with us my love. I tried to stop you but you didn’t listen to me. I hope in your next life, you’ll find yourselves back again. Back to the woman I had and will always love.” Jaehee said as she kissed those cold hands. Then a light suddenly distracted them. “Rest now, dear. I love you.” The new transformed man kissed her forehead before the body disappeared.

“Wha.. What—“ Leeteuk gaped with the scene. So all this while, Jaehee is the husband of Sooyeon? How come they didn’t knew that.

“Surprise?” The man grinned at them but you could see the grieving in his still wet eyes. “Actually, my real name is Jonghoon.”

“Jonghoon..” Kyuhyun asked raising his eyebrow.

“Yes. Kim Jonghoon, a wealthy man who had disappeared after being caught cheating to his wife.” That Jonghoon man laughed bitterly. “I never thought that this dilemma will end in this tragic way.”

“I’m sorry..” Leeteuk muttered staring at the stunning man.

“No need to say sorry. I should be the one to say sorry in behalf of my wife.” Jonghoon bowed at them. “Don’t you think ours have the same story? Sooyeon thought that I cheated when I only thought of her since the media is already threatening her life without her knowing. Then she changed herself and started her revenge with other people.”

“How did you know...” Kangin looked at him in disbelief.

“The moment I went to find your girls, I already gathered information. Why do you think I need to help you out again when I knew exactly what you feel right now?” Jonghoon explained. “I don’t want you to take this revenge thing too far that may cause you to be blinded like what happened to Sooyeon.” He continued.
