The 20th
Description
"Do you believe on fate that never change?"
"Fate that never change? Fate changes on every decision you made"
"I know. But, despite on everything I have done... I never knew I met the same person in the end"
"What are you talking about?"
"You know well who I am talking about. That person..."
"You mean..."
"The fate for us, it was the same. I found out that person is still alive"
"How can I believe you?"
"I swear, that person is still alive. And I'll bring that person to you"
"You liar! Get out!"
She opened her eyes as she slowly sat on her bed. She looked to the reflection on the mirror next to her. She saw an IV bag and a small hose connected to her hand. She was confused on what happened to her. She looked around her room, she realized she was in her room. Weird, why an IV bag and EKG machines are inside her room?
The door suddenly opened. She looked weirdly to that person.
"Don't worry, Madam..." he smiled. "I'm a doctor"
"What happened to me?"
"You're just waking up for your coma" the doctor answered as he checked on her condition. "You're not sleeping to long if you want to know, Madam"
"However" he got up and reached something for his pocket. "There was a man who kept visiting you these few days. I'm sure you know him. And, he left you a message"
The woman took the envelope from the doctor as she started to read the letter.
Last Will and Testament
Looking from the title, she gasped and immidiately close the letter, refusing to read the rest. Why did someone sent this will to her? Her hand ran to her chest, holding on it tightly. She took some deep breaths, ignoring the worried face of her doctor.
"Doctor" she called. "I want to go"
"But, Madam, we have to wait" the doctor answered. "Your condition is not ready to go"
"Please, Doctor" she begged. "There's something I need to do. I need to go to that place"
The doctor sighed. "Alright, I'll drive you" he said. "To where, exactly?"
"This address" she showed the letter to the doctor. "The sender of this letter was sent from that house. I need to go there"
"House number 20, in Nowon?" the doctor asked in confusion. "Madam, there's a lot of house with that number in Nowon"
"I know exactly the place" she said. "Please, Doctor. I need to go there"
She was anxious to go to that house. She found something, a lost piece of her life's puzzle.
But she didn't knew what happened. The neighborhood that she never visited for years, the house that she knew, everything... they are no longer the same.
