Description
When you honeslty think that your life can ever be more exciting then it already is, everything changes for you. With your last year of highschool, you just can't wait for all your classes to be done so you can sleep late and be lazy. However, what you didn't think would happen, did. With large amounts of happiness, saddness, love, betrayal, your life will be changed completely, will it be for the best or the worst? Will you make the most of it, or will you let it ruin your life? It all depeneds on you.

"Erica, it’s time to wake up!”
It was the first day of school after a nice, long summer vacation and I was reluctant to get out of my bed. I groaned as I rolled over onto my stomach to place a pillow on my head, both to smother the alarm clock blaring on my headboard, and my mom’s voice coming up the stairs. I didn’t realize my mom came in until she sat on my bed and started shaking me harshly.
“Yah!” I screamed as I threw the plush pillow off my head and sat up abruptly. “I’m awake now, jeez.”
My mom laughed and went to open my curtains, allowing the September sun to light up messy room. I groaned and arose from the bed, trying to flatten my messy red hair as I left the room to get to the bathroom. I went through my morning routine of showering and dressing in a pair of skin tight blue jeans and a tight green top. I shoved my three notebooks and some random pens and pencils into my bag before scrambling down the stairs, still half asleep.
Once I reached the kitchen I plopped down onto a chair, throwing my backpack on the floor beside me. I huffed, my bangs flying up off my forehead for a few seconds, pouring a large bowl of fruit loops.
“Excited for your last year of school?” My mom asked brightly. She was at the counter happily packing the last bit of my lunch. “I’d rather go back to sleep,” I replied duly, shoving another spoonful of cereal into my mouth. “Don’t be like that Eri, it’s a new year and I’m sure there will be tons of new people to meet!” Mom was too happy in the morning for a normal person, but I just grunted in reply. Mom had always been like that- all happy and bright, even after dad passed away. I always asked her why she was so happy but she always just smiled bigger and said she had no choice. The woman needed to be committed, or she was on some serious happy pills.
As my thoughts went back to the thought of going back to school, I reminisced about what I had done all summer. I had spent a majority of my time out with friends, staying up till the wee hours of the morning and waking up in the afternoon; school just wasn’t something I would be looking forward to. Now that I think about it, my mom would probably be more than happy to go in my place, but I don’t think she could pass as me. I swallowed the bit of milk that was left in the bowl before rising from my chair. My mom happily handed me my lunch box for me to put in my bag, the only thought I had though wasn’t on the delicious smelling food from my lunch box, it was how warm my bed was.
I reached the door and slipped on my red converse and my extra-large black sweater, turning to my mom to say goodbye. As I left the house and started walking to the bus stop, my warm bed was still on my mind, not the surprises that were in store for me in this coming school year.

I didn't think I would actually do it, but i guess I did .-. Do you think it's okay? I did my best D: Took me a good hour to get the character profiles done :/
