------------POV 3 YEARS AGO-------------

Sungmin breathe in deeply before slowly opening his eyes. Morning has come again and he has to leave. It was a silent promise he made
last night before he did it with Kyuhyun. They can't be friends anymore and he has no more reason to stay with Kyuhyun. What happened
last night is only for that night. He will plan his future without Kyuhyun well. He will finish
his college and work hard to be a musician, he will make his name in the music scene and forget everything that happened last night.
That's the sort of plan he had in his mind. When he meet Kyuhyun decades after that, they will act like nothing happened and that they
will separate ways after sharing a cup of tea. Tears almost came up to him early that morning. Just thinking of not seeing Kyuhyun already gives
him this much pain, how much more will he take after this? A pain both physically and
emotionally shot into him. He's still sore and his heart as well. He'll kill this feeling like what he told himself. He'll take his
leave now. He widened his eyes when he felt a light kiss on his cheek.

He finally realise that Kyuhyun is still close to him and is holding him tightly. This is Kyuhyun, the person who can never sleep without
Sungmin beside him. Nightmares hunt him whenever the other is not by his side. Kyuhyun has awaken the moment the other breathe in deeply.
Sungmin refused to look at him. He sighed and swallowed before speaking. "We can't be friends anymore, can we?" he asked. A soft hmm
was the answer he gets. He nodded and looked down before moving trying to sway Kyuhyun away. "I better get going." he said as he was
about to stand up. The talk will end there just like their friendship... just like everything. He needs to sound casual so that
Kyuhyun won't feel sorry or guilty or anything.

"See you after class..." a soft whisper made him look at Kyuhyun. The latter moved a little to let Sungmin move and closed his eyes
and pretended to sleep making the other unable to sit up even if he's free to move. Sungmin's eyebrows crossed for a while.

What is he talking about? He has no plans of seeing Kyuhyun anymore. His eyes big and asking a lot of questions. Kyuhyun opened his
eyes and looked at him. His stare is meaningful and has a lot to say. He let the other turned to him and placed his arm around
Sungmin and kissed him in the forehead.

He traced the shape of Sungmin's eyes and down to his nose and then his slightly pouted lips. He likes Sungmin's lips, they are so
shapy and soft and has the amount of sweetness he likes. His index landed on one of his cheeks. He likes Sungmin's cheeks too. They're
soft and squishy and smooth. He met the other's eyes and read through it. This is Sungmin. The only star that will fit his big world.
The star that outshines the others.

"You're not planning of not coming back, are you?" Kyuhyun asked. Sungmin didn't answer, his eyes still full of questions.
Kyuhyun planted another kiss on his forehead and slightly bumped his nose to Sungmin's nose before kissing it. He used his thumb to
trace the other's lips and planted a kiss on his chin before lying on Sungmin's chest. He rested his palm in the middle of Sungmin's
chest and felt his heartbeat. This heart beats for him. He knows it now. They've acknowledged it last night and it led to what they've
shared last night too. Just like the gift that he gave on Sungmin's birthday, they became one. He planted a kiss on the center of his
chest where he can feel the beat of heart.

"Kyuhyun, we can't be-"

"We won't be..."

"But-"

"I want you here with me."

Sungmin's eyes slightly widened with what he heard. Kyuhyun...wanted him there. His mouth slowly agaped and tears came up to his
eyes. What about Ryeowook? He couldn't even dare to ask. He's afraid he won't get an answer that wants to hear. But Kyuhyun wants
him here. What else could matter? It doesn't matter if Kyuhyun wants to take care of Ryeowook. It doesn't matter if Kyuhyun likes
Ryeowook more. It doesn't matter if he's not the first choice. Nothing matters except Kyuhyun wanting him there. He lifted his body
up and wrapped his arms around the other. The tears that disappeared earlier when he wake up came up again. He held Kyuhyun tightly.
He won't say anything anymore. He wouldn't even ask for more. Kyuhyun wants him here. That's all that matters to him.

Kyuhyun buried his face at the crook of Sungmin's neck. He likes the scent of the other; it's a mixture of Sungmin's scent and his own
scent from last night. Things will be fine because Sungmin is here. They both have Ryeowook in their minds but they won't speak of him
now. At least not right now.

"Quickly shower, you wouldn't want to be late for school." Sungmin nodded and kissed Kyuhyun's cheek before standing up. He bit his
lower lip as he blushed like a teenager.

Message: [Hyukkie, I'm on sick leave today. Got a bad tummy.]

Hyukjae re-read the message as he watches Sungmin and Kyuhyun walking out of the former's place. He sighed and shook his head. What a
fool you are, Lee Hyukjae! You really fall for that trick again? He drove here quickly when he read the message this morning. He
thought Sungmin might need a lift to the hospital or something but look at his dear friend healthily walking side by side with
Kyuhyun on the street. What a fool you are, Lee Hyukjae!

He sighed deeply and closed his eyes as he rested his head on the headrest a little too violently. He wished he won't be too stupid
to always believe that Sungmin might need him. Why is he so stupid? Why can't he kill this feeling? It has always been here and for
a long time it has been ignored. Why can't he just let it go?

"You know I don't mind you dating someone else." Hyukjae said as he watched the two. Sungmin clinging on Kyuhyun's arm and is
smiling widely. "Why does it have to be him?" He looked down. He can't even say whether Kyuhyun is being sincere or just being a
rotten bastard that he really is.

He sighed heavily. Kyuhyun and him are no longer friends for one reason. That is Sungmin. But of course there is a story behind every
past. He likes Sungmin and he hates Kyuhyun because Sungmin chose him... but that's not just the reason why he end ties with the
other. He's a good sport who knows how to accept defeat... but that past... those words...

He sighed for who knows how many times before straightening up and stepping on the gas of his car. He'll work his off today. He'll
ignore this. He'll pretend none of his stupidity happened. That's what he's good at.

He parked his car and immediately opened the door to the office and continuously walk.

"Oh, Hyukjae sshi..." one of the assistants called.

"I'll stay in the recording room for the whole day. Don't disturb me. No phone calls. No meetings. No nothings." he said as he took off
his coat and continuously walk until he reach the recording room.

"If Sungmin sshi calls?"

He stopped from walking and looked at the man beside him. Will Sungmin call? Who are you fooling? "He's on sick leave. He won't call."

He shut the door, locked it and placed the headphones as he took in the guitar and looked at the blank music sheet. He hates his feelings
right now. He hates everything today and he just don't know why. No. Of course he knows why. He feels it once in a while. Every good
guy gets fed up too. And every good guy feels jealous towards the bad guys too. He closed his eyes tightly and saw the image of
Sungmin and Kyuhyun walking together side by side.

He shook his head. It's not like Sungmin asked Hyukjae to like him. It was his choice to look only at him. He could have gotten a
better person. He could have chosen between the people wanting to be with him. But he just can't. There's only Sungmin in his eyes,
in his heart. It's his own fault.

His heart aches for the same reason and yet he cannot push Sungmin away from him. Why is he stupid? His eyes spotted a corner and
memories of the young and innocent Ming came up to him. His bright smile and his big eyes, his high pitched laughter and his childish
pout all appear before him. I can still kill this. He heard Sungmin's voice behind in his head. Where has innocent Ming gone to?
Sungmin killing his feeling for Kyuhyun is like asking him to kill his very own self. He has love Kyuhyun for more than 15 years...
does he really think killing that feeling is easy? Hyukjae has been keeping this feelings for 3 years and yet it's hard to kill it
what more a bond that has been existing for 15 years? He could just wish Sungmin will hit his head and forget everything about him
and Kyuhyun...but even that would be a selfish wish for Hyukjae.

He placed the guitar down and read the words that he has written in the music sheets. Crap. He hates it. He hates admitting it. He hates
knowing clearly about it. He threw it on the floor and left the recording room. The papers lie on the ground. Hyukjae's mistake
lies on the ground, too obvious for anyone who will read it. It's his own fault. He can't stop his heart to beat for Sungmin.

Sungmin and Kyuhyun were talking to an agent and are walking around a spacious fully furnished apartment. It is spacious and black
and white. The tiles are obviously clean, the kitchen is complete with oven and electric stove with expensive looking utensils. The
receiving area has a white fur carpet and is sofa is L-shape and made out of a fine leather, the place is newly renovated. It is beyond
a decent house. Sungmin pouted.

"Isn't this too big for us?" he asked. Kyuhyun looked around and nodded.

"It is." he turned to the agent. "Do you have another place to show us?" he turned to Sungmin and smiled shortly. Why doesn't Sungmin
like this? It's spacious and new and clean and any person would want to live in? Why doesn't Sungmin like this?

"We don't mind if its not furnished. As long as it is clean and not that old." Sungmin said. He turned to Kyuhyun with a straight
smile. He doesn't like a house that is too spacious. There will only be him and Kyuhyun, why should the house be so big? He wants a
small decent house where they can always be close to each other.

The agent nodded and did some calls. He smiled at the two and lead them to another place.

The place is a lot compact than the latter. It's like a big white box with a little extension for stove and sink and a little bit
bigger space for the bathroom. It's more like a very large room; a little bit old and lacking of a lot of things but it felt cozy and
warm.

"I like this. We can repaint it when we have free time." Sungmin said. Kyuhyun nodded. He doesn't understand why Sungmin preferred a
rather old looking house than the earlier one. It's not like they cannot afford that. He looked down and chuckled. Why does he even
care? As long as Sungmin is with him. He's fine even if they will live in a matchbox.

"The owner is in a rush to sell this place. She said if you two are ok with the terms, you can sign in the contract and start moving
in as soon as next week."

Sungmin smiled widely and turned to Kyuhyun. He extended his hand to the agent. "Give us the papers and we'll have it signed today."
