Leo’s POV

 

“What ?! You’re leaving tomorrow noon ?!” I shouted at the phone

“Please don’t tell Celine.” 

“Why not ?! Seriously, I hate your mom.”

“Me too but what can I do ? She is MY mom.”

“I don’t get you Yoseob. You love Celine but why arent you fighting for her ?”

“It’s not that easy. I know what my mom can do.”

“I don’t care what your mom can do ! Do you know because of you, my baby girl is having a mental break down ?!”

“I’m sorry…”

“Sorry cant fix this. Yoseob, think about it. Do you really want to leave Celin--”

 

“Leo ! *sobs* Where are you ?!”

 

I heard my baby girl shouted. I heard her footsteps coming nearer to my room. 

 

“I gotta go. Celine’s here.” I ended the call

 

“Who’s that ?” she said, sniffing

“Oh, that’s….” I cant lie to her. She‘ll know when I lie to her. “That’s Yoseob”

 

Her eyes widened when I mentioned his name. Her eyes were red. She must be crying right after she woke up.

 

“Sit here baby girl.” I said and patted on at my bed. She obeyed me sat down next to me.

“What did he say ?” she asked, breaking the weird atmosphere

“He’s leaving tomorrow noon. That’s all.”

“Nothing else ? Not even my name ?” I can see she’s trying very hard not to cry. It just hurts me seeing her like this

“Oh baby girl.” I pulled her into my embrace, signaling her that it’s okay to cry and she did.

 

She keep asking why is Yoseob leaving her. I cant answer her cause all I know is he got family issues. 

 

“Leo..” her voice cracked

“Yea ?”

“Let’s do something for Yoseobie before he leaves.”

“Are you sure ? You still wanna face him ?”

“Yea.” she looked up at me. Her angelic smile was hanging on her face. 

“Okay, let’s plan a farewell party for him. I’ll call Junhyung.”

 

Junhyung’s POV

 

“What ? A farewell party for Yoseob ?”

“Yea. My baby girl said she wants to do something for him before he leaves.”

“Are you sure she’s gonna be okay ?”

“I hope so.”

“Fine. What time is Yoseob leaving again ?”

“Tomorrow noon.”

“I’ll call my father to convince Yoseob’s mom to postpone the flight.”

“Nice idea. But are you sure your dad can do it ? Yoseob did say his mom is very stubborn.”

“Don’t worry. My dad is one of her important client. She’ll listen to him.”

 

I called dad and told him everything. I hope it works…

 

Yoseob’s POV

 

“I’m home.” I took of my shoes and went into hell

“Welcome back darling ! Care to join me for dinner ?” I heard that demon calling form the dining hall

“No. I’m going upstairs.”

“You cant hide there forever darling.” she stood in front of me and said

“Watch me.” I said and shoved her to a side and went to straight to my room

“I have good news for you.” she leaned her back at my room’s door frame

“By any chance a hammer hit you very hard and you turn to a real MOTHER ?” I hissed

“No.” she scoffed. “The flight have been postponed to the day after tomorrow morning.”

“I still hope a hammer will hit you.”

“Stop with the hammer joke.” she said and laughed sarcastically

“I’m not joking.” I took out a hammer under my bed and pointed at her

“Whatever. Do yourself a favor and go to school and informed them that you’re taking a leave. Wait, not a leave, say you’re quitting school.”

“Why ?!”

“There’s a high chance that you’re not coming back. Don’t forget about your engagement.” she said and showed me her cocky smirk

 

She turned and laughed evilly. I slammed the door and locked it. Crazy hag form hell, trying to locked me with another girl. That wont work cause Celine is irreplaceable.

 

I took out my uniform and laid it neatly on the chair.

 

“So tomorrow is the last day I’m wearing you huh ?” I said. “I must be crazy. I’m talking to my clothes.” 

 

I jumped onto my bed. Everything here is a hell. Even my bed felt like they are needle on it. I’m sleeping on needle-bed. I closed my eyes and let the pain take me to sleep.

 

--The Next Morning--

 

Yoseob’s POV

 

I put on my uniform and looked at myself in the mirror. Haha, look at me. I look like a panda with those heavy eye-bags. I walked downstairs. I’m going to face that demon again. Gah ! 

 

“Darling, do you want breakfast ?”

“No.” I answered coldly and walked to the door

“Why not ? Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.” 

“I never knew you’ll care for me.” I said and put on my shoes and went to the garage to get my bike

 

“Don’t forget to do what I told you yesterday !” she shouted from inside

 

I the engine and sped off to school. I cant bare to hear her annoying voice. I parked my bike and threw my helmet on to it. I walked to the staff room. I want to have a talk with the principle. I hope he’ll keep a seat for me until I return. After everything is done, I take a walk around school. I’m gonna miss this place. I’ll miss the seat next to Celine the most. All the time we spent together will not be forgotten. 

 

“Yoseob !” I heard someone shout. I turned my head and to my surprised, my beast friend Junhyung is standing in front of me

“H-H-Hyung ?! It’s been so long !” I launched myself towards him

“Yea, it’s been long but your shouting habit never change. You’re gonna kill my eardrums.”

“Aww…I’m gonna miss you complaining.” I said

“There’s something in the world call phone but you’re the one paying for my phone bill.” he said

“Hyung ! You’re so much richer than me and you still want to complain !”

“Yah ! You don’t need to shout !”

“Haha..anyway, you got something to say to me ?”

“Oh yea. Errmm..how to say ? The class planned a farewell party for you. Tonight at 8, my house.”

“I’ll be there !”

“Don’t shout !” he yelled and raised his fist

“Haha ! Hyung, I think you better go back to class or you’ll be late and I’ll be there watching you getting punished ! I really want to see your face !” I said and laughing madly
