The Only Light I See
Yuri closed her eyes for a minute to prevent herself not to cry. Ran away from the hospital, Yuri ended up in a beach. She bent down and slowly sat on the sand, staring blankly at the sea. Ironic. The pain in her heart was familiar, because she got hurt so many times. But, this one was the worst.
"Yuriiiiiii.." Tiffany ran towards her girlfriend
"yes, sugar?"
"i love you.." Tiffany whispered
"huh? I can't hear you.." Yuri teased
"I.LOVE.YOU.." Tiffany said louder, and Yuri chuckled
"i love you too, sugar.."
"Yul.."
"hmm?"
"thank you for always been here for me.."
"that's what i used to do, right?"
"Happy Birthday, My Super Cheesy yet Super Sweet Girlfriend, Yuriiiii!!!" Tiffany made a surprise party for the tanned girl
"wooaaah, thank you so much, baby.." Yuri said with sparkling eyes
"you like it?"
"i love it.." Yuri smiled wider
The memories came back to Yuri's mind, and Yuri cried for the umpteenth time. Bittersweet memory. Should she end this? But she didn't want to end it. However, she'd rather die than living a life without Tiffany by herside.
"i love you so much, Tiffany. I love you so much.." Yuri said continously under her breath
"she'll be back, unnie. Trust me.."
"i know, Yoong. But-"
"if she said she would be back, then she would be. I know her too well, unnie. She would never lie.." Yoona patted Tiffany's shoulder
Tiffany was in Yoona's house. She came to ask help from Yoona since the latter was Yuri's sister, so she thought perhaps Yoona knew where Yuri was. When the fact, Yoona knew nothing about Yuri leaving.
"i don't wanna blame you, Fany. But, you cause all these.." Sooyoung spoke up
"i know, Soo.."
"she let you stay in Sunny's place for a week without complain. So, now it's your turn to let her stay in whenever she wants.." Sooyoung commented
"you're right, but it's really hard.." Tiffany whined
"i believe it's hard for her too.."
"what should i do, then?" Tiffany said in frustration
"nothing, you can only wait for her.." Jessica said simply and Tiffany sighed
"that's Aster.." a voice startled Yuri, caused her to jump a little
"sorry, ma'am. I don't mean to enter your garden without permition. I was just passing by and found this.." Yuri bowed few times
"it's okay, dear.." the old woman walked towards Yuri and smelled the flower
"it's beautiful.." Yuri commented
"Aster, is a symbol of love, daintiness, and, trusting.."
"the meaning is so deep.." Yuri smiled bitterly
"you like this?"
"uhm, yes. It remains me of my girlfriend, because the colour is pink. She likes pink a lot.."
"you can take it, then give it to your lover if you want.."
"it's yours, you planted it and i shouldn't take it.." Yuri refused
"it's okay, you have my permit to take it.."
"is it really okay for you?" Yuri asked a bit hesitant
"yes, don't worry. I still have plenty of this in my backyard.." the old woman chuckled
"thank you so much, ma'am.." Yuri bowed
"you're always welcome, dear.." the old woman smiled
"Yoong!! Hurry up!!!" Jessica shouted from living room
"wait up, baby!!" Yoona shouted back from the kitchen
"Kyungsan can't wait!! He's crying even louder.."
"here!" Yoona handed her the bottle and she smiled, looking at Kyungsan drinking his milk in a cute manner
"don't cry anymore, cute boy. Your voice is so loud, you know?" Yoona pinched Kyungsan's cheeks playfully
"yah!! Don't pinch him, he might cry again later!" Jessica scolded
"he won't, baby. He loves it when i pinch his cheeks like this.."
"why you so sure?" Jessica raised her eyebrow
"you can try it if you want.."
"alright, just don't make him cry anymore.."
"got it, wifey.." Yoona pecked Jessica's lips
"they're so cute.." Tiffany commented
"yeah, plus, Kyungsan is also really cute.." Sooyoung said while eating chips
"i should've said yes to Yuri's proposal. So, i'll have a cute family like them and don't have to envy them.."
"it's already done. You regret it, but it won't change your past.."
"i hate you for being right.." Tiffany pouted and sighed
