The Only Light I See
Tiffany POV
Yuri has become my saviour. She sacrificed her life for me. And now, she's laying on the hospital bed lifelessly. There's some cuts and bruises on her face, maybe it was made when she was on her way to reached my place to save me.
Yuri was in coma, doctor said that her spine has broken. Her head hit the ground too. She landed on the ground with her back first, and then her head. Doctor also said that maybe she would get amnesia.
Actually, our second floor in school is not that high from the ground. But still, it caused a huge impact if you fell from there. Yuri was so lucky she could still alive. And I was so thankful to God, but i also felt guilty about it. She's been do many things for me. I wished she were okay, and she could be awake soon.
"let's go home, Fany.." Sunny took my hand
"no, i want to stay here.." i shook my head
"you sure?" Sunny made sure and i nodded
"well then, Taeyon and i want go home now.."
"take care, Fany-ah. We'll visit in another day.." Taeyeon patted my shoulder and i nodded
"hope Yuri will be awake soon, just be patient, Yoona.." Sunny turned to face Yoona
"yeah, i'm sure she'll be fine.." Taeyeon agreed
"thank you, Sunny unnie, Taeyeon unnie.." Yoona smiled weakly
With that, Sunny and Taeyeon exited the room. Tiffany walked closer to Yoona who was sitting on the chair beside Yuri's bed. Yoona looked up to Tiffany and then looked at Jessica who was sleeping on the sofa.
"unnie, are you staying here?" Yoona stood up
"uhm, yes.."
"all night?" Yoona stared at the older girl
"i guess, can i?"
"of course you can.." Yoona nodded and Tiffany smiled
"but, unnie.."
"yes?"
"can i excuse myself for awhile? I need to send her home.." Yoona pointed to Jessica
"sure.." Tiffany smiled
Yoona woke her girlfriend up and they went home soon. Me, on the other hand, sat on the chair beside Yuri's bed while holding her hand gently.
"you stupid, why did you put yourself in danger? Why did you save me? You shouldn't do that, silly.." i shed my tears
"i'm so worry, you know? You make everybody got a heart attack.."
"you have to wake up soon, Yuri. Very soon.." i kissed the back of her palm gently, then slowly drifted into sleep
Jessica POV
Yoona sent me home. We took a cab to reached the place. She wanted to sent me to my house, but i refused. I prefer to stayed at her apartment instead of my house.
"Yoong, what's wrong?" i asked my girlfriend who has a sad expression
"it's nothing, i just think about Yuri unnie.."
"she'll be fine, baby. She's strong, you know that too.."
"yeah, but i should've stopped her to ran upstairs.."
"she'll blame herself if she didn't do anything to save Tiffany. She wouldn't stand still and doing nothing.."
"you're right.."
"now, we better sleep, you look exhausted.."
"i should go back to the hospital.."
"please stay, tomorrow we'll visit Yuri together.."
"but-"
"no but, Tiffany will take care of her saviour, don't worry.."
"okay.." Yoona nodded and layed beside me on the bed
"Sica.."
"hmm?"
"hug me?" my girlfriend said cutely and i nodded
I moved closer as she snuggled closer to me. I encircled my arms around her waist and she burried her face into my neck. Sometimes, she acted like a kid, which is so cute.
"good night, baby. I love you.." she said and pecked my neck
"good night, Yoong. I love you too.."
