Getting Better Slowly
The Only Light I See
Yoona woke up from her sleep and found her lover slept next to her. She stared lovingly at the older girl for awhile till she realized that there wasn't only the two of them in the bedroom. She remembered about Kyungsan. So, she got up carefully, not wanting her girlfriend to wake up, then walked slowly to Kyungsan's crib.
"hello, cute boy.." Yoona greeted the baby who already had his eyes open
"did you have a good sleep?" Yoona asked, earning a laugh from the baby
"i take it as a yes.." Yoona chuckled, then took the boy in her arms
Not long enough, Jessica woke up and couldn't find her girlfriend beside her. She rubbed her eyes few times then got up from the bed. She washed up then exited her room. A smile crept up on her face when she found her girlfriend was playing with Kyungsan. It was a cute sight for her.
"morning, princess.." Yoona smiled when she noticed Jessica's presence
"morning.." Jessica smiled back
"baby, let's take a walk with Kyungsan.."
"you like him much, huh?"
"of course, he's really cute and i can't resist him.."
"i'm glad you like him.."
"let's go!!" Yoona stood up while carrying Kyungsan in her arms
"alright, i change my clothes first.."
"be quick!"
Yuri was standing in front of a door of a house. She took a deep breath then knocked the door hesitantly. If you wondered why she was there, then the answer was because of Tiffany.
Why?
Because she didn't want to stress herself anymore. She wanted to fix herself. And the only way was, she should fix her problem with her sister, Kwon Boa.
"Yuri?" Boa opened the door, and surprised with the guest
"can we talk?" Yuri asked simply
"sure, come in.."
Boa smiled, and moved aside to let Yuri in. Yuri then took a seat on a sofa, and Boa sat opposite her. At the same time, a guy walked down the stairs, approaching them. Yuri stared blankly at the guy, and Boa introduced the guy to her.
"this is Yunho, my husband.....baby, this is Yuri.."
"nice to meet you, Yuri.." Yunho offered his hand for a handshake
"nice to meet you too.." Yuri smiled
"i'm going to meet my friends, i'll call you later okay?" Yunho kissed Boa's cheek
"okay.." with that, Yunho left and Boa sat back on the sofa
"uhm, what do you want to drink?" Boa asked nervously
"it's okay, i'm not taking so much time.."
"o-kay, then what do you want to talk about, Yuri?"
Yuri took a deep breath, " i've thought about this so many times, and i've decided to forgive you, and sorry for being rude. Sorry for keep it hanging, it's because i honestly was confused of your appeareance which was too sudden.."
"and i hope we can be the way we used to be, that is as sisters. But if you don't mind, i want to take it slow.." Yuri added
"y-you really mean that?" Boa's eyes widen
Yuri nodded, "yes, and what do you think?"
"i'd love to.." Boa smiled widely, finally she could be reunite with her sister after been apart for so many years
Yoona and Jessica were sitting on a bench under a tree with Kyungsan sat on Yoona's lap. Yoona didn't get tired of him, meanwhile Jessica was tired because she was the one who carried the bag filled with all of baby stuffs.
"look, he's drooling. Give me a tissue, Sica.."
"here.." Jessica handed her a tissue
"aissh, this kid, are you hungry little boy?" Yoona wiped Kyungsan's mouth, and the baby began to cry
"okay, i take it as a yes. Come on, baby. We have to get something for this cute boy to eat.." Yoona stood up, and Jessica gathered his stuffs
"let's go, before he cries even more.." Jessica stood up as well
They went to a grocery to buy instant foods for babies since both of them couldn't cook. They headed back to house after that, and began to make some meals for Kyungsan.
"Kyungsan-ah, aaaaaaaa.." Jessica tried to feed Kyungsan, and the baby opened his mouth cutely
"that's my boy.." Yoona smiled widely when Kyungsan ate the meals
After taking a time of feeding Kyungsan, Jessica washed the dish while Yoona played with the baby boy. Jessica walked to the couch when she done, then a smile appeared on her face, seeing a cute sight of her girlfriend with her nephew slept on the couch.
Yoona was protecting Kyungsan with her arms around him, and Kyungsan snuggled closer to her girlfriend while yawning cutely. Jessica couldn't stop smiling looking at the two, she secretly took a picture of them and used it as wallpaper in her phone screen.
"i'm glad, you like him and treat him like your own child.." Jessica mumbled and kissed Yoona's forehead
