“Yoona, I’m fine” Yuri said when Yoona keep staring at her

“are you?” Yoona asked

 

Yuri just looked down, she’ll never be fine

 

“and where the hell did you get a bruise on your arm?” Yoona asked, looking at the handkerchief that Seohyun tied on Yuri’s arm

 

“no need to worry” Yuri said as she untie it “it’s nothing serious”

 

“Yul, it’s blee---“, Yoona didn’t finish what she’s gonna say as she walked closer to her and looked at the handkerchief

 

“why?” Yuri asked “is something wrong?”

 

Yoona didn’t say a thing and took the handkerchief as she studied it hardly “it’s the same”

 

“same what?” Yuri asked confusedly

“same broidery” Yoona said

“huh?” Yuri asked again

“don’t dare leave here” Yoona said

“why?” Yuri asked

“just stay here” Yoona said as she rushed towards the door

“hey, whe---“, the door closed before she could finish what she’s gonna say

 

She sighed heavily; as she let her body fell down the bed,

 

“now that all of us are here, why don’t we celebrate Tiffany and her Tae-tae” Sunny suggested

“that’s…. a good idea” Hyoyeon agreed

“yeah… and it’s my treat” Tiffany said

“you said it yourself” Hyoyeon said

 

“Jess, you sure you don’t wanna come?” Tiffany asked

 

Jessica shook her head “I’ll just stay here with Seohyun, but make sure, I’ll get drunk this time”

 

Tiffany chuckled “bet on that”

 

Tiffany opened their door, and was surprised when she saw Taeyeon standing there…

 

“Tae-Tae?” Tiffany mouthed

“hey!” Taeyeon said with a smile

“what are you doing here?” Tiffany asked as she stepped outside

“Just wann---, you’re going somewhere?” Taeyeon asked when she saw Hyoyeon and Sunny behind Tiffany

“yeah, we’re just gonna celebrate” Tiffany said

“ahh, I see” Taeyeon said

“you wanna come?” Tiffany asked

“yeah… sure” Taeyeon answered

“you know, why don’t you guys stay here” Hyoyeon said

“she’s right” Sunny agreed “we got this, and besides it’s Tiffany’s treat”

 

Then Sunny and Hyoyeon left

 

“Tiff,” Taeyeon said

“huh?” Tiffany looked at her

“I know we just got together tonight, and as much as I don’t want to spoil this night, I want to…….” Taeyeon isn’t really sure if she’s ready to finish what she’s gonna say “what?” Tiffany asked, staring at her

“is it okay if---“, Taeyeon got cut off

“Tae-tae, it’s okay” Tiffany said as she hold her hand firmly “it won’t change a thing, just tell me, what is it”

 

Taeyeon took a deep breath “there’s just a thing that I wanted to tell you”

 

Tiffany looked at her, ready to listen

 

“if there’s a thing that I did, and I ended up hurting you” Taeyeon said as she hold Tiffany’s hand “I want you to know that I never mean it to happen”

“should I be worried?” Tiffany asked

 

Taeyeon shook her head as she smiled at her “we can never tell what’s gonna happen tomorrow”

 

“Tae-tae” Tiffany said “if something like that happen, I will for----“

 

“I didn’t tell say it to you, just because I want you to forgive or understand me” Taeyeon said “it’s not a question that you have to answer now”

 

“so, should I answer it, if something happen?” Tiffany asked

 

Taeyeon smiled at her “and whatever your decision is, I’ll understand it”

 

“you know, Tae-tae, you are really weird” Tiffany said “earlier you’re so sweet and cheesy, now you’re being dramatic”

 

“I know” Taeyeon said as she smiled at her “and besides I wanted to see you right now”

 

“you miss me that much?” Tiffany asked as she wrapped her arms on Taeyeon’s neck

 

“yeah, I miss you and I wanted to cherish every moment that I could spend with you” Taeyeon said as she stared at her lovingly “we don’t know what’s gonna happen, now we’re so happy but later we don’t know, we might be hating each other”

 

“if you continue say things like that, I’m really gonna start to get worried” Tiffany said

 

“you know I love you, right?” Taeyeon asked

 

Tiffany nodded “you just told me”

 

“I promise it’s gonna be last time, so bear with it” Taeyeon said “if something like that really happen, I want you to know that I never mean it to happen, I would never do things that’s gonna hurt you, I don’t wanna see you cry or in pain, I love you so much, I really do”

 

 

 

“for Tiffany and Taeyeon!!!” Sunny said cheerfully as they make a toast

“wow!!, I’m really jealous of your love life right now” Hyoyeon said

 

Tiffany laughed “you’ll find yours soon”

 

“you know what happen to me earlier?” Jessica asked as she played the wine on her glass

“you met Yuri unnie?” Seohyun asked, but more like a statement

 

Then everyone stayed silent, become awkward, it’s an answer that they never expect from any of them, especially from Seohyun

 

“are you already drunk?” Hyoyeon asked jokingly, to ease the awkwardness

“just saying” Seohyun said seriously that makes the place more awkward

“you c---“

“she’s right” Jessica said as she took a sip on her glass

 

HYo, Tiff and Sunny, left their jaw hanging, they don’t know what to say

 

“and you know what she told me” Jessica said as she make a dry laugh but failed to hide her pain “she told me to just forget everything”

“I guess you should do it” Seohyun said without hesitation

 

Jessica looked at her in shocked, all of her unnie actually

 

“Seohyun-ah!!” Hyoyeon yelled

 

“I think you’re already drunk” Sunny said “you should sleep now”

“no, unnie… relax” Seohyun  said “I’m perfectly fine”

“Seohyun-ahh, don’t drink too much or you’ll end up telling us your secret” Tiffany said to lessen the awkwardness and tension that’s building up

“then want me to tell you some of it?” Seohyun asked seriously

 

Her unnies, became more shocked from Seohyun’s boldness, she never behave like this until now

 

“you know, you really should sleep now” Tiffany said

 

“you know where I went earlier?” Seohyun asked as she sips from her wine “I’m with Yoona”

 

No one dare to say anything, like they usually does when Seohyun talks about Yoona,

 

“and you know what we did?” Seohyun asked “we chase her girlfriend, all the way to the park, then watch her play under the rain”

 

“and care to guess, who the girlfriend is?” Seohyun asked as she glanced to them

 

“it can’t be” Tiffany whispered but enough for everyone to hear it

 

Even though Seohyun don’t said it, she could feel it,… Then without a word a tears fell from Jessica’s eyes

 

“maybe, she wants you to move on because she already did” Seohyun said

 

 

“I don’t want this to come from me, but the way I see it” Seohyun said as she looked at Jessica “you should really move on, stop waiting cause she’s not coming back, never”

 

“Seohyun, stop now!!!” Hyoyeon shouted

 

“I wan---“ Seohyun got cut off

 

“Seohyun, that’s ENOUGH!!!” Tiffany shouted

 

“does Taeyeon and Yuri know each other?” Seohyun asked as she looked at Tiffany

 

Tiffany become unease, Seohyun would not gonna ask something out of the blue “I’ve been telling Taeyeon about Yuri way back years”

 

“So, you’re saying, Taeyeon knows Yuri unnie because of you and Yuri don’t have any idea who Taeyeon is?” Seohyun asked

 

“y-yeah, I guess” Tiffany hesitated

 

Seohyun lightly laughed “well that makes it interesting”

 

“w-why?” Tiffany asked, nervously

 

“Well, Yoona and Yuri unnie just went to Taeyeon’s house now” Seohyun said

 

Tiffany couldn’t say anything; she’s still processing what Seohyun just said

Seohyun stood up as she walked towards her room, but before she enter

 

“Jessica unnie, I’m really sorry, but I guess you should know” Seohyun said “and for Fany unnie, how I wish I was just wrong and it’s not Taeyeon unnie, I never wanted to see you got hurt”, then she entered her room

 

“Tiff!!, where are you going?!” Hyoyeon asked

“I’m going to TAeyeon” Tiffany answered as she took her car key

“she’s just drank!” Hyoyeon slightly raising her voice

“she’s drunk, but she’s not a liar!” Tiffany yelled

“she’s-----“

 

“Tiff” Jessica said from behind “you really sure you wanna go?”

“I don’t know” Tiffany answered

“if that’s the truth, can you handle it?” Jessica asked

“how about you?” Tiffany asked “don’t you wanna know the truth?”

 

Jessica smiled bitterly “when Yuri told me to move on, I knew it… I just don’t want to admit it until now, but you…. you’re just starting”

 

“we’re just starting but she’s already lying to me” Tiffany said with a pain on her voice

“if you go there and found out the truth, you both could end up worst” Jessica warned, “can you go there and brake up with her?”

“I don’t know” Tiffany answered “but one thing is for sure, I want the truth”, then she went outside

 

“Tiff---“ Hyoyeon was gonna follow her but Jessica stopped her

 

“Don’t” Jessica said “she made her choice”

 

Hyoyeon sighed heavily as she looked at Jessica who now went inside her room

 

 

As soon as she closed the door, Jessica collapsed on the floor,

Then a sound of her sobbing echoed on her room

“I will” Jessica said as she closed her eyes while leaning on Yuri’s shoulder

 

 

Jessica put her hands on her rooms, to prevent herself from crying louder, but the pain is too much, that she can’t do anything but cry

 

 

I remember when we kissed
I still feel it on my lips
 

“you forgot this” Yuri said as she peck a kiss on Jessica’s lips

 

 

“Y-Yuri” Jessica whispered under her breath, as she cries non-stop “Y-Yuri”

 

 

The time that you danced with me
With no music playing
 

Yuri extended her hand as she stood in front of Jessica

“today is one of the special day of my life… so I hope you could give me an honor to dance with you” Yuri said smiling at Jessica

Jessica took her hand “how can we dance when there’s no sound?”

“hmmmmmm” Yuri started humming

Jessica looked at her smiling “sweet”

 

 

But I remember those simple things
I remember 'til I cry

“my girlfriend said she wanted to see me right now, and she miss me so much” Yuri said looking at Jessica who’s now signing the CD “do you think she will be happy seeing me right now, standing here and getting your sign?”

Jessica couldn’t help but smile hearing what Yuri is saying

“you’re really beautiful” Yuri said sweetly while looking at JEssica

 

But the one thing I wish I'd forget
The memory I wanna forget
Is goodbye

 

“let’s break up” 

“you told me that no matter what happen, you’ll stay with me” 

“Sorry, I don’t think I can still do that”

 

Then she cries and cries all over again while remembering what she and Yuri had…

 

 

“feeling better?” Taeyeon asked while walking towards Yuri who’s sitting on the bench at the park “or should I ask are you going to be better?”

 

Yuri smiled bitterly

 

“you know until now, I still can’t understand, why don’t you just grab and take her back” Taeyeon said as she sits down beside Yuri

“how I wish that it’s just easy” Yuri said

“Yul, there’s no easy way” Taeyeon said “no one can ask when you choose to left for her, I wish, hoping that you’re stronger to take her back… even if she doesn’t say it, she’s still waiting for you to take her”

 

Yuri smiled “I’ve heard that a lot”

 

 

FLASHBACK

 

After Jessica left Yuri on the rooftop,

 

“it’s you?” Donghae asked but more like a statement

 

Yuri turned to him, shocked “what are yo----“

 

“WAS IT YOU!!!???” Donghae yelled angrily

 

Yuri looked down “I’m sorry”

 

“I don’t need your apologize, but she does” Donghae stated “but you can’t even apologize to her”

 

“If I said sorry, would it change a thing?” Yuri asked “if I said sorry, would it take all her pain away?, cause if it is… I don’t mind apologizing for the rest of my life”

 

“is that what you’re telling to yourself, when you said all those things to her?” Donghae asked “you’re pathetic!”

 

Yuri didn’t say anything

 

“how can you let her cry like that?” Donghae asked “I thought I told you, I want to see the same smile she gave me when she said she love you, not crying over you”

“you’re right, because of me she cried too much” Yuri said “she cried when I don’t even deserve a single drop of it”

“I don’t deserve her, but she deserve someone like you” Yuri said “and the smile that you’re saying, I hope that you can be the reason of this time”, she said as she walked pass on him towards the door

 

Donghae angrily pinned her down the wall that causes her arms to bleed “YOU DON’T DESERVE HER BUT SHE ING LOVE YOU!!”

 

“I do---“ Yuri couldn’t finish what she’s gonna say when she looked at Donghae eyes that earlier is burning with anger turned into something softer

 

“please… I’m begging you” Donghae said as she loose her grab on Yuri “stop her from waiting and make her smile again”

 

End of Flashback

 

 

“I shouldn’t have come back here in the first place” Yuri said

 

Taeyeon just looked at her pitifully

 

“do you think, things will get better if I just leave again and never come back?” Yuri asked

“I don’t know, Yul… it’s up to you” Taeyeon said “but as your best friend… I want you to choo---“

 

“Tae-tae?”

 

Taeyeon widened her eyes, she can’t be wrong, its Tiffany… she slowly turned around, and then there she saw the love of her life, standing, with tears on her eyes…

 

“Tif---“, she couldn’t finish what she’s gonna say when Tiffany turned around and run

 

 

Tiffany’s POV

 

I was driving on my way to her house while thinking what Jessica said,

 

“if that’s the truth, can you handle it?” 

“if you go there and found out the truth, you both could end up worst”

“can you go there and brake up with her?”

 

I stomped on the brake hardly as I hit the steering, I don’t know what to do… what if, what if, it’s the truth… can I handle it?

 

I leaned my head on the steering while thinking what should I do, after thinking for a while and finally cool myself… I decided to not go now, I’ll wait for her to tell me…

 

I’m gonna pull my car to go back to our dorm, when I saw her car entered into a park… I don’t know what happen but I ended up following her…

 

Then she stepped out of her car as she walked closely to the girl whose back facing us… she said something but I’m too far to hear it, then I decided to walk closely to them…

 

The girl said something, but I’m still too far so I walk closer, I didn’t know what the girl is saying… then Taeyeon replied…

 

“I don’t know, Yul”

 

Even without looking at the girl, I know it’s already Yuri… then the next thing she said was

 

“but as your best friend… I want you to choo---“

 

I didn’t let her finish, as I called her, I’ve heard the thing I wanna know…

 

End of Flashback

 

 

“Tiff!!” Taeyeon shouted as she followed her “Wait!!, let me explain!!”

“there’s nothing to explain!!” Tiffany yelled as she turned to her “I’ve heard everything!”

“I wanted to tell you” Taeyeon said as she looked down

“then you should have!” Tiffany still raising her voice

“but I can’t” Taeyeon said

“you can’t or you won’t?” Tiffany asked

“I’m sorry” Taeyeon said still looking down

 

“you’re sorry?” Tiffany asked “you we’re there when I desperately wanted to see Yuri, when I’m dying to know why she left Jessica, You we’re there when Jessica was looking for everyday, you we’re there!”

 

Taeyeon stayed silent

 

“you knew all along, and you didn’t say anything!” Tiffany said

“hey, Tiff, the girl who broke Jessica’s heart, she’s my long lost best friend, is that what you want me to say?” Taeyeon asked as she finally looked at her

“the truth,” Tiffany said “just the truth”

“Tiffany, she’s my best friend!” Taeyeon slowly raising her voice

 

Tiffany let out a dry laugh “and I’m not surprised now, you’re both liar!”

 

“and you know you’re right from what you said earlier” Tiffany said “we don’t know what’s gonna happen next… and I didn’t know that I could hate someone as much as I hated you right now”

 

Tiffany turned around as she starts to walk, when Taeyeon grabbed her wrist

 

“w-what about us?” Taeyeon asked

 

Tiffany pulled her arms as she turned and looked at Taeyeon “there’s no us… there will never be us”

 

Then tears flowed from Taeyeon’s eyes while looking at the girl that she loved for so long just disappeared in a blink… and all she could do was just look at her go…
