Confusion
To Husband, From Wife
The smile on his face gone.
Looking at his drastic change, Taeyeon realized she had went too much. She lowered her head and gulped. “Sorry, I didn’t mean to say that.” Her voice was barely could be heard.
Sunggyu on the other hand was aghast. He didn’t know how to respond. Should he be mad at her? Or maybe, shot her back with a more spiteful words? Being rational enough, he swept those ridiculous ideas away. Taeyeon is right. What’s wrong waiting for the one she loves? He smiled a little.
“Never mind. Shouldn’t all the blame fall on you when I’m guilty too. Haha.” He chuckled and put the music sheets on the wooden table where they were sitting on. “I hope, you’re going to confess to him later.” He shrugged.
Taeyeon’s forehead furrowed in anger which was mixing with disappointment. “Why you’re so stupid?!” She yelled at him and stomped into her house, leaving Sunggyu dumbfounded.

“That’s all, Omma? Anything else you want me to buy?” Sunggyu raised his brows to Mrs. Kim and she shook her head. “Neh. I’ll be back soon.”
He walked to the grocery shop nearby and read back the list of ingredients his mother asked him to buy.
He had took all the items and there was one more left. “Tamarind. There!” he quickly went to the shelf where the tamarind be placed. There were a lot of brands. His eyes travelled all over the shelf and his eyes caught something. The best tamarind? The cheapest tamarind? The answer, NO. It was a letter...
Dear husband,
Why are you so slow? Everything was obvious about that song. That LOST IN LOVE song. Don’t you understand the meaning behind it? Don’t you know the song was dedicated to whom? You should find it out. Arasseo?
And one more thing, honey. Why don’t you bring umbrella together with you? Now is raining season, right? Aigoo, you’re such a clumsy!
Hahaha. Never mind, I’d put an umbrella outside there. Use it for yourself. Only you. No sharing, honey! Shimgui Tamarind is the best. Take care, I love you.
Lots of love,
Your wife.
Sunggyu shifted his gaze towards the tamarind, searching for the brands which his wife mentioned in the letter and bingo! It was there. Only two cans left and he immediately took one before other hands grabbed it. Thanks, honey. He smiled and walked to the counter to pay.
As he was waiting for his turn to pay, it began raining. Heavily. His eyes widen and he remembered a sentence in the letter where she told him that she left an umbrella outside the shop. She must be here. In a trice, he ran outside the grocery shop and his eyes were widely seeking for any girl nearby. But all he can see were ahjummas.
“Then the umbrella...” he lowered his gaze and there it was, leaning peacefully against the wall. “Where are you?” he muttered under his breath and sighed.
“Sunggyu-sshi?” someone called him, made him startled. He looked up and his eyes met a beautiful young girl in a white gown, standing in front of him. Her face always plastered with a bright smile, like it never died. “Gwenchana?” she asked him, concern.
Before he said anything, once again, he glanced around to find any girl who may be his wife. “Neh, gwenchana. What are you doing here, Haenim-sshi?” he returned a question back to her.
Haenim smiled sheepishly and rubbed the back of her neck. “I-I have to buy some things!” she lied. “But, they couldn’t be found here. Okay, got to go! Take care.” With that, she quickly walked away, under the rain without giving him any chance to talk.
“Haenim-sshi...” Sunggyu called her, but his voice was drowned in the sound of the pouring water from the sky. “It’s raining. You’ll get sick.”
“Oy boy! Come here and pay your stuffs!” the owner of the shop shouted.
Ah, I forgot. What an embarrassing thing. He pouted. “Yes, ahjussi!”
Under the rain, she stopped. She was soaking wet and cold. Slowly, she spun around. Her eyes were locked on the shop where she met Sunggyu just now. “It is not a coincidence.” Haenim took the letter in her pocket. “Why do you asked me to leave an umbrella outside that shop?”
