You went to change and as you walked down the hallways everyone stared because you were wearing a gown and it was black. And only vampires that are very powerful then could wear the black gown. The rest were a melange of either red, white or blue or purple, purple was for the witches that got invited. They wore hooded gowns and stood at the left side of the clearing.
