I Can't Breathe ...

“Unni! Unni!”

I turned around and saw Aika, my partner in dance class.

“Hey Aika.” I waved.

She stood next to me holding her folder filled with photos of burgers and donuts.

"When are we going to practice our choreography for the showcase? She asked.

"I'm free on Thursday."

A smile crept up her face.

“Okay! Thanks unni!” She said as she started to skip out of the classroom. Teddy oppa was waiting for her outside.

She stood in front of him and he hugged her tightly, then held her hand as they walked toward their class.

“So cute.” I whispered.

I felt my phone vibrate in my hand. I clicked on the button. Jay texted me.

- not going to school, i’ll see you after though. -

“WHAT!? AISH.” I dialed his number on my phone.

“WHAT?” he yelled.

“WHY AREN'T YOU GOING TO SCHOOL?!”

“CAUSE I DON'T FEEL LIKE IT!”

“COME TO SCHOOL!”

“NO!”

“YES!”

“NO!”

He just hung up on me.

“Yah, Park Jay you’re lucky I’m your best friend.” I muttered in English.

“Your boyfriend not here today?”

“Whoa.” I squeaked, almost jumping out of my chair.

He chuckled.

“Why did you creep up at me?”

“Why are you so jumpy? Do I make you nervous?”

“Ahaha, no .. You just crept up at me ..”

He smiled and grabbed the chair next to me.

“So .. whats our plans for tomorrow?”

“Bwoh?”

“You know, as boyfriend and girlfriend.” He smiled and leaned closer to my face.

“WHAT?”

He grabbed his phone from his pocket and took a picture of me.

“Cute.” He grinned.

“What the ..” I stared at him.

“Come to the auditorium after school.” He winked and left the room.

Kwon Ji Yong. That boy is odd and very cocky, but, I have a feeling there is more to him than meets the eye.

I took the longest path in school to get to the auditorium. It was almost springtime, some of the snow on the branches of the trees were beginning to melt and small flowers were starting to sprout from the ground.

As I grew near the auditorium, I heard faint chanting.

.. what the .. o__o ..

I hesitated to go further, but the suspense was killing me.

I walked up the concrete steps of the auditorium and pushed open the door.

Loud music blasted from the speakers and so many girls cheering.

“What is this?” I muttered.

I looked around to see if I knew anyone.

Familiar faces, but I don’t know them.

“YO ERR BODY!”

I looked towards the stage, and saw his face.

“ITS BIG BANG IN DA HOUSEEE!” He yelled, and the girls cheered.

I managed to squeeze into the crowd, moving towards the front.

I stood in the crowd in awe.

He looked at me. He smiled.

My heart is beating so fast, I feel so light headed.

His voice is .. liquid gold.

I think I’ve fallen for you Kwon Ji Yong.
