I totally freeze, I can’t move and my head is going nuts. That crazy guy with the brownish hair, the one I have met this morning and the one that kissed me on the cheek in lunch break. Lee Jeongmin is sitting on my bed. 

What the hell is this guy doing here? How did he get inside my room? Is this my gift? Are my parents crazy? Are they kidding me? My thoughts are cut by the words “Sam-noona! Welcome home”

“WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE?” I yell at the guy with the brownish hair that is sitting on my bed, Jeongmin. “Noona, don’t yell. Your parents are going to hear us” he tells me with a playful smile. Thanks good! This isn’t my present; my parents aren’t that crazy after all. “Good. They should hear. Mom!!! Mom!!”, I scream louder.

As we hear the steps of my mom coming upstairs, Jeongmin quickly approaches me and covers my mouth with his hand while he is pushing me towards him by my waist with the other one. “Sam, what’s wrong?” my mom yells from a close distant. He looks at me with mischievous eyes and tells me “Tell her everything is fine”

I just freeze, how it can be that he is smiling at one moment and the next one his expression has totally changed. “Sam?” my mom says while knocking on the door. Jeongmin leans towards me and whispers on my ear “Tell her everything is fine or I’ll kiss you and this time it won’t be on the cheek” 

He puts down his hand and grabs my waist with it. He is pushing me against him and begins to come closer and closer. “Everything is fine mom!” I automatically respond. As my mom walks away he looks at me with puppy eyes and says “Noona, is it that bad if I kiss you?”

“YAAAA!!!!” I yell. “Noona, don’t scream” he says and releases me, walks to my bed and sits on it again. “What do you want? What are you doing here?” I ask him. “Noona, don’t tell me you haven’t opened the envelope yet” The envelope, I still have it on my bag, with all that happened with Donghyun before, I totally forgot about it.

“No, I haven’t. Why?” I ask. “Aish. Noona open it!” he sounds frustrated, maybe I could make him go away with this. “No, I won’t open it” I say coldly. “Noona, you have to!” he tells me like a spoiled kid. “I won’t until you leave” 

“Noona, you are being mean. Kicking me out after I have so much trouble to come in” he makes a sad face. “Then you shouldn’t have come in, in the first place!” I answer. “Ok, noona. I will go but promise me that you’ll open it tonight!” he says smiling.

“Ok” I respond and add “Now, get out”. “Noona, don’t think about lying otherwise I’ll come again” he says like a threat still smiling at me. “Ok, ok!” I answer. Then he stands up from my bed and rush towards the window and jumps. OH MY GOD!!! He is dead! my room is on the second floor, there is no way he could just jump and land safely. 

I run towards the window, lean on it and see him waving at me happily as he says “See you tomorrow, noona” and he starts to run. How? How did he do to land safely? Is he an alien or something? Maybe he had super powers? My head is spinning.

As I try to calm down and lay on my bed. I see the envelope sticking out of my bag. I haven’t noticed before but it is a really nice envelope. I stand up and walk towards my bag, grab the envelope in my hands and look at it.

It looks really elegant and expensive. It is all white and has a delicate frame of wavy lines. The seal looks like those that you see in movies, the ones that are closed with wax and has a strange symbol on it. I open it and inside there is just one piece of paper. I take it out and start to read it; it is hand written and the tittle stands out:

Happy birthday Sam-noona! This is your gift!

Sam-noona you have been given the best give someone could ever get, you are so lucky. For this, your sixteen birthday I am going to give you MY HEART.

WHAT IS THIS? WHAT IS WRONG WITH THAT GUY? DOES HE EVEN KNOW ME? HIS HEART? IS HE CRAZY? I sigh and keep reading

But not only that, I am going to give you everything you want, whatever you should asked for I will make it happen just for you. I want to see you smile happily and have fun every single day. I know you’ll probably think I am crazy or something like that but I want to be next to you and I’ll promise that I’ll make your every wish come true.

Noona, please let me be by your side. Could you tell me if you accept my feelings? And soon, because I want to spend all my time with you.

WOW !!!!!! is my second thought, this is the first time I get a love confession and he is so sweet! The letter is childish though. He will make my every wish come true? That sounds nice but my only wish is for Donghyun to love me back and I don’t think that Jeongmin would like for it to happen. 

Did he really write this? He looks like the type of boy that would tell you these kind of  things face to face. I didn't think of him as a shy guy. I sigh. Now I feel bad! How could I reject this boy? I admire him so much, he has the courage to confess his feelings to someone he barely knows and I am not brave enough to confess to Donghyun, who I know the most. I sigh one more time. 

I really don’t want to go to school tomorrow!!!!! THIS IS SOOO UNFAIR. Why does someone that I don’t love, loves me and the one that I love won’t even look at me? Damn, LOVE !!!!! I TOO!!!!! I am feeling completely down right now, such a weird birthday this is!! I just keep sighing.

I better go and take a shower before I feel worst and don’t even want to move. I stand up, put the letter in my drawer, grab my pijamas and head to the bathroom. As I soak myself in the water I can only think of Jeongmin, how sweet he is for giving me the letter and how I don’t want to hurt him! 

I will hate that someone reject me for someone else! And it will be worse if I find out that someone else doesn't love back the one I love. Maybe I should say yes to him, maybe I can love him if I try. I know Donghyun doesn’t love me so, should I try to forget him? Well it has been 4 years already.

Besides Jeongmin is cute, has a sweet smile, seems to be a decent guy and pretty much he would do anything for me, at least that is what the letter says but then, those mischievous eyes, they scare me a little and he can be childish at times too. I sigh again. I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO!!!! I need Leena so much!!! Why did she have to move???

I come back after a most an hour already wearing my pajamas. I took the letter and read it one more time. I can’t help feeling sad! This letter was written with so much illusion and love. Maybe I should accept his feelings after all. YES, I think I am going to say yes to him. Hopefully I will fall for him and we can be happy together.

Suddenly I hear a thud on my window. I put the letter on the drawer and go to my window. And I see him, Donghyun is standing down there waving at me and smiling. WHY??? Why when I am willing to give up to him he has to appear? Are you kidding me? IT IS LIKE I AM NOT SUPOSSED TO STOP THINKING ABOUT HIM!!!

My heart jumps happily and feels warm as I see him. WHO AM I KIDDING? Now I feel angry at myself. I know I love him. I don’t think I can be with someone else. I just wave back and he starts climbing towards my window

Second chapter of the day!!! :D

I can totally picture Jeongmin writting a love letter. He is funny and making jokes all the time but you don't know what is going out in his heart. I know a couple of people like that and know how sweet and thoughtful that kind of person can be at times :)
