"What?!! Why not?! You just said you were Christian!"  he practically screamed.

"I go small... but, uh, I... since I grew up, I didn't have time and stopped. I believe in God with all my heart and soul either way," she explained in English. "Even if I don't go to church, I still live by God's expectations and morals. Calm down, dude."

"Hey, no English, remember?" Leeteuk reminded, bemused.

"Right, sorry," she said. "But hard!"

"That's the only way you'll learn!" he replied.

"But -" My phone suddenly rang, cutting her off. I pulled it out and glanced at the screen. It was from an unknown caller. I accepted the call and raised it to my ear.

"Yoboseyo?"

"Is this Kim Heechul?" a female voice spoke with a very thick Chinese accent.

"Yes..." I replied uncertainly. By now, everyone was staring at me curiously.

"I just called to tell you Hangeng no longer considers you a friend. He has nothing more to do with you, so don't expect him ever to speak to you again. And, don't waste your time calling him because he is changing his number. Good luck with the rest of your life, you'll need it. Don't bother Hangeng anymore." The line went dead. I sat frozen in that position for a long time before I felt someone shake me.

"Heechul-ah!" Leeteuk's worried voice reached me. "Heechul-ah, who was that? What did they say?" Without answering him, I stood up, grabbed my jacket and walked out of the dorm, slamming the door behind me. "Heechul-ah!"

LEETEUK POV:

Aish! What was that? I turned back to Siwon and Mei Ling.

"Sorry, Mei LIng-ah, but Siwon-ah and I will have to go. Who knows what stupid thing Heechul-ah might end up doing. We'll stop by later," I said to her.

"Araso," she replied. I nodded.

"Siwon-ah, let's go. He'll be long gone if we don't go after him now," I said and he agreed. We both ran out the door. "Make sure to lock the door!" I called before we left.

"Hyung, I don't see him!" Siwon said as we stood in front of the building.

"The car and his motorcycle are still here, so he couldn't have gotten far," I said. "Come on, we'll get around faster by car."

"Not with your driving... We'll be lucky if we make it out of the parking lot alive..." Siwon muttered. I shot him a glare.

"I heard that. Isn't Heechul-ah the one who usually makes the snarky comments?" I snapped.

"I'm just saying what everyone's thinking..." he mumbled as we hopped into the car.

I hated to admit it, but Siwon was right... to some point. We made it out of the parking lot, but got about a block or two before we got stuck between two other parked cars in a small path.

"Great... now what?" Siwon asked.

"We walk..." I replied, calling our manager for help and getting out of the vehicle. "Let's check his favourite places."

From the restaurants, to the shops, to friends' places, and even to work, Heechul was nowhere to be seen.

"Aish, Siwon-ah, this is not good," I said, frustrated as we stopped at an intersection. "Seoul is so big. We'll never be able to find him unless we know absolutely where he'll be."

"If he doesn't want to be found, maybe we should look in places where he won't think we'll check," Siwon suggested. He had a pretty good point.

"But that'll take us all day, if not the next few," I replied uncertainly.

"Well, we'll have to start somewhere, hyung," he answered before crossing the street.

"Yah! Siwon-ah, wait!"

I was right. It took us until nightfall to search through about less than half the city, and we still hadn't found Heechul.

"This is ridiculous! Where could he have gone?" Siwon gasped, catching his breath as we sat down on a bench.

"It's Heechul-ah, no one ever knows what he does," I replied. " Or why he does it... If we don't find him soon, he could do something he'll regret."

All of a sudden, my cellphone rang. I pulled it out in surprise and answered it.

"Yoboseyo?"

"Jungsu-hyung?" a voice asked. "It's Ryeowook. Um, you might want to come, quickly."

MEI LING POV:

I cautiously looked out the window, a nervous and worried expression plastered on my face. Who had called Heechul to cause him to react like so? Could it have been Hankyung? What could he possibly have said that he hadn't already during the first call? And why did Heechul react so strongly towards it? So many questions, so few answers; my curiosity was getting the better of me. Yet, at the same time, I couldn't help but be worried for Heechul. It was already dark out and Leeteuk and Siwon were still not back yet.

I was so caught up in my own thoughts that I didn't hear the muffled voices approaching the door. I barely was able to turn around when it opened and three people stepped into the room.

"Who are you?"

Okay, just to tell you know, I made some small changes regarding the honorifics in Chapter 20 [thanks to DreamAmongStars for letting me know ^__^] if you guys wanna check it out. If not, I'll just tell you XD

Since Mei Ling is a girl, she technically is supposed to call Heechul, Siwon, Leeteuk, etc. by 'oppa,' but prefers calling them by 'hyung' cause she thinks it sounds better and she's been a tomboy all her life, so she considers herself their "younger brother" rather than sister. Alright  with you guys? XD
