The next morning, L woke up early. He sat on his bed and looked at the window aimlessly. He was thinking about Su Won’s decision. Would she cancel the marriage? If not what will he have to do? He didn’t want to marry Su Won, that’s sure but how to make her cancel if she didn’t want to? He imagined Noel, the scene where she would hug him tightly and whisper, “Everything will be alright?” “Will they?” he whispered. Then his alarm rang. He closed it and went to the bathroom. He changed into his stage clothes and went to the kitchen.

“Morning, L. How are u doing? Are u happy?” Dongwoo greeted him, who later got a light punch by Hoya and Woohyun suddenly put a spoonful of rice into Dongwoo’s mouth to shut him up.

And they all smiled at him.

“What?” Dongwoo shouted.

“L, today I cooked ur favourite dish for u,” Woohyun said placing the rice plate in front of L.

“Thank u,” L said picking up his spoon and ate quietly.

“Myung hyung, are you still mad at us?” Sungjong said with his cute voice and hugging him from behind.

“Yeah, Lee Sungjong!! Don’t try to act cute which you are not at all! ” Sungyeol yelled and hugged L too.

“YaH!!! You two let go of me.. I can’t eat,” L shouted and everyone flinched.

“Then why are you acting cold toward us?” Dongwoo said with his mouth full of rice.

“Yeah, Jang Dongwoo,” Hoya shouted at him.

Dongwoo flinched and shouted, “Water … water,” as he had a trouble of eating that mouthful of rice.

L just shook his head and said, “I am not mad at u all, for god sake!”

“Then why are u so cold? Don’t tell me are u nervous at Su Won’s decision,” Dongwoo said while drinking water. Everyone stared at him and he was mouthing, “What??”

Sungjong stepped on his feet earning a shout from Dongwoo..

“Sometime, is he really a genius or a fool?” Sunggyu sighed and continued to eat his rice.

“You are not mad at us now, rite?” Woohyun said to L joining the dining table.

L nodded.  Everything went to normal again. They were busy with their whole-day schedule. Finally, it was night, the time they all excited for. They headed to the hospital.

They were all excited. L calm down first in front of the room and knocked on the door. A nurse came and opened.

“Sorry! If u r finding the patient in this room, she left already,”  a nurse said.

They all looked at one another.

“Ahh… she left one letter for u all,  I think. She said a group of boys will come and look for her. When they come, she let me to give this,” she said handing a letter to L.

“Then, I will be going,” she said an dleft.

L quickly opened the letter and read out.

Dear Myungsoo,

                                I left. The times I spent with u are so precious that I don’t know when I will be able to forget.  The more time I spent with u, the greedier I became. I loved u to the extent that I acted so foolishly. Yes, as you say, you have crush on me was long time ago. I almost forgot that people move on. I know whatever I say now won’t do anything. But truly, I am sorry about the mess I made and not being able to clean and leave. I already tell my parents. The wedding is cancelled.  My parents let me tell your mother and u that they are really sorry. And again, I really am sorry.

 There was a long silence.

“So..” Sunggyu said.

“It is canceled,” Woohyun continued Sunggyu’s unfinished sentence.

L nodded. Hoya and Sungjong just patted on his shoulder.

“Isn’t it a good thing?” Dongwoo asked.

“Aish, let’s go back,” the manager told them who was just standing in the doorway.

Everyone left for their dorm. L glanced back at the hospital room and whispered, “I am sorry, Su Won. Goodbye!”

Their way back to dorm was filled with silence. L looked at the road with his head leaning on the glass. The other members were looking at one another and didn’t know what to do.

“So,” Woohyun asked L , “ are you planning to find Noel and explain her?”

“I think you should rest properly and then think… Many things happened these days and your mind will be clouded..” Dongwoo cheered him.
